First off, the overall food was good, fresh. I only have a couple of little complaints. 1) The level 5 wings were at best level 2, it was disappointing to just get a little heat with level 5, but the crisp on the wings and flavor was good. The vegetable egg rolls were really good and crispy. The grilled chicken Banh mi was good, it needed more of the fresh ingredients and I didn't see Pate on it...with the bun it came off as dry...my husband had the Korean BBQ banh mi, it was a bit better, I got one bite lol I think I will give them another try, but ask for more veggies on the Banh mi and more heat with the wings...

Korean BBQ Bahn Mi with sunny side up egg- spring roll with peanut sauce

Ordered the Korean BBQ Bahn Mi sandwich with the optional sunny side up egg and then a side of the fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce. The owners were very friendly and made a few recommendations, super nice people. The sandwich was pretty hefty and had a good sized potion of meat which was expertly marinated with a delicious sauce. The Spring rolls were very cool and incredibly fresh and I loved the peanut sauce that they were served with. Definitely worth stopping by if you are in the area!

Had their food when they answered the call from Hop Springs last minute for an event and their food was delicious!! Flavorful, hot, and as described i would definitely eat it again and recommend to anyone looking for good Asian favorites

I saw the food truck last week, but it wasn't open. It was today as I passed by, so I stopped. I believe it's new, but it could just be new to this gas station. I ordered the Korean BBQ Bahn Mi. The meat was very good. Overall good Bahn Mi. For portion it's was bigger than some of the tiny ones you may find, but it also might not fill you up if you are a big eater. It was the right size for what I was after. I look forward to trying the other options.

The food is fresh and hot! And the service was great. They have a genuine spirit and it's reflected in their food.

Bomb Mi was well worth it. I asked for their most recommended banh mi, so I ordered the Korean bbq sandwich - FAN TASTIC. The wings were a perfect heat level for someone who doesn't want my mouth to burn off but also appreciate a little spice - 2.5 was perfect (options 1-5). And the crab rangoons, you can't go wrong with a Rangoon. All around my fav banh mi I've ever had

Man this sandwich is sooooo good! My hubby got the Korean BBQ and I couldn't get a bite cuz he didn't want to share, that's how good it was! I'll definitely have to try it next time! The customer service was great too great hospitality for sure!!! Very nice place to grab something quick!

    Wings

Amazing service but even better wings. They are flavorable and crunchy. It even comes with rice which makes it 10x better. 10/10 if you are wanting wings in Murfreesboro go here!

Classic banh mi and the salt and pepper shrimp (minus three shrimps because we devoured some before remembering to take a pic...)

It goes without saying that we are in an Asian food desert so it's always a delight to see new options come up. I went with the classic banh mi (extra pate and veggies) and the salt and pepper shrimp. The portions are so generous! I ended up sharing it and the banh mi with my friend and we still had leftovers. The owners of Bomb Mi are super friendly and can throw down in the kitchen. The flavors are great and the food definitely satisfies the craving. The location of the food truck is very convenient as it is parked in the parking area of the Mobil off Old Fort and John Rice. Plenty of parking and they have a tent up to shade you from the sun which is great. This is a food truck so ambiance isn't really rateable... I look forward to coming back to try more of their menu!

The website stated they had lunch specials which didn't appear on the menu. I asked about it and the server retrieved the lunch menu which had a number of choices priced at $10.99 each. I had the Soft Tofu soup and chose seafood as my protein. While waiting for my entree they brought to me 4 delicious ban chan dishes - broccoli lightly seasoned with sesame, kim chi, a delicious warm potato dish, and a macaroni salad. There were very generous portions of each. When my entre arrived - a bowl of rice and boiling hot soup I cracked an egg into it so it could cook while I enjoyed the rice and side dishes. I often order this dish at other Korean restaurants, and this was the most flavorful soup I've had, with plenty of tofu and some seafood. There was so much food I had to take some home and had it for dinner. I felt it was a bargain to have 2 meals for $10.99. The menu showed that the restaurant also offers tables with grills so you can have that experience, but it requires minimum of 2 diners, and not part of the lunch menu. I will be returning to the restaurant for lunch and may try the grill option when I'm not dining solo. I recommend this place.

We ordered the bulgogi and prime rib to cook ourselves at the table, which made for an interactive meal. Both were flavorful and cooked up really well. The galbi came which came cooked, was a bit different than expected, and while it was a little fatty and not on the bone, the flavor was still there. The banchan (side dishes) were all good, and I enjoyed the variety they brought to the table. Overall, service was good & attentive and the atmosphere was relaxing and food was decent.

I tried Arisu which is another KBBQ restaurant but didn't really like the vibe there. It's the complete opposite here at Fire KBBQ! Honestly loved the vibe they have going on. My family and I just went here for lunch today and it was overall a good experience minus a few hiccups. I will say their service is a bit lacking. Usually service for KBBQ is pretty quick because they're not the ones doing the cooking. But here it was kind of slow. Our waitress was nice , not sure if they had too many customers and not enough staff. Our grill also had issues lighting the first couple times we ordered our proteins until eventually it just gave out and we ended up having to move tables in the middle of our meal which was a little off putting. The food was good though. At least most of the items we tried. My top faves are defiantly the corn cheese and the spicy beef bulgogi. The regular beef bulgogi is good too. Marinated nicely and had a lot of flavor. The dishes I would probably skip on next time would be the rice cake, potato salad and spicy shrimp. Rice cake was bland. The potato salad isn't like the typical Korean potato salad you get at authentic KBBQ and the spicy shrimp didn't have much flavor. Overall our experience at Fire Korean BBQ was good and I would come back to try their other menu items. They have a lot of good options to choose from other than the unlimited KBBQ.

Our waitress was REALLY hard working and I could feel her stress. I told her to relax, she's doing great. It was probably a bad idea to bring so many people here that have never been to a Kpot before. Even I was overwhelmed! However, she was great and through it all, the staff here were phenomenal with so much back and forth of what people ordered. I definitely will stick to 4 or less people from now on haha. The food was fresh and delicious and I loved loved LOVED the curry based broth, something we don't have in Raleigh, NC. I will definitely be back when we're in the area again.

Having both options at one table is a total win, especially for a group with different tastes. The Highlights: * Better Quality Meats: Compared to some other AYCE (All You Can Eat) spots, the meat quality here is definitely a step up. * Must-Order Cuts: The Galbi is flavorful and tender, and the KPOT Steak is another standout--it's high-quality and cooks up perfectly on the grill. * Spacious Vibes: This place is huge! It's very spacious for big parties, so if you're bringing the whole family or a large group of friends, you won't feel like you're squeezed in. The Tech & Service: * iPad Ordering: I love the convenience of ordering from the iPad right at the table. It makes the process feel seamless. * One at a Time: Just a heads up--even if you order multiple quantities of an item, they tend to still only bring one out at a time. It can slow things down a bit when you're hungry, but it does help prevent food waste. * The Sauce Bar: The sauce area is fantastic with tons of options, though it can get pretty crowded during peak hours. You might have to time your trip to the bar strategically! Overall: The prices are decent for the amount and quality of food you get. It's a reliable, fun experience that keeps our family coming back.

The chicken fresh rolls were decent, but some of the lettuce was not so fresh. Also, the peanut sauce was a little runny for my taste. The sesame chicken was pretty good, however, the fried rice was a little bland. Overall, I would say it was a decent lunch.
