    Strawberry oreo soft serve
    Mel J.

I ordered strawberry oreo soft serve for my kid. The soft serve ice cream was just okay (not as creamy as I like). The good thing was that it wasn't too sweet. They only put small pieces of strawberry & oreo but put lots of chocolate sauce, so it tasted like chocolate soft serve instead. It was a decent desert in the food court.

I was really disappointed with this drink :( it was super sweet and had a very strong sweet potato flavour. It was as if they used too much concentrate. If you want a sweet potato latte, I would recommend @bakerycafe_dorothy on the first floor of Henderson instead

I visited here twice this year. I've only tried Injeolmi Bingsoo and Dalgona Coffee so far. Injeolmi Bingsoo was fantastic. It had just right amount of sweetness and the rice cakes were soft and squishy. Dalgona Coffee was good, but little too sweet for me. I was so glad finding this menu since I love Dalgona Coffee so much. I feel that half sweetness of Dalgona Coffee would've been so much better. I'd love to try more stuff next time. The only downside is limited seats on weekends.

It's just alright. For the price, I feel they could have added more toppings. Especially for the red bean bingsu. The strawberry one reminded me of strawberry corn flakes cereal. I've definitely had better.

    Yuzuade ($4.25)

Located inside Henderson place mall in Coquitlam this place serves a variety of coffee, shaved ice, and drinks! I HIGHLY recommend the yuzuade (lemonade made with yuzu), it was sweet, refreshing and had that little hint of bitterness that cut through everything. They gave a big size too for the price. The shaved ice was good, we shared between 3 people and it was a good portion. There was even leftovers. But for most people they might think it's too small? The strawberries are layered inside the ice so when you get to the middle you still have some flavour instead of only ice. 8.5/10 from me!

Located on the 2nd floor in the food court at Henderson Mall, I've been meaning to try out shaved ice at Cup Full for quite some time. It was a good balance of strawberry and ice, however I wish they had offerings that offered mixed fruits. For what it was, it was simple and delicious, and would recommend when in the area!

We came here after ayce hot pot and were going to get some bingsoo but were way too full. We settled on a regular mudslide soft peak to share. The ice cream was soft and flavorful. The syrup was actually quite light, and the crumbled Tim tam cookies were the perfect crunch all the way to the bottom of the cup. If we are in the area again, we will definitely try the bingsoo!

Oh uh! Sammis got competition!! (Sammis is my old school bubble tea go to place while in Henderson). Basically any time I feel like nibbling or sipping... sammis is my place to go while in Henderson. But now I'm at cup full to try it out.. and they did not disappoint. The coffees are flavorful and just perfect sweet! Got a hot Spanish latte and an iced caramel macchiato... mmm creamy creamy yummy flavorful and caffeinated! And I always enjoy soft peaks! Their milk ice cream always hits the spot of not too sweet and amazing creaminess. Soothes your sweet tooth with just a tad bit less of sugar ;P Hoping this place is here to stay :) nom nom nom

    Green tea bingsu: $5.95

Cup Full is a little cafe tucked away in its own corner of the food court on the 2nd floor of Henderson Place, so it's a little hard to find, but there is free parking in the parkade. It not only does a variety of coffees/drinks & Korean shaved ice, but also carries Soft Peaks ice cream + a small selection of desserts. I ordered their small green tea bingsu for $5.95 & it was worth every penny. It was literally a "cup full" but keep in mind that you are only paying 1/2 or even 1/3 of what you would at Snowy Village/Passion 8 so it evens out. I think the portion was perfect for one! They use frozen milk instead of ice & you could definitely taste the quality of the matcha! The slight bitterness was balanced by the sweetness of the red bean that topped it & it came with bits of mochi + a delicious chunk of butter cake as well. I could have seriously eaten a whole thing of the cake alone! The coffee though was a bit disappointing for the price point as it came with a giant block of ice that really diluted the flavour... would try to ask for less next time~ The seating is the standard food court issue = super hard & rather cramped but they do their best to keep everything clean, and it rather fits their minimalistic esthetics. The store itself/wall is pretty IG friendly

I noticed this dessert place when we came for brunch. Since I love korean shave ice (pat bing soo) we ordered this after our meal. It was nice that they partner with the famous Soft Peaks ice creamery from Gastown, as their ice cream supplier, but let me tell you about their shave ice. Firstly, the server put some milk into a machine resembling a theater popcorn maker. To my amazement, shave ice came falling down like snowflakes. I have never seen such a thing in my life. Combined with the injeolmi toppings (red bean, mochi, slivered almonds and sweet soybean powder) I was in shave ice heaven. The texture was even lighter than Hawaiian shave ice and just magically melted with each bite. Wow. Also, you can order a regular sized cup for $5-6 instead of a monster sized bowl for $10, which I wouldn't be able to finish on my own. We look forward to returning and trying their fresh fruit flavours in the summer if we can wait that long.

I haven't been to Henderson Place in forever, since my family stopped going for dim sum located there, but Adorables and I had to run some errands there and thought to buy a drink from the food court today. To my pleasant surprise, there was a new dessert shop opened where Telus used be! It looked hipster-- a clean white storefront with warm lights and modern decor. Excited I made my way over to see what goodies they offered. Aside from coffee, they have other desserts including Soft Peaks soft serve ice cream! As this was right before dinner, I opted for a small cup of their original ($4.20 with tax). This was a plain soft serve with granola at the bottom. I found their menu a little hard to understand since they also offer shaved ice but the Soft Peaks ice cream was on two different menus! Anyways, they gave me a buzzer to notify me when the ice cream was ready. It didn't take long before my buzzer went off and I was united with my frozen treat! I was in love at first bite. The ice cream was creamy and so milky. Not too sweet, so I could fully taste the milk flavour. I didn't get to the granola until midway because it was so deep in the bottom but it was still super crunchy and added some extra sweetness at the end! The ice cream reminded me of the one I love getting whenever I take the ferry to Victoria! The cup size may seem small at first but it was plenty enough to share with Adorables. Not an overwhelming amount of ice cream to enjoy :)

Oreo, strawberry, and strawberry Oreo cup.

Definitely not worth the price. The first few bites is really good, but more than half is just ice. Cute for pictures and to cool down in summer.

CUP FULL in Coquitlam has really stepped up their game! They serve "Soft Peaks" soft serve as well as cafe drinks and Korean style shaved ice! It's located in the food court of Henderson Mall in Coquitlam. I can't remember the exact price of each but with a tip and everything, these two cost me $15! I think it was well worth it because it was a good size and super tasty! Shaved ice is a hit or miss because sometimes there's too much shaved ice in ratio to the fruit/topping, but Cup Full does a great job and even puts toppings in between! The soft serve tastes just like "Soft Peaks", allowing for you to taste the creaminess and not being way too sweet. And espresso + soft serve is a a combination made in heaven! Everything was super flavourful but not sickly sweet. I can't wait to try all the other flavours!

They have a 5-piece combo deal where it comrs out to just a little over $3 per taiyaki. The supermarket right below sells 3 taiyakis (that are very good) for about $5 though, so Little Pisces is a bit expensive comparatively. The ice cream come with a taiyaki on top and is super cute. There's usually quite a long line to order and to get the food. Sometimes the line is out the door. Even after ordering, they give you a little buzzer thing that buzzes when your order is ready. This can take quite a long time if there's alot of people. While there is seating, it is limited and people tend to stay awhile, so don't depend on being able to eat inside. In the winter it kind of sucks as you have to exit to eat. I also came here for their hot chocolate festival drinks. The lines were insanely long. The hot chocolate was $12 each and not very big. While the flavors were unique, they weren't very good overall and took forever to wait for.
