Butterburger Single. I liked the buttered roll.
    Karen C.

My husband raves about Culver's and I really wanted to like it, but it was just passable. If we were not so hungry, I probably would have passed on it. Fries were ok, my burger was ok. He loves it, though! Went back later in the week for more!

Absolutely disgusting! No way this thing has been cleaned in months. If running water through is what you do it's not working.

I've never been to a bad Culver's until today. While walking into the store an employee, delivering a drive thru meal, walked in the door after speeding ahead of me, no greeting, and did not hold the door. He was young, so I didn't expect much. My son and I approached the counter where at least 5 employees were having a conversation and joking around. Once again I didn't expect much because they were young; however, they all waited to finish their conversation before helping us with our order. Pretty bad customer service. Next disappointment- the unsweetened tea dispenser looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. There was a visible sludge growing out of the nozzle (see picture). I let an employee know that the dispenser was dirty and he did not apologize. He said we clean it every night with hot water. No way it's getting cleaned nightly, and if it is hot waters not working. I never got an apology- just an offer to get some unsweetened tea from drive thru. I passed and had lost my appetite. Lastly, still a slow night with lots of conversations between employees. Two were in the dining room talking and using foul language around my 10 year old son. I've been to several Culver's and I have always left pleased. In fact, I suggested Culver's as the best fast food burger restaurant in a contest at work. I still stand by my suggestion, but if this was my first Culver's experience I would never eat at another one. It was a slow night- please do better and clean your dirty restaurant. I know it's dirty if the tea dispenser is dirty.

What can I say as a Culver's regular, the double butter burger with cheese is always on point. The curds always fried to perfect deliciousness along with the crispy fries. Even if this location was a different one than our normal one, it was still a delicious flavor experience. The staff were also super nice as experienced at all the Culver's I've been to. If in this area go get your curd on.

23 bucks of food. Fish was a bit fishy. Burger and onion rings were good.

Middle of the lunch rush and they did a pretty good job getting the food out. Staff were friendly and the booth we picked was clean. Only dig would be one piece of my fish was a tad too fishy tasting. Burger was great and the coleslaw was tasty.

I'm giving a 3.5 star rating but I had to choose the 3 because my experience was not a 4. I want to say that customer service was great! No complaints there. I placed an order for a kids meal and two regular meals. I was all the way back at the hotel before I realized that they didn't give me a kids drink. Luckily I had a previous purchased juice that I could give to my son. Also, my codfish sandwich was either sitting for a while under a heater lamp or it was over cooked. It was very crispy. My son enjoyed his butter burger and fries. I would try them out again and just be more mindful of my previous experience.

My two chicken fingers. Look how tiny. I put spoon so you could see size.

Just because it's a smash burger doesn't make it good. Should have called it burnt burger. Tasteless, won't be coming back real soon!

It was the lunch rush but they still found time to greet USA d make us feel welcomed. The inside is pretty awesome, everything is old school cars, logos and even the restrooms are awesomely themed and all about FORD, love it. It's a restaurant for everyone. I saw bikers, anglers, golfers, and families from all diversities. Now let's talk about the food... WOW... now my family and I just wanted to try something simple on there menu, it's a way we test out the quality of new restaurants. So we all went with burgers, I went with a Bison burger, my son being so young went with a plain cheeseburger and my wife ( well I forgot what she ordered) but I have to say, we all LOVED our burgers. My son is a picky eater and sometimes it's hard to keep him in one place to finish eating but not here. He took one bite and that's all it too, he loved it. My wife as well kept saying how delicious it was while eating it, and my bison burger was fire. We all looking forward to coming back and trying out new dishes. It's definitely a must try if you're in the area. Oh and it's priced fairly. I've been to other restaurants whose prices destroyed my experience. This places didn't make me feel that way. If your military make sure to get your discount, for some reason not all restaurants give that option which baffles my mind and I usually never go back to restaurants whose prices destroyed don't give that option. Anyways, this is a must, I promise you won't regret it.

HOWEVER I am also a big believer in that fact that we all have different tastes and opinions so reviews should be taken in that context. Unfortunately I let some negative reviews keep me from trying Urban Prime. It was well worth the wait. We visited today to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. We went right before dinner service started so we were able to enjoy ourselves at their 'Prime Hour' with discounted appetizers and drinks. We splurged on the bourbon flight, the prime old fashioned and the blossom old fashioned- they were incredible! We shared the wedge salad - it was ginormous! We also had the mushroom Chardonnay soup- we enjoyed that so much we went over to the market to buy some to take home. Husband had the mushroom ravioli (he's pescatarian) and I had the 16oz Waygu Ribeye. I have had Waygu at other high end restaurants and felt it wasn't worth the hype... this was incredible! It cut like butter. Oh and I almost forgot we had the blue crab artichoke dip... that was easily the runner up for the best of the night. The place was decorated cutely with fun art from what I am guessing is local artists. It was definitely a vibe and the pictures on the website do not do it justice. Our server Karsyn, was great. She put up with our old people humor and treated us like we were her only patrons. We will definitely be back. We can't wait to try the sushi!

I let her know he was a bad person on the job so don't mind him. I actually gave her a good tip. Now, as we live in Viera and heard the rumor from servers who were mass fired. In my opinion the older manager should have been fired. He came to our table grabbed my plate to clear the table and asked. "How was everything?" As I proceeded to let him know the food wasn't that great and my burger bread was soggy, My daughter had her sushi sent back; he walked away from me in mid-sentence. Even my daughter who doesn't like conflict mentioned that I need to yelp him. Food still not that great. We actually sat at the bar for about eight minutes before the guy bartender acknowledged us and that's even after I got pissy and asked them what kind of beers they have. Oh, above that they ran out of mic ultra and brought me a Miller which I sent back.

There was plenty to take home and have a second meal, and she said it was all delicious. I ordered the soup (clam chowder) and house Caesar. The soup was nice and hot and tasted great. The salad was good, though a tad heavy on the dressing. A general note about Miller's and its kids' menu: I have eaten at a few of these places around the state, and I find their policy about adults eating off the kids' menu to be weird. Some servers are fine with it and some claim management won't let them allow you to order of the other menu. Most items on the kids' menu cost about $8. The (adult) meatloaf is $8.50. The fish and chips are $7.99. So, what is the big deal about an adult ordering off the kids' menu if the costs are the same? Some of us don't want a 1/2 pound burger. The kids' menu has a 1/4 lb. burger. Also, we sometime dine with our disabled nephews, and they usually prefer "kid friendly" dishes. I wish Miller's would review this policy.

Two of the six ordered the daily special (ribs), two carbonara, ravioli and a salad. Not complicated. Manager was apologetic and comp'd the table. Server was upset since every table In her section had issues. We took care of Taylor knowing it wasn't her fault. Am I off Miller's. No. But if they repeat this nightmare I will have to really think twice about coming OTB. Also they got rid of the Field Goal Trio of wings, zingers and shrimp. So sad.

We've all been to restaurants with big menus that only execute one category well--or where the American food is solid but anything outside of that completely misses the mark. That hasn't been our experience here. This was our second visit. Two years ago, we happened upon LongDoggers while traveling to the drive-thru Bethlehem at Lakewood Park Church (which is phenomenal and highly recommended). Heading down again for the same event, we considered trying somewhere new, but the good memories of LongDoggers brought us right back. The atmosphere is casual with a bit of a sports-bar vibe, and the food is genuinely good. No photos this time because we were way too hungry to wait the extra five seconds , but I did grab pictures of the menu. Our table ordered the Blackened Shrimp Lettuce Tacos, a Banzai Shrimp Bowl, the Cool Ranch Chicken Sandwich, and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Every item was a hit. Entrées were $15 and up, especially with upgrades, and meals come with kettle chips. Service was another plus. Our waitress was friendly and attentive without hovering--prompt but not overbearing--and she shared the specials and offered recommendations. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. We stopped in around 1:00 pm on a Saturday and were seated right away inside at a booth-style table. By the time we left, there was a clear line and a wait.
