This is my favorite restaurant ever! They have great food and the service is amazing! They are better than McDonald's in every way!

Unfortunately the opening time of 10:30 really means sometime after that. I arrived at 10:30 and was greeted with we are not open yet. I asked when and the young lady said probably around 5 more minutes. Probably not worth the wait so I went elsewhere. read more

It's been over a month and have received no response from Culver's on my experience. The girl in the drive thru accidentally spilled an icecream cone into my car and all over my shoe. The problem came from management once I went in to the store politely. Management needs to be properly trained how to deal with situations in the store instead I was disrespected and had the police called on me wrongfully. I now have this trespassing record that makes zero sense. I was a customer that had an incident happen to them. I didn't ask for anything free or treated the situation in any bad manner. The situation is completely backwards. This is the first offense I have ever had in my 40 years of living. My first offense is a trespassing ticket because I decided to go in to the Culver's to wash my shoe and let management know what happened in their drive thru to me, it's insane. I should have just left but I respectfully waited outside in hopes to deescalate the situation, little did I know I'd be a criminal.. I'm making a point to let everyone I know bout this, from one small incident that could have been easily rectified, is now going to cost your business lots of money and grief. Management needs to be properly trained to deal with even minor escalated situations. I can't imagine how they deal with someone that id actually rude to them. read more

Slowest service on earth. Plan to wait 30-40 minutes for a piece of deep fried cheese. Don't bother.

Update: the food is excellent and fresh. However, the drive through has become nightmare. Expect to wait 10-15 minutes. I think they need to rethink their strategy and prepare a greater quantity of food during rush times. read more

By far one of the most disorganized fast food operations I've seen in a long time. Nearly 30 minutes to get a burger and fries was rediculous if you ask me. Beyond the extrodinarily slow service... this was my second time to Culver's and my first time trying what they're supposedly famous for... butterburger. Equally unimpressed on both visits. If it wasn't for the condiments and fixing on the burger, there would've been zero flavor because the burger patties sure had no flavor at all. read more

although the food was made to order, the lack of social skills and respect that the drive thru employees have is appalling. No one answered the drive thru we thought it was closed. At the window, the employee at the window did not apologize for the wait and we waited over 10 minutes without any explanation. Per employee at window, Shaq was the manager on site. Absolutely Terrible The light on their drive thru (so you can see the menu at night) has been out for at least a week. You'd think a committed franchisee would haul his butt over to Home Depot and buy whatever type of setup was needed to help his customers. But no. They are just letting the issue fester. We are all supposed to be psychics who know what this place has on its menu. I wonder: if they aren't willing to fix the light, how many other corners might they be cutting for a quick buck? Anyhow, I went inside to do my to-go order. The menu is hard to read, doesn't have many pictures and doesn't explain much except the ice cream. A simple order of two burgers and two fries took 15 minutes; that is ridiculous for fast food and they weren't even busy. The soda tops are in this crazy dispenser that basically breaks them before you can get them on your soda. The staff told me to go sit at a table even though I specified it was takeout. Very bizarre. If this were my staff, I would fire every single one of them. Profanity coming out of the kitchen at full volume, a full on food fight, all besides the fact it took over 20 minutes to get our food despite a full staff and empty restaurant. Ordered a bacon cheese burger with all the fixings. French fries were the best part of the entire order. At least they were hot and slightly crunchy. The burger was less than acceptable. It was almost paper thin and drier than the bun. The cheese either could not melt or the burger was not hot enough to melt the cheese. Iceberg lettuce was somewhat rubbery. Had to get a could containers of mayonnaise to make it moist enough to get it down before my water ran out. Do not believe this will be on the return listing of places. I love Culver's. Why the three stars you ask? The drive thru is "generally" spot on. However, the other day I ordered pretzel bites and the drive through attendant added cheese curds. I didn't correct it because I always wanted to try them. You would think I'd get my order on a few minutes. I sat in my car watching car after car get their food. After 20 minutes I called the store while waiting for my order. The male who answered said oh I see what happened - I'll get it out to you in 45 seconds. I sit and wait and wait and wait. Watching countless cars receiving their food. Well 45 seconds turned into another 10 minutes. The woman who was bringing food to the vehicles said. I don't have a number 20. I told her the man on the phone had said it would be right out. Again I watched car after car receive their food. I call again this time I spoke with a woman. She apologized and said the food would be out shortly. I waited again. She offered a refund and generally I decline - this time I accepted. She brought my food out and took my card - so I wait again several minutes and she returns with my card and apologized. That's the only reason I gave 3 stars vs 2. Also, they never put salt on their pretzel bites. Not a big deal - they might want to retrain on technique. We understand there are staffing and supply chain issues. I would've driven away and said screw it but in today's economy I couldn't afford to do it. I also was late meeting up with family in town for the holiday. Nice job Culver's read more

Food: 3/5 Standard fast causal chain serving up typical fast casual burgers. On par with similar chains(Wahlburgers, Smash burger, Shake shack) same stuff same flavor better then lesser chains McDonalds, Wendys, BK. Service: 4/5 Albeit a bit slow everyone was extremely friendly and management was out in the open greeting and dealing with guests and taking care of any issues. Hopefully this continues well beyond the 2 weeks they are open and continue to improve speed of service as they work out the kinks Cleanliness: 5/5 As expected for somewhere open less then a month. Floors kitchen table counter bathrooms all spotless and employees were on point with cleaning up after guests. Wouldn't expect any less as this isn't Checkers on Palm Bay Road. Value: 3/5 This is where the pocket begins to hurt as they are fast casual so expect a little higher prices but not to high as a burger is roughly 5$ issue is they aren't much bigger then a McDonalds burger so a typical order of two burgers cheese curds and a drink can reach upwards of 18-20$ for a single person. You decide if thats worth the cost for fast food, but everyones definition of a meal is different so your bill could vary. Overall: 4/5 A decent addition to the Avenues as the place continues to grow and expand, but again nothing to write home about just your typical franchise burger chain. I recommend the Cheddar Burger with Bacon, Cheese Curds and a Mixer. One last thought for any new restaurant whether its a chain or mom and pop theres no reason to attack the place and give it failing ratings when its only been open less then a month, i don't care if you waited 10 minutes or 2 hours the place is new give it a break. If your intentions are to be sour and vile walking in then just don't go make your own food at home. Shame on the previous reviews below, if you cant handle a restaurant going through its kinks early on in its opening then heres a thought, wait a year then go. Avoid this place. The burger and fries may be the best or worst I've ever tasted. But, I wouldn't know, because they are in the trash. The custard is a 5 out of 5, other food is a ? Out of 5, and the service is a -100 out of 5. I went through the drive through with very little wait. My food came out quickly, but I was waiting on a small sundae. Without any communication I and 6 or 7 other cars waited about 20 minutes for our ice cream orders. During this time, our food got cold. When brought to the staffs attention, they simply walked away. I'll be shocked if this place is open in a year. Viera is a very small community. And, I'm pretty sure they lost at least 6 families and their friends tonight. I guess the ice cream is good. But, honestly, they are always understaffed and there's a long wait for anything you order. Tonight we walked into a line that extended to the door, a bunch of cars in the drive thru, one guy taking orders slowly, and what I counted as just 3 people working on filling orders. Meanwhile, 4 more employees were enjoying their break together at a table right at the front. I thought about asking if they could help, but my wife stopped me as she didn't want to get them in trouble. If they can get the workforce together, the food is good enough to save them. Unfortunately,this was not what I expected. Friends told me this was a great spot to get a tasty burger. Not so. The burger was dry, the pickle and onions were scant and the bun wasn't as buttered as they advertised. The fries were just ok. Not much better than Burger King and they suck. Really good burgers when they bother to get it right. Last night, they handed me a bag fulk of food with cheese sauce dumped all over the inside of it. A week ago, theyost my order altogether. It was over a half hour before I received my order. I had to acitually call.the manager on the phone tk resve whe I waited in the lot a very long time. Had to repeat my order at least ten times, after the problem has beought to their attention. Filled out their online survey. I took a good 20 mins out of my day to give honest, respectful negative feedback. Not sure what the issue is with this business, but I have my suspicions. It's disappointing. Their food is amazing when they bother to do it right. Seems lately, more often they do not care about order accuracy. There's definitely a leadership issue. It's become habitual, and I'm not going back for a long time, if at all. Can only provide the feedback so much before it just seems a aaste of time and energy. The drive thru is pretty good reasonable waiting time. Staffs are friendly. Sometimes you get a lot of people at the drive thru but sometimes you don't so it's like hit and miss. 3 out 4 the burgers, fires and shakes were good. One time we got cold soggy fries and overcooked burger the beef was dried and hard to chewy. But definitely would not recommend the fish sandwich, itdoesn't really stand out . read more

Came here through the drive thru and ordered a 3 pc cod fish with fries and coleslaw. This meal wasn't currently on the menu but when asked they still allowed me to order the meal. Unfortunately there was over a 15 min wait. The employees there were nice and remorseful for me having to wait but compensated me for my inconvenience. Yesterday we needed a treat and break from this crazy time. Went to this Culver's in Viera FL. Take out open only and line was about 20 minute wait. Line kept moving, and it was around 6 pm. We wanted to have a burger basket and custard but did not want to have to go through line twice. That was not a problem here. They took the order and gave us the phone number for the store. Simply call them when ready for custard and they would bring it out. That is exactly what happened. So, we had our little date night of getting a burger, eating in parking lot under a tree, then having our desert. All was great! My point is this place told us what they could do for us, not what they could not!!! Did not get young lady's name who as taking orders at window but has extremely courteous and polite. With about 10-12 cars in line most drive through folks are not helpful. Just a big Thank You to the crew working yesterday for giving us a very nice break. This is our 50th year of marriage but date nights are still cool! read more

We will never go through a McDonalds drive thru or spend $10-$15 on Chilis again - everything is made FRESH - the restaurant is very clean and nice to sit in but they have a drive thru- the staff is clean and friendly (reminds me of the old Chick Filet staff) and the Ice Cream is amazing they make it fresh all day- we brought it home to eat and realized that we wont be going to Publix for ice Cream but Culver's for our weekday and weekend treat! read more

Wow! We love hamburgers and ice cream- Culver's was a new name - I noticed the drive-thru backed up in the past couple of days and thought we should try it! i was impressed- we went inside - extremely nice and clean, told owner we had never been there before and she explained the company, the philosophy, food made fresh to order - custard (premium ice cream) Fresh and delicious, I will not spend another dime at Longhorn or Outback or any place for a hamburger again! The cost was comparable to McDonalds - much cheaper and nicer than Chilis , Longhorn......etc And i will not pay for Publix ice cream - that was amazing!!!! It's fresh every 2 hours! Absolutely floored by the attentiveness and service orientated team members at Culver's in Viera. Recently visited and the team member that took my order went out of his way to ensure I was pleased when I ordered seltzer water. He wasn't sure where I could find it, but went out of his way to find out and ensure I got the drink I wanted. Additionally, when he saw me wiping down my table, he quickly came over and cleaned the table for us. That's great customer service and service I hadn't received at the Culver's in Port St. Lucie or the one in Orlando by the Millenia Mall. I will not return to the other two Culver's, but will surely return to the Culver's in Viera...not only do I feel they serve the best burgers, fries, onion rings and custard...their customer service is out of this world!!! Bad deal. Currently in line for 2 custards - for OVER an hour and 20 minutes. The line for drive through is around the building and they close in 15 minutes. This is our 2nd time here- the custard is great - but not worth the crazy wait. Its DEFINITELY best to go inside and place order at the counter. read more

Needs work! Both of our burgers were seriously overcooked; I'm talking burnt & as dry as shoe leather. On the other hand, the fries were undercooked. We left 2/3 of the burger & at least 1/2 of the fries uneaten of our plates. Maybe somewhere down the road this place will get its act together, but I'm not sure I'll ever risk another visit. read more
