The tuna is not very creamy, it's kind of a wet texture and I wish it were a little more crunchy (like Jimmy John's). I get mine on rosemary parm bread, with provolone or American cheese, and Mikes way- the vinegar tang cuts the heavy mayo but adds to the wetness... be careful it can get soggy! I add in the hot relish and a line of honey mustard and a line of chipotle mayo. I put banana peppers and jalapeños on the side so I can adjust and control the tang and spice depending on how much hot relish and sauce they put on the sub. It's delicious but MESSY and if you wait too long it can get way soggy. I haven't had it toasted yet, I keep forgetting, but I think that will probably help. The service is awesome and quick. I highly recommend the location!

I'm extremely disappointed with our curbside pickup experience at Culver's today. We ordered…read morethrough the Culver's mobile app and arrived at 5:54 PM. After waiting more than 25 minutes with no food or update, we went inside around 6:20 PM to check on our order. We were told it was still not ready and that it would be brought to our curbside spot when finished. We returned to our vehicle and continued waiting. Our order was finally brought out at 6:45 PM--51 minutes after we arrived. What made the experience even more frustrating was watching another customer who arrived approximately 20 minutes after us receive her curbside order before ours. There was no explanation for the delay, no estimated completion time, and no meaningful communication. I understand restaurants can get busy, but waiting 51 minutes for a mobile curbside order while customers who arrived much later are served first is unacceptable. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and selecting curbside pickup. I would appreciate an explanation and appropriate resolution from Culver's.

Truth be told,…read moreI have had every food item on the menu down to the side of pickles and sauces (just not hot sauce). I love the thick n creamy custard ice cream w the variety of toppings, who wouldn't. All their items are fresh made tasting even down to the fries (and cheese sauce is great). The packaging of the to-go orders are exceptional, as I never have a complaint of how the breaded items, any type of sandwiches, salads, ice cream, or sides are presented when I open to eat 10-15 min later. The drive-thru/ online order (I've done 95% online ordering), I think it's 5 stars. Mostly I have them take order to my car but at few times I've pickup inside and sat to eat in dining room. It's a pleasant eating space with sounds from order counter at extreme low to zero, and they bring 1st food ordered out to you. Just eat their food and stay for the ice cream (or take it home) and you'll see.
