I love a tuna sub, but I can be a bit picky. Hands down my fav is Peppos but it's only available during Lent so this is my year round fix. The tuna is not very creamy, it's kind of a wet texture and I wish it were a little more crunchy (like Jimmy John's). I get mine on rosemary parm bread, with provolone or American cheese, and Mikes way- the vinegar tang cuts the heavy mayo but adds to the wetness... be careful it can get soggy! I add in the hot relish and a line of honey mustard and a line of chipotle mayo. I put banana peppers and jalapeños on the side so I can adjust and control the tang and spice depending on how much hot relish and sauce they put on the sub. It's delicious but MESSY and if you wait too long it can get way soggy. I haven't had it toasted yet, I keep forgetting, but I think that will probably help. The service is awesome and quick. I highly recommend the location! read more

Jersey Mike's reminds me of my youth when my uncle took me for my first submarine sandwich in New Jersey. Was in the 1960's. Today this place has great sandwiches and fast service. Meat and cheese is sliced fresh to order right onto your sandwich. My go to is usually the #7 Turkey and Provolone and that is what I got on this visit. Of course I get it Mikes Way but I add mayo and jalapenos. Yum! Service was good and friendly. Store was clean and atmosphere was nice. read more

Food is good but not consistent. I order the Philly cheesesteak often. Sometimes it has a nice portion of meat, cheese and sauce and other times it's very skimpy. Also, depending on the day of the week, sometimes the bread is not quite fresh. read more

I love Jersery Mike's. Then, why the one star? Because of this location of Jersery Mike's. I've visited this place twice, each time ordering a large Chicken Philly sandwich on wheat. Each time, after eating it, here comes nausea, diarrhea, and stomach cramps. I tell you this, it won't be a third time, I promise you! I reached out to Maegan: nothing happened. (I know I usually have pics with my reviews, but I didn't want anybody to get sick) read more

This stop. This purchase. Ugh! A complete waste of money and time. Now, perhaps I ordered something that wasnt amazing? Maybe? I had heard such great reviews about this place. But honestly, it isn't even a glorified Subway. Subways condiments look fresher, and the sandwich assembly workers are much more attentive and fast. I ordered a TUB. Which is a sandwich in a tub-no bread. I was very disappointed. I was excited!!! And then I wasn't! A Chicken Ceaser Tub. Nothing more than a hot chicken breast over shredded ice burg, with a drizzle of dressing. I think a couple shakes of parmesan cheese. I was MAD! NO BELLS, WHISTLES JUST BORING. And the lettuce didnt appear all that fresh. I was just disappointed. I expected more. And for $8!!!!! EIGHT BUCKS!!?? I could have totally got a bag of chicken breast and made multiple salads. Yes, a chicken ceaser-that would make all rave!!!! This was a whack stop. Whack tub, the hype is just that about this BASIC semi subway knock off. Only plus, is their cookies felt soft. Their cashier was perky, and a woman who I told was a helper that It was cool. That's IT. My first time here, last time. Not again. read more

Once again went to this Jersey Mikes... it was busy Sunday around noon. Several people in line in addition to online orders coming in. They made the sandwiches quick, The two guys worked it like an assembly line! The sandwich I got was excellent! Fast pickup. Thank you. read more

Upon arrival, I noticed my order was on the side, and no one greeted me. Granted, there were other customers in line and waiting. I thought I would have been asked if I had a call-in while they simultaneously worked on other orders. One person cashed a customer out and never looked my way while I stood by the rack where the bag should have been so I could get my order and leave. But no. I waited until someone felt like they wanted to ask if I had a call-in order. By this time, after waiting 5-6 minutes, I was highly irritated because they had multitasking issues. This was the first and the last time I would be visiting this establishment. The sandwich was extremely salty I could not eat but a fourth. I really want my money refunded. read more

My sandwich is always good and made exactly as ordered. The workers, especially Rhonda, are always friendly! Favorite sub place around!

Longest wait of my life and there isn't a line. They are making 50 online order while I sit and watch

Well done all hand made subs before your eyes. Very efficient and a great sandwich or vegan bowl.

First time ever coming to a Jersey Mike's in my life. I've been hesitant about wanting to try this place out for years but been pushing it aside on my bucket list. Finally came here after a day at the office. There's so much to choose on the menu which looked really appetizing. After a couple minutes I finally settled on something and got myself a number 7. I took my first bite and wow! This sub was the most phenomenal thing I've probably had all year. I almost couldn't finish it and it was a regular sized sandwich. It's hard for me to try something new but this was definitely worth it. The staff was really friendly, courteous and prompt. The restaurant was clean as well. Definitely liked the atmosphere of the place as well as the abundance of parking . Now I'm used to eating subway and Coming here blew my expectations out of the water. I'm not used to the term "Mike's way" had a staff member help me out with that. I shall return in the near future. read more

Just walked out of this place after the owner Mac told the lady in front of me it wasn't his policy to change gloves in between sandwiches after touching dirty ass cleaning equipment in a slop sink than tocuhinh her sandwich.... No thanks... he wanted to cop attitude to the customer over a pair of gloves and start verbally assaulting her, she walked out and I followed suit.... Never in all my years of owning businesses would I ever treat a customer like that ... literally walked back in to ask what his position with the company is thinking maybe he was an assistant manager.... Nope that's the owner telling you he wants you to eat his slop sink fingered sandwhich read more

I happened to come into the Orland Park location on Lagrange Rd as they were doing some training from what looked like upper management and corporate. Extremely impressed by how invested they were in their employees and how they took the time to train them the proper way down to how you spread onions on the subs. Will most likely never eat a sub from another chain due to those facts alone, not to mention the subs are downright delicious! read more

It's not a good place if you want wraps. I come here at least once a week for my turkey wrap and it ends up being cut so badly. I think I'll just go to the New Lenox location for now on, maybe they won't cut my wraps completely diagonally like a goddamn triangle. I usually don't care if you have a new employee cutting, at least watch them so it doesn't come out like crap so you won't have a complaining customer. Either make me a new one or give my money back! read more

Not sure what is going on at this location but management may want to review their team here. When I walked in last night they had a line of people waiting and In the background the employees were playing music with profanities. After about the 3rd "f#%ck" they shut it off. Once our order was taken, I counted four people who handled our sandwiches before they were wrapped. Even the cashier came over and lifted the bread off the top of the sandwiches to determine what we ordered. Ultimately the sandwiches were made very hastily and they were sloppy. We won't be back to this location. read more

I love Jersey Mike's. If you sign up for their E club, you get a free regular sub and a drink for your birthday. Today I went in there and ordered a regular chicken bacon ranch toasted sub which was absolutely delicious. This was my second time having this particular sub and it just tastes better and better each time. The girls that were working were extremely friendly and also quick. I sat outside and ate my food because there was a very nice breeze and it was relaxing. read more

After passing up dozens of options for lunch, my family and I decided to try Jersey Mikes. To be honest, we are not big fans of sub sandwiches. But we wanted to grab a cold lunch, beverages and go to a local park to eat outside. I was hoping to get a lettuce wrap, everyone else wanted a sub sandwich. I was told that lettuce wraps were not available but a very helpful employee (Niko) talked me into trying a salad. I was very impressed with the amount of meat/cheese little pinwheels (full of flavor), beautifully placed on top of lettuce, tomato, onion and mild peppers. Topped off with ranch dressing, and Italian seasoning. The salad was light, yet very filling. I filled my to go cup with an Arnold Palmer (unsweetened iced tea, and a splash of lemonade), while my son was happy to see Cream Soda in the dispenser. Between the freshness of the ingredients and the friendly, professional staff, we will be frequent customers ! Keep up the good work everyone ! ~Barb read more

I bought a sandwich in which the girl told me that if I didn't like a certain spread on the sandwich I can take it back and get a refund if I didn't like it. I didn't like it so I called the manager on duty wrote my name down and he told me that it would be taken care of within a week. A week later I went to pick up my sandwich and nobody had any recollection of me asking for a refund. I gave him proof of purchase and he still said he couldn't do anything and the sky was Jack so I will never go back here again and I will make sure all my friends family anybody I know will not go to this Jersey Mike's in Orland Park. read more

My boyfriend is so pissed. Waited 45 min in line. Don't understand how for a sandwich place. AND THEN they run out of white bread and wheat bread. HOW ITS A SANDWICH PLACE. My boyfriend took one bite of the number 13 with parm rosemary bread and threw it out . Waste of time read more

Want to commend the staff that was working on Christmas Eve as the manager did a great job navigating the amount of people coming in for sandwiches. Not a deal breaker, but JM's needs to look at reducing the size of the bread in relation to the amount of meat. You could cut the bread size by 25% and still have a good sandwich to serve. As most places that have that big of a bread loaf stack more meat in the sandwich. I'll be back soon ! read more

First time at Jersey Mike's. We liked our subs a lot. I got a turkey sub and everything was fresh and tasted good. My son wanted to make sure I gave a shout out to your employee Jacob. He was very patient and helpful as it was our first time and we weren't sure what to get. read more

As a Jersey Girl, I have been a fan for a while. Was so glad they were here in Illinois! Fresh sliced cold cuts and the smell of the oil and vinegar hits your nostrils as soon as you enter. Smells like home!! My husband has been converted from his regular sandwich go to. One good thing to note is he takes his lunch on the road and this sandwich (minus the condiments) keeps well in his lunch box. He just adds the mustard and he is good to go! The prices are a little steep but that is maybe because they fly in that great Jersey bread. The prices are steadily climbing back home so maybe not?! Everyone is friendly and they can quickly make a damn good sandwich. You won't be disappointed. Just goooo!! read more

Five stars all around for this Jersey Mike's location. The food is always spot on, and the staff are all consistently super friendly! I walked in today on my lunch break and was kind of taken aback. Everyone was saying hi to me and talking to me like they were actually genuine people. I'm used to people faking it, but they seem to have really hired some good people. About 3 people said hi to me and started chatting it up about my job. The girl who made the sandwich told me about her favorites and even told me to have it the Jersey Mike's way. Then she sliced the cheese and meat right there. The food was good, but the service was just as good, which is really rare. I'd like to give tons of kudos to this place for doing it right. Everything down to the menu choices was top notch for what they are trying to do. It's no wonder this place has been going since the freakin 50s. I was impressed. read more

I think this place has secured the top spot on my going out for a sandwich list! I like the style of sandwich they serve with quality ingredients. The staff here just can't be beat for friendliness, personality and service. They easily blow every other store in the area away! read more

I came to this place thinking it was just going to be another hole-in-the-wall sub shop. I was WRONG! The place looks like a deli, where they slice the meat and cheese right in front of you. The employees are also very knowledgeable about the company, products, and their suggestions are on point. The best thing that I love is their IN YOUR FACE plugging of the Susan G. Komen For The Cure (breast cancer research) and how deep they are about that cause. Their sandwich wraps are decorated in nothing but Komen pink ribbons for Pete's sake It takes a lot for me to give 5*s, but this is one of the times a place deserves it... You want a great sandwich come here. It really doesn't get any better. From the bread to the meat to the awesome pepper relish, everything is so good! Mike's way is the only way to go! My five year old daughter loves this place too and asks to come here all the time. She loves her kids sub with turkey, provolone, and lettuce. That's her way. I have had the Italian, turkey, roast beef and Tuna all Mike's way on wheat and they are all excellent. Place is clean, friendly, and busy. The meat is sliced to order and although i never tried any hot sandwiches they are made on a grill....no toaster job here. Highly recommended. Try it and you will understand. read more

Love the guy cutting the meat, hes funny and personal. I like the atmosphere. The best turkey and steak n cheese sandwiches hands down. Cant wait until they open in Frankfort!!! only reason not 5 stars is because of the lower class employee that takes his break in the corner table when the place is full and PLAYS WITH his Ipad on FULL volume!!! HOW Fing ignorant!!! I gave him dirty looks and I should have told him to mute it or leave! The manager should know better to not have these moronic employees to hold up an entire table and play with his computer on full volume. Im sure he wont be there long as "these people" are usually lazy and will end up fired. read more

Out of all the sub places in the area, I'd have to say, Jersey Mike's has got to be one of the best. I usually get a roast beef Mike's way minus onions, add mayo, pickle & the red pepper relish stuff (awesome). One of the guys in there is really personable and always creates pleasant conversation while my sub is being made. One time while waiting in line, he gave us a small sample of meat to try, which was cool. Hat's off to you, good sir. If this place was a couple dollars cheaper, I'd say it would be my go-to sub spot and earn a full 5 stars. However, you can't win them all and I'd rather pay more for a Jersey Mike's than a Subway any day of the week. read more

JERSEY MIKES is the best sub place around! I was waiting for Jersey Mike's to open a place in my area. YAY! Everything is of good quality here, the cold cuts, lettuce, onions, tomatoes & all the other trimmings. Always fresh, & the breads are fantastic, just the right size to hold everything inside without falling out. These subs are nothing like subway's. When you bite into a Jersey Mike's sub you get a mouthful! When you take a bite of subways you get a lot of air, a lot of Lettuce ,etc. And maybe a thin slice or two of a meat. ( not a good quality either). BIG DIFFERENCE ! How ever you want your sub, you'll get it...any combination you want or you can pick off the menu, which has a big Selection. Take one of the take out menus for next time you'll be glad you did, cause you will go back soon. Just writing about these subs are making me crave one. Once you try a Jersey Mike's sub, you'll always come here whenever your in the mood for a real sub! You will get hooked I guarantee & subway will only be a memory. Sorry subway, JERSEY MIKES in town! read more
