Id like to speak with whomever is setting prices at Culver's. I have been coming to this location consistently for 2.5 years and in that time I noticed the value basket has gone uo almost an entire dollar. My normal meal used to be value basket single cheese burger plain with fries and a rootbeer Total 8.88$ used to have a nice jingle. Me and the cashiers would joke about it Now that same meal is 9.65$ No more happy jingles. Just a sad sack of fries with a "here's your order" Steadily the price grew to this number it wasn't just an overnight change. I used to love to come here and get the cheapest meal I could living on a budget after all I don't get options to splurge often. Culvers I still love and enjoy you. I dropped in after working on my dads car, before I made the long drive home. I had tried the other place to the west (BK) but the doors were locked, and I wanted to sit and eat, and not in my car. When I was pulling out, I saw Culvers to the east, and made the quick trip over. I was greeted promptly by the counter person, who took my order. I decided to forgo the fries and just have a single burger with everything on it. I sat down, expecting to wait a few minutes. Around 2 minutes later, my burger arrived - hot with the right toppings. This is the best burger I've had in a long time. This place is legit! Super fresh ingredients, the cheese curds were incredible! Even got one of their cement mixers (shake with huge chunks of brownies) The employee JR went out of his way to make sure we had a great lunch. I haven't eaten at Culver's in a while, I know longer eat beef. I used to love their burgers. I found out they have a veggie burger, you have to ask for it. I would suggest all of the topping plus grilled mushrooms and onions cooked well done. DELICIOUS!!!!! pair it with a fry or onion ring .. get a basket. The environment is so warm and friendly the manager was so hands on and Michael the lobby custom server was so efficient and courteous. He made our dining experience so pleasant. I have never written a yelp for a hamburger restaurant, but the experience here warranted it. Great customer service is a rarity and I feel they should be commended. So, this Culver's is great. I've been here lots of times & the service & food is always pretty darn good. Burgers are good, fries are always fresh...and I LOVE their chicken tenders....although I did get a "bad bite" from one of the tenders....(gristle)....the food was definitely still delicious. I'll always continue to visit this place...one thing though....when ordering a "Concrete Mixer"....ask em to please wipe off the cup before handing it to you....that's the only complaint I have. read more

Great location. I just wished they did not forget to bring my pop that came with the meal. However, they could've been thrown off when I asked for a cup of coffee. The staff were very pleasant. My order was taken, and when I drove around to pick up my order I was given a number and was told my order would be brought out. I waited less then 2 mins for my a worker to bring out my food. I wished that they would have put a packet of ketchup in my bag. So I didn't have to eat dry crinkle fries. Overall, I enjoyed my visit at this location. I have only been in the drive thru at this location. Usually one experience at a location does not give the information for a full review. But I want to make sure that I pass on the good experience. This is the first place that has walked me through the order and made sure it was correct before allowing me to pull around to the window. Most places give you a bag of slop and send you on your way. I felt like this location had some pride in the drive thru. The worker interactions were all very good and I received exactly what I expected. The only improvement I see is that the parking lot is pretty tight near the exit and waiting spot for food. When I was waiting for my food (raining and dark out), I thought that I was going to be sideswiped by someone driving through the lot. read more

Culvers is my Cadillac of fast food burgers. If I am on the road and find myself craving a burger, it is my favorite place to stop. Lucky for me, I found myself in such a position last week. Hungry, craving a little red meat, and in close proximity to a Culvers. So in I went with my similarly beef-minded coworker. This particular outpost of the beacon of butterburgers was very nice. It was clean and the employees were friendly. In fact, when I ordered my single basket, the cashier told me they had a deal with small fries and a small drink for under $4. How nice was that? Granted, I can eat a big fry, but face it, I don't need it. My butterburger was perfect, prepared with my desired toppings (the works for me, thanks) and delish. The salty crinkle cut fries were hot and the perfect accompaniment to my burger. Of course, I can't eat my butterburger without a cold root beer (theirs is tops, trust me) so that was my drink du jour. I have never had a bad meal at a Culvers whether I am craving their chicken, their burgers, or just a scoop of their frozen custard of the day...it really is a great place to calm that grumble in your tummy that only a quick meal can fix. I came back here because, "why not" ... I came here with my family for a little something to eat before we all went home. We waited over 30 minutes for our food/ice cream...the place was empty too. According to the cashier, they forgot to make the order. Always go through this drive through. Service is super fast, they always get my order right. The people that work the drive through are acutally nice and I can understand them and vice versa. They must have a great speaker system in this place. One time I went through and they gave me a free cup of their famous ice cream in my favorite flavor chocolate. Yummy. I usually visit during non-peak times. The service is always great. The employees look genuinely happy to be of service (always a plus in my arbitrary point rating system lol) The manager on duty walks around and makes sure everything is OK and asks if you need anything. Even though this is a "buss your own table" kind of place, employees occasionally come by to take trash if you are finished. The food quality is great for the price and the frozen custard (addictive) is hard to beat. Also, the employees occasionally walk around with samples of their flavor of the day custard. read more
