It was an interesting experience. The waffle cone is not what I thought it was going to be. It was a soft waffle and fresh and just about warm. It is put in a cardboard holder so it doesn't drip on you. They also have pancakes which is a natural item to have with this set up. You can get them on a stick or a plate with ice cream and toppings. They have preset menu items or you can create your own which is always nice. The ice cream is okay, not mind blowing. There are a lot of toppings to choose from so that is a plus. The place is bright and clean with a few tables to sit at. Its in a strip mall so plenty of parking. The service was good. I may go back and try a shake but I wouldn't go out of my way. It was a nice place, a little pricey like most places these days but a good difference from the usual ice cream places.

Our first time trying Eiffel Waffle and it was sooooo delicious! We Chinese have a popular snack called the egg waffle (雞蛋仔) that is similar to this. It's been our snack for as long as I can remember. And Eiffel Waffle reminds me of that but with delicious ice cream, caramel drizzle, graham crackers and the works. It was so good! Walked in and place was clean and spacious, nice art on walls. It was our first time here and the guy behind the counter was super friendly, letting us know to try some samples. We got the Cookie Monster ice cream and I got an Eiffel refresher with redbull. I was blown away with my refresher, it was soooo good! The presentation of the icecream waffle was cute and the icecream was really good as well. We took my mom here for her 89th birthday for a waffle cone. Walking in, middle eastern music was playing through their sound system, and it was rather annoyingly loud. We got there 15 minutes after they opened up and were the only customers there at the time. This was on 9/10/25 and they open at 1pm. We each ordered the same kind of waffle cone and while we were waiting, our mom needed to use the restroom which are gender-inclusive restrooms. I helped her to navigate to the restroom and i will say this restroom was completely disgusting. How does a place open it's doors without making sure the restrooms are clean and ready to use? The employee brought our cones to us at our table and the cones were fine, but honestly, we couldn't even enjoy ourselves because the music was loud and annoying. Seriously, when you are serving the public, choosing background music should be pleasing to everyone. While the concept of the product is cute and put together tastefully, we definitely won't return based on this very disappointing visit. read more

This was our first time visiting. First walk in impression was not that great. The place is only a year old and the place looks beat up! The walls are all scuffed up and dirty... the tables and chairs are cheap metal and scratched up. The table we sat at was sticky. The sideways tv on the wall was not working. There were 3 ppl behind the counter but only 1 lady seemed to be doing all the work. At the time we came, it was pretty steady with customers so our order took a while to be ready. We ordered different flavors of shakes. They were ok, too sweet for our liking. Won't be going back! If you're going to own part of a franchise, put some effort and pride in your place and have your employees get up and work. read more

Shockingly dirty bathrooms. Filthy tables. The floors hadn't been mopped in forever. We were looking forward to our first visit, but everything seemed a bit slap-dash and slow. The pictures online look great, but the ice cream didn't measure up. Temperature control seems to be an issue, as lots of buckets looked like they had been thawed and refrozen a few times. My husband and I stopped in after dinner, the girl behind the counter was very nice, we ordered a kiddie waffle with cinnamon ice cream and cheesecake bites on top, it was very good. I love bubble waffle and so excited to tryout this place. We order Lotus lover ( kiddy size) with salted caramel flavor. It's pretty good size $6. It's taste amazing. Oreo avalanche little too sweet for me but it's taste better after we put in the fridge . The service is great he very know what he doing and very welcoming. The Cheesecake with Sweet Potato Pie, was not bad. It just didn't make my mouth sing like the others. I believe I was looking for a firm baked Cheesecake experience, and it was more of a "Cheesecake fluff". It wasn't bad. It was just a different experience. The texture of the pie pieces were under cooked(potatoes werent hard, but were not very soft either) and the fluff with whipped cream, though it was not bad at all.. it was just not for me. I/we, ate every morsel of our purchase. Cobbler (options of toppings) Cheesecake(options of toppings) Banana Pudding (options of toppings) Milk shakes (options of toppings) Churros....there may be toppings for these too! Lol And there is sooooo much more. I can't type it all! So, that means you have to go and check them out! You can get your cobbler warmed up or not. And all cobbler selections come with ice cream. Yay for ice cream! They have catering options available. I am now trying to think of a gathering to host just to have cobbler for dessert. Ha! This place is like a museum of cobbler/banana pudding/milk shake/dessert splendor! You have to give them a try! Cornelius sir, we will return, and with friends/family in tow. They have a special system and it works. It's organized, it's fast and it's flawless. I ordered the iced banana bread blonde with caramel and cold foam. It was so good!
