Driven by multiple times on the way to MDW and decided to stop for a treat on the way out of town. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes, it was my turn to take in the enormity of their menu board. I was drawn in by the limited time Gooey Butter Cake special and chose to consume it in the "concrete" or blended treat form. I added the roasted pecans. Absolutely delicious. More expensive than expected. Nice sized pieces of the star ingredient which were a great texture and very decadent. The pecans helped to balance out the flavors (highly recommend this addition.)

I'm not a huge fan of eating outside. Cuz you know. Pollution from the cars and bugs and what not. But cuz this was an UPPER level. Just so good. The customer service was sweet. If I'm being completely honest, they're not quite as hospitable as the other places we've been in their surrounding area but I think those other places are far above what is expected. I checked the prices online on their website and that is not what we were charged. I made an effort to allow them to correct this by giving them a call, no one answers the phone. I usually have no issues when I am eating in person, but sadly this experience was not the same. This is really upsetting and left us without a resolution. I like to support businesses that have integrity and care about the service and products they are offering their customers. Zmzm sweets I personally feel does not care about customers experience nor provides a way to remedy problems. All we are left to do is leave a review and hope we can bring attention to the issues that they should care about resolving.
