Rating: (3/5 Boba Heaven is conveniently open until late, with a cute ambiance. They offer plenty of mix-and-match options, which is great. I tried the Mango/Raspberry Freezes with Pineapple boba; it tasted good but didn't quite match the flavors. Prices and proportions are solid at 4/5, and customer service is friendly, earning a 4/5. Overall, a decent spot with room for flavor improvement. read more

The milk tea sometimes only tastes like the tapioca pearls syrup, but it's still decent. The pancakes are fire. The service is usually friendly enough. My girlfriend ordered the Dubai strawberry cup (pictured) and it was THE most disappointing thing I've ever seen. Complete waste of $12.99. read more

I was disappointed to pay 6 dollars for my chocolate boba drink which essential tasted like chocolate milk. It tasted pretty good, but was not worth the price. I asked to have the tea removed and he said they don't use tea... so this place doesn't seem very authentic. The service was friendly and fast. The place itself was pretty cute, but pretty limited seating. Worth a try, but go to China town if you want a real boba drink. read more

Always curious to try boba, this was refreshing! I gotta say those......balls, they put in are delicious. Cant explain what they are but it's worth trying. The overall drink taste amazing, it's big, and awesome on a hot day. The staff was super friendly, helped me figure out what I wanted. Being new to it all. I will be back read more

I don't go out for boba too much, but when I do, I tend to be very picky with where I go; nevertheless, this location perfectly reached my expectations and more. They went above and beyond with all of the drinks my friends and I got, so from the three of us, we give it 5 stars The location is small, but it does have a good amount of seating and space for people to walk through. The designs and decor were very cute, and the theme was really nice and well made for the boba heaven concept. The staff were nice, the drinks didn't take too long to come out, and the menu was full of options. I was quite surprised, and the prices were reasonable too. They serve both medium and large, and the portions were good. One of the perks of this location is that it's open later than most boba places, so it's definitely more convenient for those who are late night snackers. Very great place, would definitely come again! read more

It has horrible service It took me almost 30 minutes for an order I'm never going back to this place do not recommend

First impression, walked into restaurant, cashier was on the phone, yelled aggressively 'DO YOU NEED MORE TIME???!' We just said 'Yes.' My daughter ordered a small raspberry mango freeze with boba. 'You can only get medium!' I'm like it doesn't say that, but just said okay. She wasn't friendly at all. Later in the day, after my other two children got out of the movies, they wanted boba. It was a man servicing then, but they received the same order in a SMALL. Not sure why the rude lady lied to us about only being able to get a a freeze in medium, but it's not consistent or businesslike/professional. She needs to go back to training pronto. People don't patronize where they get lied too. I'll post pics also. I called & left a similar message with my phone number on their voicemail. I hope they call me back & look at their surveillance. read more

First and last time supporting this business. I ordered Mochi Donuts and didn't receive them. Instead I got some raw Churros and a cookie. Don't give customers things they didn't order! You need to do better I've never seen churros like this in my life and they don't even taste right. read more

They're menu is massive, and I look forward to being more adventurous with my order like many of the other folks in my office, but so far I have stuck with my default order of Thai milk tea (vanilla tea) with tapioca, and it has not disappointed. It's a delicious little afternoon pick me up that always brightens my day. The staff is always friendly, the orders come out quick and at around $7 for a large the price is decent. read more

I saw Boba Heaven's ad on Yelp over the weekend, I immediately bookmarked it because I love boba, and I get excited when I see new options in the area. I finally got around to trying Boba Heaven for the first time, I was so excited to see that they're on Grubhub and DoorDash (this is extremely dangerous as I'll probably find myself ordering here very often due to the convenience of not having to leave my home). I scheduled a delivery for 12:30, they opened up at 12, and they followed all of my instructions. I ordered a large original milk tea with tapioca and their 10 pieces of mini pancakes -- they remind me of the egg waffles. I asked for no sugar and no ice in my milk tea, and even though the instructions were followed, you can still taste the sweetness from the tea which I don't mind because the after taste is bitter like authentic tea leaves (I'm probably the only one out there that likes that, and you only get that with no sugar). My only complaint is that my drink wasn't filled up to brim of the cup. The mini pancakes are so deliciously cute, it's perfect for dessert (it's nutella flavored on soft fluffy fresh mini pancakes) and they're still warm when it arrived. I'd recommend Boba Heaven to anyone in the area looking for drinks (bubble tea, coffee, lattes, smoothies, etc) and small bites to eat. Update: I ordered from DoorDash again this evening. This time, tried their brown sugar milk tea with tapioca, and I also ordered a waffle that tastes like Ferrero Rocher. I asked for no ice in my milk tea, and I'm assuming the drink has to have ice since they eased up on it. The cup wasn't filled to brim again. After trying 4 different items on their menu so far, I'd rather have the mini pancakes over the waffles because it's delicious enough where I won't be tired of it. The waffles is something I'd want every once in awhile to treat myself. If you have a sweet tooth and love creative desserts, I'd recommend you check out their waffles and pancakes -- they're super soft and fluffy and flavored to perfection. As for their bubble tea, I've had better. read more

Boba heaven blew us away! We used to go all the way to china town for authentic boba but one day a Google maps auto correct to us here instead of a nearby one. Boy are we glad we tried it. They have excellent non dairy options which really eliminate the filmy gooey aftertaste you sometimes get with a boba drink. The brown sugar and anything with coconut mango jelly is great. The worker was very engaged, explained the somewhat overwhelming menu and even gave us a discount as first time customers. We will be back for sure. The decor is really great too. read more

REFRESHING & EXCITING EXPERIENCE. Such a lovely little cafe. The staff was first of all Absolutely Wonderful. So kind & considerate. They let a small child take home sample cups of each boba and jelly flavor! So incredibly thoughtful. The drinks are so much fun to watch being made & sealed. This was a delightful addition to the area, & truly a fun thing to try. You won't regret it. We only ordered a strawberry milk teawith mango popping pearls, & a peach flavored cold tea with peach popping pearls. So delicious & such incredible flavor. !!!!!!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!! read more

I have been here twice and the Boba freeze drinks are amazing. The fries are also good. They also offer poutine (fries with gravy and cheese curds), my daughter loved it . She said it was 10 out of 10. I tried the fries with the gravy and didn't care for it but honestly, I don't like fries dry. Yet, the fries that I tasted without the gravy was seasoned very well. We definitely will be back soon! read more

Boba Heaven is a local and convenient option for Bubble teas and fruit freezes with Boba. There are lots of options to choose from and their customer service was great. I normally go to China Town when I have a taste for Boba Freezes because they make them with fresh fruit, which I prefer. Boba Heaven uses syrups and powders but the flavors are tasty. I recommend Mango/Lychee with regular boba. read more

I use to always take a ride to Chinatown whenever I was in the mood for boba tea but not anymore. Thank you boba heaven for opening in the south suburbs. The staff is always nice and helpful. They have a variety of goodies especially the mini pancakes I always try something new whenever I go and I always leave satisfied. The staff is very friendly and the drinks are amazing. I never had taro before and now it's one of my favorites. The best thing about it they even deliver thru door dash as well just in case u don't feel like taking that drive. I highly recommend this place if your craving something sweet. read more

Awesome customer service here and there Boba is amazing! I'll be back soon for more thanks fellas!

Their bathrooms are not open. I bought a reusable mug and keep it in my car as I drive. In the past they've always been willing to clean out the mug, and refill the tea. Today, she said she wouldn't do it. I said "you've always done it before." She said, "I prefer not to." I'd be fine cleaning out myself if the bathrooms worked, but now I'm just not going to go anymore, and I regret wasting money on the reusable mug. I liked this place before and the guy who works there was always cool. Won't be returning. read more

The blueberry green tea with strawberry boba was delicious and a must try! It was gone before I knew it

Drinks were good. Wait was a little long but overall would go back again and recommend it.

If you're done your boba homework or you're a avid boba drinker do not go here. I was honestly desperate and thought I'd give it a try but my drink looks at tastes like pepto bismol with tapioca. Now I know just save yourself the disappointment and drive to Chinatown. Honestly, who does powder based drinks anymore other than take out Chinese restaurants?? The store overall was decent and customer service was eh. read more

The drink was good. The Boba was not. We paid for 4 drinks with Tapioca and the Tapioca pearls were hard and just not good. As I said, the flavor of the actually drink was great. But the quality and texture of the Boba made it unsatisfactory. This isn't our first Boba place we've stopped by. We got the brown sugar milk tea and the honeydew milk tea. Ran out of regular boba so we tried the lychee boba and strawberry popping ones. The brown sugar milk tea tasted like barbecue sauce and the honeydew tasted super chalky. The lychee boba was rectangular?! Tasted awful too and the strawberry ones tasted okay I guess but had the consistency of popped orbeez. Save your self the trip and go to Tea Yard instead worth the extra 5 minute drive. Way faster too, takes under 5 minutes at Tea Yard vs 15 at Boba Heaven. read more
