My daughter and I stopped in for a sweet treat, and it was such a wonderful experience! Everything we ordered was delicious, and my guava juice was absolutely phenomenal--so fresh and flavorful. The shop was spotless, and the music was at the perfect volume, creating a relaxing atmosphere where we could enjoy our time together. The staff was welcoming, and the overall experience made us feel right at home. On a funny side note... whatever hand soap they use in the restroom smells AMAZING! It's such a small detail, but it speaks to the care they put into every part of the customer experience. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a delicious treat and a great atmosphere! read more

Yes! I love this spot. Awesomeness for something sweet... We ordered a Cocktail Fruit and a Brownies Magic. Both delicious. I mean. So good. Very rich for me. Perfect for my Donald. They have this AhMazing upper level that's outdoor seating. In good weather. The weather was perfect for this option. I believe they can also close this section off for inclement weather. I'm not a huge fan of eating outside. Cuz you know. Pollution from the cars and bugs and what not. But cuz this was an UPPER level. Just so good. The customer service was sweet. If I'm being completely honest, they're not quite as hospitable as the other places we've been in their surrounding area but I think those other places are far above what is expected. They do have a lot for parking. read more

Fun sweets shop. For all the chocolate lovers, this is a great place to try. Beautiful display of Fresh Fruit Juice Bar and Fondue Chocolate Fountains. The Kunafa Crepe had so many special layers and textures of wonderful flavors. Pistachio, dark & white chocolates. Crispy sweet crunch. This is a definitely "must try" if you enjoy chocolate & pistachio. They have a very nice upstairs as well as downstairs. Nice design. I do think they need to improve the signage so customers can find the passage to the upstairs area. read more

I was out of town craving a Dubai cup and found this place. They have a shared parking lot. Upon entry the place is welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. I was greeted at the Regan's allowed to try different flavors. The lady was nice and helpful. The Dubai cup was made to order took about 10 minutes. The quality of chocolate was nice and decadent. So was the pistachio cream. The crunchy pistachio was a nice new touch for me. I'd personally like more of the crunchy filo dough. Small cup is $14. Large $19.99! Pricey but the quality is there. Recommended. read more

I've never been here. It took me years to finally try this place. Ordering seems to be self-service they will bring you the desserts out however, nobody is there to take your plates back, which was weird. Didn't see a station to where I could put the dirty dishes in for me. A big pet peeve is dirty dishes on the table. They need to improve the set up. It's a great place with really good dessert, but I feel like there is a real gap between service and also nobody explains anything. It's very generic just scanning the menu or reading the menu inside and they give you a number that's pretty much it . read more

My friends and I had a very upsetting experience at Melt n Dip in Bridgeview. We went upstairs, an area that has been open to us on previous visits, and were told it was "closed." However, there were multiple tables upstairs that were occupied. From our perspective, we were treated differently than other customers , and the experience left us feeling that we were discriminated against because we are white. Whether or not that was the intent, that's how the interaction came across, and it made us feel unwelcome. We won't be returning. read more

Went here after Meat Moot and because I've heard so much about their desserts being decadent. Boy, they weren't kidding. We had the Lotus Crepe because I love Lotus cookies, and that thing was oooey, gooey madness (in a good way!). It was so, so, so delicious. But the REAL surprise was their Damascene Icecream - rolled in Pistachios, the icecream has a very subtle sweetness to it that is delightful, dessert-perfect without being cloying. It's served with Keshta - think whipped cream but Swanee, more luscious and mixed with a hint of orange blossom. The one person serving for Damascene can likely serve 3 folks. The hospitality, the personnel were also super sweet. Loved it, and will be back! read more

I walked into Melt N Dip expecting to be delighted with a Dubai Strawberry Cup, not knowing I walked into a disaster. This young woman not only gave me ZERO chocolate, she rolled her eyes when I asked for extra. Rudest service I've ever received. As you can see she didn't even ATTEMPT to give me more than a squirt in my strawberry cup. The food was overpriced as is, now I don't even get my full meal? Super dissatisfied not only with the service, but how gloomy the place looked. The tables were barely cleaned, music was blasting in my ear (during ramadan?), and everyone looked like they had a horrible time. read more

Amazing!!! The family took Grammy here for her birthday and it was a hit! Grammy licked her plate clean and the kids all agreed it was a fantastic. Very family friendly environment. We shared the fruit plate, the cotton candy crepe, lotus crepe, apple cinnamon crepe and s'more crepe. The s'more was very rich while the ones with fruit were a little lighter. We got espresso and cappuccino which was fantastic also. Presentation was beautiful. There is outdoor setting with chairs and loveseats. Indoor has tables with chairs and loveseats and high tops. We would have loved to sit outside but our party was too large, those can fit about 5. The only complaint is that the upper level seating don't open until 5pm. It looks gorgeous from Harlem at night! Harlem can be such a bumper to bumper road but 100% worth it for Melt n Dip! read more

I get my eyebrows done next to this place in bridgview and my girl is always raving about how good it is. I was so excited to finally have someone to go with. So this place is opened 12-12 which is awesome for an after dinner dessert I absolutely loved the crepa I ordered. It was the perfect amount of sweetness with all the fruit it was stuffed with. My partner ordered the chocolate cookie and he was very disappointed with it. First off it was really tiny for the price. And he said it was extremely sweet so do not get that! I would recommend the crepes however, and the place is cute to dine in as well. I am looking forward to bringing him again to give it another try and I'll update my opinion! read more

So busy and is open late!! Service is very good and the place is huge. The prices are high. We tried the Lava Cake, Vanilla Gelato, Triple Chocolate Crepe and the Pistachio Eclairs. What a great addition to the community! Bridgeview is really doing an amazing job bringing fun and delicious food spots. This place reminded me of the crepe restaurants in Egypt. With the Arabic music playing, it gave me a feeling of being in Egypt. My family loooved all 3 items we got. The restaurant was clean and well designed. We sat outside which was also so nice. I'm so happy to have this being offered in the neighborhood now. Will be back soon! read more

I was excited to try this place, this was my second time here. First time I visited, it was on a holiday so they were Only serving crêpes and waffles. I got the fettuccine crepe, it was yummy and the price was good. However, the menu said your choice of gelato. When I wanted to choose a flavor, the person that served me said no I can only get vanilla. this time I went, I got a scoop of the gelato (serving is very small compared to the price) and the flake sense. The flake sense didn't look anything like the photo in the menu which isn't an issue but it was not worth $7. There was no pound cake as it should have. It's a bit costly for a small scoop of gelato Rice Krispies and some chocolate. read more

Stopped here for dessert after a Red Stars game. The place was very clean and the atmosphere is fun. We had a short wait before we ordered. We ordered the rocky road crepe, a Nutella shake, and a cafe mocha. The service at the counter was efficient. Unfortunately, we waited over 25 minutes to get part of our order. My daughter got her crepe first. It was ok, not a great crepe in my opinion, but she enjoyed it. It was plated nicely and was very pretty. It was super sweet with so much chocolate. I got my Nutella shake about 10 minutes later. My husband had to go back to the counter to ask for his latte "to go." It took at least another 5 minutes to get his drink. Overall, it was ok, but the wait time for dessert was too long for us. read more

Wish we had something like this in Kansas City: Dessert/crepe place in a suburb, open till 11, which is NOT an ice cream place and is not Cheese cake factory. Other than all kinds of ice cream I don't think we have anything in and around Overland Park, KS that we can go to if in the mood after dinner, and is kind of late. We were visiting Chicago (actually Naperville) and were told about this place. It did not disappoint. I got the, I think it was called melt n dip crepe: had strawberries, banana, pineapple and kiwi filled crepe, topped/smothered on the top with their marbled white/brown chocolate! My son and husband got the fettuccine crepe. They were both great! Our family who we were visiting here in Chicago said they had had the red velvet skillet cookie topped with ice cream and the pina colada crepe- and they were all good! Loved the place, will likely be a spot we have to return to whenever we happen to be in Chicago! We thought we'd never be able to finish when we saw the sizes of the things and will have to have left overs, but ended up cleaning our plates completely! The pictures actually don't do it justice because the way they cover everything completely gives everything the same look I think, and you cannot tell anything apart- so I wish they would maybe not cover the entire crepe with the chocolate; instead maybe just a little decorative chocolate ON the crepe, rest somehow maybe just on the plate or on the side or something to that effect! read more
