Omg!!! I have never been to a fast food restaurant that has such superb service. A beautiful young lady took my order. I believe her name was Taylor. She was so helpful in answering my questions about the food. This was my first time at Culver's, visiting from out of town. Anyway, my food was fresh and delicious and if Taylor could work at every place I ate, I would be more than happy. She had amazing manners and really knew her stuff about the menu. Geez this Culver's needs to step their game up. I ordered my food and pulled to the window. The girl opens it tells me the amount and I was trying to hurry to get a dime in my wallet and she shut the window. I sat there then she opened it up again. I gave her a ten dollar bill and a dime. My order was $9.09. She gave me a bunch of change back so I I clarified the price. She said I gave her $10.01. I told her it was a dime I gave her. She had to get someone and opened the window. I gave her the change and she gave me a dollar. She didn't give me the penny. I know it's a Penny, but it's the principal. You should give the customer exact change. I got my food and the frys were luke warm. I asked for no pickles and there were pickles. To top it all off, I got down to the last bite only to find about an inch long black hair in my burger. We tried this place for the first time tonight (family of five with kids ranging from 9-15). We have an allergy in the family and I can't tell you how impressed I was with the handling of our order. They were VERY thorough and even put that particular order on its own tray. The place was VERY clean, the food arrived quickly and was piping hot and very good. One of the all-around best classic-style fast food joints in America, this location in particular is excellent. I went last week during late lunch, using a coupon from ValPak and ordered the Culver's Deluxe value basket. Service was great--usually high school kids, but they are friendly and professional. The older gentleman who runs this location is always present, smiling and starting conversations. You can tell he takes pride his restaurant. The speed of the food was quick, and the burger tasted great (as usual). This location is fairly consistent in its quality. Interior was clean and inviting and takes you back a couple of decades--in a good way. I've noticed some other reviewers have criticized this particular restaurant for its location, which isn't fair to its employees. I agree that maybe the roads could be better organized, but everything within this Culver's team's control is well above average. If you're looking for good food and good service at mid-to-high end fast food pricing, this is the place to go. read more

Five stars for customer service and the amazing menu! I had not been to a Culver's ever, how did I miss this amazing burger joint, home of the butter burger?!?! They have burgers, chicken burgers, pulled pork, cheese curds, custard, shrimp...OMG the menu goes on and on! I had the shrimp basket with 6 yummy deep fried shrimp and I could have eaten more! My sides was mashed potatoes and gravy (please season the mashed potatoes), other than seasoning on the potatoes, it was a fantastic meal, it came with a drink too for around $9. I had to try the cheese curds (delicious) and of course had to try the custard (shake, chocolate/peanut butter)! The young men taking orders, delivering food, etc,. We're delightful and had lots of information for a first time customer like me! Love this place and I will be back! read more

I tried this with my family when it first opened...all excited because we heard how good it was. Well, it was super pricey for what you get and it was not good. I mean, really not good. Good Times burgers are much better (and so is the custard). I don't get what the hype is about. It's an overpriced burger joint. Food poisoning alert!! Both myself and my husband have had sever digestive cramping and diarrhea after eating at this location in the evening of 7/27/16. Second time eating here and was as dissatisfied as the first except this time I got the poops in addition to my mediocre/over priced food. (Free gift with purchase?) Paid $65 for my family of 5 to eat, only went because it was a fundraiser for my daughters cheer squad. Will not be returning ever, ever again. read more

I am a fan of this place mainly for the custard that no one else can beat. We ate here last night and had Butterburgers which were some of the griesiest I think I have ever had. Not sure what the nutrition facts are on them but has to be bad. They come in a small container and on mine the bottom was just dripping in grease. The fries were pretty average for a fast food place. Because I was too full I didn't have any room for custard which is kind of the only reason I come here ugh! Don't know if I will ever have another Butterburger after this experience that was very disappointing. read more

We went in for the Walleye dinner special that Culver's has once a year during Lent. We have had outstanding Walleye dinners in Minnesota and were looking forward to having it again in our "backyard". The breading was tasty but thick and the fish tasted good. The tarter sauce was awful. The French fries were tough and a bit greasy. The onion rings were all ring and not much onion. The coleslaw was all mayonnaise and not tasty at all. The dinner roll was huge and ordinary. All in all it was not impressive, especially for the higher than expected price. Probably won't be going back for the fish. Might try their famous burgers next time. The service was friendly and competent. The restaurant was clean and attractive. read more

We've eaten here a number of times. Good food, great service, clean and bright. This past visit was even more special. Somehow last night my wallet came out of my shorts and didn't notice it was missing until this morning. When they opened, the manager called and said they had it. I went to recover my wallet and ordered take-out lunch. The manager insisted on buying us lunch (not worth losing the wallet, but appreciated). They are a favorite! read more

We went for a cone and small sundae and it cost us over $9 total. Way overpriced for a tiny sundae and one scoop cone. The following week we went to McDonalds and our cone and sundae totaled $2.48! Quite a difference in price. And McDonalds custard tastes better than Culver's, too, more creamy. We will be going to McDonalds for our ice cream treats from now on and save ourselves from being ridiculously overcharged. read more

Got chicken fingers that were still frozen in the middle while going through drive thru & had to go back. The only thing they did was replace the chicken fingers with fully cooked ones while the rest of our meal got cold. Gross! read more

Culver's is one of the best fast food places around with tasty food, great variety and awesome frozen custard desserts. We have the burgers and chicken fingers and are satisfied every time . The staff is friendly and they support the community with fundraising. Great food! read more

Crappy experience. They apparently didn't have ingredients to make something on their menu, ordered two medium custards and got handed a small one. When we said it was supposed to be medium she dumped the small cup into a bigger one and added a little more ice cream....not impressed. read more

Culvers really reminds me of Good Times. As far as speed and service, I would have to give the knod to Culvers, especially as compared to the Windsor GoodTimes location. The ice cream (custard) is good, although the place is very pricy for a fast food joint. read more

My husband and I came here for the fish dinner and we went through the drive-thru, after ordering and paying they told us to park up front to wait for our food. After 20-25 minutes later we still hadn't received our food so I went inside to see what was going on and when I got inside I was surprised to see that it was pretty dead. Turns out the older man who is a manager gave our meals to someone else and they completely forgot we were even out there!! He refunded us our money and said they'd bring our food out right away, after waiting another 20 minutes I go back inside and I see our food just sitting up under the heater and no one doing anything. So another worker there seen i was pretty irritated at this point and gave me my food and apologized and had me right down my name so we could get 2 free meals the next time we go there. Well a couple weeks later I called to make sure they had my name down still and the older man answered the phone and told me they didn't have my name still and that because he refunded me for the meals the first time that's all he could do. They are absolutely unprofessional and I will never give them my business again!! read more

I have had a great experience with Culver's in the past. However. Today ordered through their drive thru. Ordered ONE piece of fish (North Atlantic Cod) and a paper cup of cheese curds. People. $9 plus change. Cheese curds were 95% breading. Fish piece was 4 inches long, fried perfectly. Got the malted vinegar I asked for. But goodness, for $9, this was a total disappointment. And I am sorry about that. Never again. read more
