As always, we have great experience eating at Chick-Fil-A restaurants . The entire staff are very friendly, polite and professional. They greet you when you walk up the counter to place your order. They always say "my pleasure" when you say thank you to them. Our chicken sandwiches always comes out hot and fresh. The waffle fries are always hot and crispy. Great customer service for sure. You don't get this type of customer service at McDonalds, Burger King, Carl's Jr, Wendy's. I have been to this Chick-fil-A many times. I have been to additional Chick-fil-A's many more times. This Chick-fil-A off of Harmony Road in 25 is completely inconsistent concerning service cleanliness and friendliness. Today I stopped in and ordered food for here. I received my salad in a to go bag as well as my Sandwich in a separate bag. When the to go bags replaced on the table, I noticed an orange and wet film on the backs. When I asked the young man why these bags are wet as I touch them and felt them and took them off the table he said to me, I don't know they just gave it to me and walked away. Poor service when I took my salad out of the bag it was wet with an orangey syrup wetness. I took my spicy deluxe sandwich out of the separate bag and it was wet and slimy with this orangey syrupy type liquid. The condiments that were for my salad were not neatly packed like they usually are, and seem to be more like thrown into it, and and with a little care. When the same young man that dropped off my salad came by again and I asked for a knife he said it's in the bag and I asked him again. What is this wet gooey stuff syrup type liquid he goes I don't know and walked away. I told the staff member Finn, while placing my order the mail bathroom was out of toilet paper and kind of a mess. I am not sure if it ever got cleaned up or replacing the empty toilet paper. But I did notice was the kids that were working there spent more time talking between themselves or their friends that came into the store. Some sat with them and ignored the rest of the patrons that needed assistance. Food was good, maybe because I was extremely hung and didn't mind the wet, sticky orangey syrupy liquid that was on everything in my bag. Please take this review as you like. I am a fan of Chick-fil-A. I will not be going to the Chick-fil-A off of Harmony Road and 25, not anytime soon if ever again. read more

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A but have unfortunately had multiple issues with the Timnath location more than once. Once I ordered through the app and arrived in my parking spot to pickup- I waited for what had to have been at least 30 minutes before calling the inside store number to let them know I hadn't gotten my order. They were serving multiple guests that had just gotten there but took forever with my food and only realized because I called. My food was brought to me cold and my fries were soggy. Another time I had ordered a 12 count meal and only had gotten 8 pieces which was frustrating however the manager was very nice about it. I think this Chick-fil-A could be better if it was ran a little more organized and they communicated better. Definitely disappointed :(. read more

Stuck at home today and thought I would try the new delivery service CFA has available. I ordered the Cobb salad and a medium fry. I also ordered on their app and had it delivered right to my home. It took roughly an hour for the delivery, which was fine due to it being the lunch rush. The fries came in their own separate bag, but unfortunately they were way to soggy to enjoy. The Cobb salad was a no brainer and came nicely packaged including the extra sauce I asked for through the app. The driver was very pleasant, but probably will not order for delivery again unless stuck at home starving. I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A location since they opened and I have usually been pleased with the service. I have very few instances when my order has been incorrect and the food always tastes great! The company values great customer service and providing a great experience for their customers and overall I have had good experiences at Chick-fil-A restaurants. This particular location does not impress me in the area of service. I have been many times and I don't get the impression that service is valued in the same way, even though the owner also owns the location in Fort Collins. I often get the feeling that interstate fast food restaurants don't provide the same quality as others and I tend toward that impression in this case. I don't mean to say that the service is always bad, but it is not the quality of service I typically expect from Chick-fil-A restaurants. The chicken is great of course, and if you haven't tried the desserts, you are missing out! I love the cookies and cream milkshake! There are actually Oreos in it and you can tell there are chunks of the cookie filling in the shake and that makes me feel happy. I will continue to visit this location since it is the closest CFA to my house and I have an addiction to their chicken and I will update my review if things improve. read more

This restaurant has gone from bad to worse. They shut down at 8pm I was in the drive thru at 8:01 and I had to stare at them in the window for 7 minutes to get their attention. After driving home an hour in the snow and needing to feed kids they told me they had "no food ". So disrespectful and a blatant lie. This place is the absolute worst. One star for good chicken......service was terrible About 3:00pm I ordered a small nugget tray to be picked up at 5:30 pm. Arrived at 5:30pm and stood under the catering pickup sign for 10 minutes while the employees ran around without acknowledging me. I finally waved my hands above my head and loudly asked for help. A lady from the drive through window came over to assist me. She promptly took my monies after verifying who I was and went back to drive through. The food is great, but don't come during lunch! It's a madhouse. We can't even get out of the parking lot. It's 1:30. It seriously took us 19 minutes to get out of the parking lot. They even have a Chick-fila person outside directing traffic. The food is great, but be prepared for the craziness in the parking lot. We avoided the long crazy line by ordering Curbside. I love Chick-Fil-a! I love the scholarships for employees, I love that they close on Sunday. If there is one as a choice, I will always choose it over other fast foods, BUT, I do not love the Chick-fil-a in Timnath near I-25. We live less than 1 mile from there and we have given them chance after chance to work out the kinks, but they haven't. The last few times, my order has always been wrong. Tonight after waiting 13 minutes in the drive through at 8:00pm, I ordered two sandwiches and fries. When I got the order I checked for accuracy. That was good, but the fry I tried as I drove away was cold. It was cold as I drove out of the drive thru! Had my husband not been at the airport shuttle, I would have gone in and pointed this out to ask for new fries. When we got home, we had to warm them in our air fryer. When I dropped them in, I saw that we must have gotten the bottom of the bin as they looked like crumbs. The cheese on the luke-warm sandwich was not at all melted. My question, where is the manager? Why when I drove up to the window were there six teens standing around chatting as one filled our drinks? Where is the owner? If you buy into this franchise, I believe you have the responsibility to uphold the quality behind the name you represent. After reading reviews of this store, as I went to write this one, it appears this is not just how I feel. It appears not one review has been answered, responded to, or taken seriously. I've stopped in here a couple times. Once my wait was slightly longer than expected and without saying a word about it, the cashier offered me a card that had a free dessert. My food has always been correct but what most impresses/encourages me is the overwhelming politeness of the workers who are mostly teenagers dressed in button up shirts looking very professional and acting shockingly respectful and doing do with a huge smile. I can happily support a business that not only tastes good but is instilling incredible values into our youth. read more

Always a disappointing trip to this Chik-Fil-A. This time around we stopped by for a quick family meal and a lot was left to be desired. When we pulled up to the window we were told their system was down and waited for it to boot up. Once that was resolved, the window attendant took 3 attempts to get our transaction correct. And then once we were able to get to our meals, not a single sauce we asked for was there. On top of that one of our regular chicken sandwiches turned out to be a spicy. AWFUL managing of getting orders out in time for curbside orders.....the past three times i have been there I have had to sit for over 20 minutes watching the spot next to me have over 4 cars come and get their order before i even get acknowledged that my car has been sitting there forever (and my staring at them confused as to why the whole row of curbside cars keeps changing and i'm still there) ALSO i have pink eye so i chose this option to keep others safe and avoid contact with people...regardless i shouldn't have counted 11 cars getting their drive through order before I got my order. then when i touched the fries they gave us they were cold and soggy. they had been sitting for so long and the nuggets were very cold and had an awful taste to them. i'm just disappointed in the way I was treated, I could hear the employees blatantly talk shit about my complaint like it was an inconvenience for them. maybe next time don't take 20 minutes to bring out an order, restaurants don't even take that long read more

Spicy chicken sandwich looked like it had been made the night before and sat under a heating lamp for 24 hours. Bun was mushy and grey. Fries were all tiny pieces you'd find at the bottom, only the whole bag was filled with these pieces. Lemonade is their saving grace and therefore they get one star. The dine-in and drive-through services are what you've come to expect from the number one rated fast food chain. The staff are friendly and will go out of their way to be helpful. I've never had an order issue when ordering in the dining room or in the drive-through. They are accurate, expedient, and professional. Unfortunately, it's the exact opposite when it comes to their in-house delivery service. The majority of our order arrived incorrect - a plain spicy sandwich instead of an original deluxe, none of the requested sauces, and it took so long everything was cold when it arrived. At least they got my wife's salad and my drink correct. The professionalism must not apply to the delivery guy either. No doorbell ring, nothing. He literally just tossed the food onto the patio, set the drink on the steps, and left. If it weren't for video doorbells, I wouldn't have known it was delivered. Do not utilize their delivery service. Fight the traffic and wait in the drive-through line to get the correct order and level of service you've come to expect. read more

Faster service than the one on college ave. I did get the frozen lemonade that had a lot of seeds in it. When questioned they said "we squeeze the lemons by hand so seeds end up in there sometimes.." Went to this Chick Fil A on the Fourth of July this year and has the best experience! Friendly staff, fast service, and great food. After a wonderful meal my boyfriend asked a gentleman that was walking around (later turned out to be the GM) for a toothpick and he apologized and said they didn't have any. About five minutes pass and he comes back with a catering toothpick from the back. So thoughtful and genuinely helpful... over all great customer service! read more

People were rude not the typical chick-fil-a employees and need to be retrained ordered 2 kids meals deluxe chicken sandwich and 12 ct chicken nuggets and asked for BBQ, Honey mustard and ranch when I received my food asked if the sauces were in there and they said yes. Drove off none of the sauces I asked for were in there and my kids meals were missing their fries and chicken nuggets were over cooked and dry went back. No apologies nothing made us wait back in the drive Thur lane since dinning room was closed. Horrible service. Would not go to this one again. read more

We're done with this location. I called in an order on Tuesday afternoon (spoke with a gentleman) for an early pick up Thursday morning. Credit card info was given (we have yet to check about whether we were charged). We arrived to pick up the order only to find out it was never put in. The location and date confirmed was on the phone at the time of ordering. Absolutely disgusted with service especially because we've now let down our customers whom were told they'd get this breakfast item.
