This is what I call Americanized-mexican food. With that setting the expectations for this place, I enjoyed it. If there is something to get here - their chips & queso I would recommend. And probably their margs lol. I got three tacos, and my fav one was their tempura mahi (although I'm a little peeved it's called tempura... Wish they called it crispy fish or something). Their grilled mahi was too fishy tasting. I got their carnitas taco too, but it was lacking in flavor in my opinion.

My wife and I and our friends decided to check out Fuzzy's Taco on Harmony. This is the first time we've been here. I thought the restaurant has a fun atmosphere. The staff working the order counter was nice and helpful. My wife has gluten allergies so he recommended all the gluten free options to us. They have great menu selections. Their staff who deliver the food to our table was professional. They even checked up on us to make sure everything was OK. All the food we ordered were delicious. We will definitely come back here again and check out their alcohol drinks.

I wouldn't want to be taken on a first date here or anything, but its a "taco shop". There is indoor and out door seating. Dogs are allowed in the outdoor seating sections only. The seating indoors is pretty minimal and can get full during their busy hours -- covering on the patio or tables with umbrellas outside is always an option depending on the weather. Once you enter, You order at a counter, then wait for your drinks to be made. They hand you a buzzer for when your food is ready and you're good to go. If you're looking for a chill place, that won't break the bank and the foods not too shabby (kid and dog friendly), I'd recommend a try. The few times I've gone, it didn't appear to get a rowdy crowd. I personally go for the drinks, but the food is decent--their Queso and chips is surprisingly good. Food: priced decent, but their white rice could use some work, but hey, just go for the drinks and tacos!

My daughter and I grabbed dinner on the patio at Fuzzy's Tacos tonight and had a fun time. The line for ordering was quite long and moved pretty quickly. The place was packed with couples, families, friends and everyone was having a good time. The food is pretty ok although the cheese in my enchiladas wasn't melted - still in cold shreds but the margaritas are great. I had a mango margarita and it was just as I like it. My daughter had one of their signature floats which has a beer upended inside the big balloon glass. The atmosphere is fun and casual - it just seems like summer at Fuzzy's!

Food and service was very solid. A drunk patron tried to start a fight and the GM handled the situation perfectly.

Fun atmosphere and nice patio but the mixed drinks are pathetically weak and a complete waste of money. Stick with beer if you go.

I consider myself a Mexican food connoisseur, and frankly resent that I'm writing such a glowing…read morereview for a restaurant so far from Mexico. But this was genuinely some of the best Mexican-inspired food of my LIFE! As a vegetarian, Mexican food tends to be hit or miss when it comes to creative meat substitutes. Blue Agave chose fried avocado tacos as its offering, and WOW. They were truly amazing. Life changing. Well spiced, the right amount of filling in each taco, and the avocado itself was perfectly ripe and fried well without much residual grease. Not only that, but the side beans and rice were incredible. The portions were generous and spiced magically- I could eat just the beans and rice as a dish on its own. I was also astounded by how the grilled corn sauce was thick and saucy, but tasted EXACTLY like elote- some kind of culinary magic. This place may be slightly pricier, but the food portions are large and I cleaned my plate and left feeling stuffed. My companions couldn't finish their beans and rice, and if I didn't think I was going to explode I would have cleaned their plates, too. I'm glad I don't live in FoCo or else I would go broke eating here. I cannot recommend it enough, especially those avocado tacos. I will be dreaming of them for years. The restaurant was a little jammed when I visited and some might find the atmosphere overwhelming, but I would say it's absolutely worth it. Seriously, if you're going to one place in FoCo, go here.

I think it took 45 mins from the time we ordered until the time we got our food, dessert was *slightly* better at about 30 mins. I think we were there for almost two hours, if not more because of the long waits. There were PLENTY of empty tables, so it wasn't packed, but still took forever. For the foods: Coconut shrimp tacos- good but the tortilla wasn't cooked and fell apart and the habanero creama will absolutely throat punch you if you were not expecting it Chicken teriyaki- good flavor, the Brussels sprouts were the best part of the dish. Shrimp skewers-just ok. Braised short rib enchiladas-hubby thought these were amazing, huge chunks of tender short rib that melts in your mouth. It was really good. Tres Chocolate Brownie-Underwhelming at best, feel free to skip this. The blondie- DELICIOUS. Get this one. Served warm, and has that kind of brownie gooey center. It's perfect. Would come back for more if I lived here.

It was rich, creamy, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. Every bite was packed with delicious flavors, making it the perfect way to start our meal. For the main course, we got the Barbacoa de Picanha, along with two tacos--the Taco de Ribeye and the Duck Taco. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The meats were tender, juicy, and full of flavor. We also ordered two drinks: the Sabina Safe and the Martini Manzana. Both were excellent--refreshing, flavorful, and crafted perfectly. They paired wonderfully with the food and added even more to the overall experience. A special shoutout goes to our server, Allen. He was incredibly friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable. We followed several of his recommendations, and every single one was spot on. His attentive service truly elevated our dining experience. To top it all off, Allen surprised us with two complimentary shots at the end of the meal. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of them, but they were honestly the most delicious shots I've ever had. They had a beautiful purple creamy foam on top and were absolutely incredible--smooth, unique, and unforgettable. Overall, everything was outstanding: the food, the drinks, the service, and the atmosphere. This was a truly memorable dining experience, and I will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in the area. Highly recommended!

We started with margaritas - my friends got the spicy marg and I opted for cucumber. The spicy marg is like drinking fresh jalapeño; it is no joke, a bit overwhelming honestly. My friends had a hard time drinking it because it was so incredibly hot. The cucumber marg was more refreshing. However, neither of them were strong like I'm used to at Mexican restaurants. The queso fundido was yummy. My friends and I split the shrimp ceviche, which was ok, but I honestly expected better based on the reviews I'd seen.
