This location is usually quite busy and understaffed, so you've got to hit it just right for the best experience. Midday is the best time we've found. Food is good, some great deals for about $11 that you can't beat for a real burger. Staff is friendly, just often stretched and seemingly not trained well. I honestly had not come in to Chili's because of the reviews. I'm glad I finally made it in. We came in on a Sunday afternoon. The place is pretty big lots of boths tables and a decent size bar area.We were sat immediately and within a few minutes the waiter came to take our drink order. When the drinks were brought to our table, he took out an appetizer order we had the trio. It comes with lots of chips, super mild salsa, amazing guacamole, and great queso. A few moments later, he took our order , and we split the ultimate smokehouse combo. The ribs were good, the honey Chipotle tenders were delicious, the sauce had a really good flavor, and the jalapeño cheddar sausage was ok. The fries were hot and crispy. I have a confession. Chili's lunch fajitas is one of my favorite meals anywhere. It was excellent here. I'm excited that we recently moved to a city (not FoCo) that has a Chili's so I can have it more often! A couple of things to mention. Our server logged our lunch fajitas as the dinner fajitas and we were overcharged. It took two tries for him to correct the price. Also, it would be really helpful if corporate listed ingredients of food items. My daughter has a food allergy that is not one of the common ones. She wanted to order a strawberry lemonade, but they could not tell her if the strawberries contained a certain food coloring. read more

It's a shame, we used to come here a lot and love the 3 for me, but won't be coming back after our latest experience It was 12:45 on a Sunday, came in, party of 2, and there was a long line but plenty of tables. When we get up the hostess says she wants to start the waitlist with us, but it'll only be 5 minutes. It's a little weird since there's still a few empty tables but we say okay Then behind us is a party of 5 that is seated immediately and then a party of 4, again seated immediately. "Weird" I think but after that she starts adding more people to the waitlist. 15 minutes later we are shown to a little two seater table. All seems well. Wife and I are talking for a while. Then eventually we're getting real hungry and realize it's 1:30. Meaning we'd been seated for 30 minutes without any server stopping by our table at all. My wife wants to go yell at someone but I just calm her down and we walk out instead, never to return. It's a shame cause I like the food and it's reasonably priced. Walking in, I immediately noticed the warmly lit brick through the farmhouse-windowed vestibule. I was quickly put at ease, especially following the pictures outside which were wonderful. If you couldn't tell already-- this is our summer school COVID prom. After running the laminated card stock menu through, I was a little taken aback by the lack of a French dip option on the menu-- but was pleasantly surprised when I read about the 2 for $25 option. If you don't know about it, check it out (and the 3 for $10 if it's a solo-chili's kind of night (don't worry we've all been there)). Then, the chips and salsa came. Wow, and I thought that I knew what fast was. The salsa was great-- I was famished from our afternoon pool party. *insert screaming baby here* Like a tornado siren to be honest, but Savannah's aura quickly reminded me of the blackberry margarita I ordered. Weak chips. Unfortunately me and my partner (Slade) couldn't quite get all the salsa out of the dish. I think this was a product of some iffy bowl design and some wider-than-usually-cut chips. However, no worries, simply a bump in the road of a great trip. My Cajun Shrimp pasta was nothing short of scrumptious. Overall, an absolutely ethereal experience! I was charged $7.29 for a MINI molten lava cake when the bigger one is $7.99. I was confused because I usually pay about $3 for a mini one so I politely asked why I was charged that much. I would give them three stars for being average as although nothing we had was great nothing was bad either but to be honest it wasn't clean. Beyond food scraps on the floor on plain sight at 4:45pm and the booth seats being covered in salt the walls and even wood decorations on the walls had numerous splatters of food/sauce that were dried and not recent. The food as I said was average which is pretty much what I would expect but you can get a better meal elsewhere for less money. My wife's mushroom burger was mainly the flavor of GARLIC mushrooms and my Alex's Santa Fe was cooked done medium as requested and despite a special Santa Fe sauce the most flavorful thing was the pickles on it. Chips are done in house with liberal salt which I do like. We have had the queso before but this time it was very runny. The hostess and sever were very new but polite and the manager on duty brought out our food and she was pleasant so on service they did a good job. A classic Chili's location. Friendly staff and good menu items. The quesadilla explosions salad is great, every time we go we order the Trio sampler and a must-have is the Southwest Eggrolls. The absolute critical component of any meal at Chili's is the Molten Chocolate Lava Cake. You must order this. Even if you aren't hungry for food you need to at least order a drink and the Molten Chocolate Lava Cake. Sometimes, we go to Chili's for 'just dessert' and literally just order this item. read more

If I could leave 0 I would it's sad the food is great but the customer service is terrible! They come into your car and touch all of your food when you tell them the forgot someone thing in an order you paid for! Not only are they not wearing gloves but they touch your food without them on too! And the manager is plain rude! The employees have no respect and talk bad about you the send you walk out the door! This is completely disappointing the fact the manager lets a female employee try to touch all of my food with her bare hands during covid 19 but there all disrespectful. The owner of the store needs to make arrangements for better management who follow the law and know how to respect there customers! I can't even eat my own food I paid for because there handling it with no gloves on and the female who came to my car and invited herself in without permission sounded sick and was coughing. This is one of my wife's favorite restaurants. Or, at least it used to be. They still have excellent service and a friendly staff but, they've changed their menu and presentation as if they're trying to keep up with the upscale bistros that are appearing all over the place. I don't think Chili's is the right venue for a desperate attempt at gentrification. They have some intriguing new offerings but, unfortunately, the flavors pale in comparison to their old menu items. They're probably still pretty good if you don't have a favorite on the menu that has disappeared. read more
