    Stir it up (pre-mixing)

Ordered the Stir it up drink and it was a delicious and beautiful drink. My colleague and I came as we were told the sunsets are beautiful with the mountains in the background. And the view did not disappoint, I would recommend it especially if you are staying at the Elizabeth Hotel. I was here ~ 2 weeks ago.

Highly recommend this speak easy vibe inside the Elizabeth hotel. This spot is PERFECT as you take an elevator up to the top floor and it overlooks all of Old town in Fort Collins. Top notch drinks and vibe! A bit pricy but worth it

I spent a couple of pleasant hours this afternoon at the Sunset Lounge atop the Elizabeth Hotel in downtown Fort Collins for "High Tea" (more accurately an Afternoon Tea). To my knowledge this is the only traditional style Tea service in Fort Collins, and I would definitely recommend it. The views from the top of the hotel were excellent and there was a delightful piano player who entertained throughout the afternoon. While some of the offerings were a bit unconventional for this type of tea, everything was very good. The scone course had two types of scones, an Earl Gray scone and a cranberry scone served with lemon-thyme butter and an excellent peach-rhubarb jam made by the hotel chefs. I didn't even miss the clotted cream . The savory course was the most different. It consisted of a traditional egg salad sandwich served on a rather thick house made marble rye bread, a caprese salad with balsamic reduction "bite", a zucchini round with cream cheese with herbs, and a roasted vegetable bite. While all these items could have been seasoned better, they were very good. The sweet course had a strawberry cream macaron, a yellow cupcake with chocolate frosting and a delightful panna cotta bite which was excellent and so different for an afternoon tea. The servers were friendly and efficient and kept my teacup filled throughout the afternoon.

Love the vibe and always enjoy the hotel. Great jazz and you can't beat their old fashioned. I'm shocked to see the terrible review.

I love the vibe of this place. It's totally chill and romantic. The deck provides a great view of the city and the drinks are terrific.

Old Town was packed for the Holiday Lighting Ceremony, so we decided to get out of the crowds and head to the roof of The Elizabeth Hotel.

The first thing is that the place was about 2/3 full and they seem pretty well staffed in the front of the house. There were 2-3 bartenders behind the bar at all times. After we ordered (2 cups of lobster bisque and bread), our server apologized and told us there was a large party in their private room and the chef was having a hard time keeping up. I can't imagine they normally only have one person preparing all of the food on a normal Saturday evening! It took no less than 45 minutes from when we ordered to get our food. Some olives or something would have been nice. My mom also had to wait 15 mins for her 2nd glass of wine. I'll tell you, we weren't going to order anything else after that! There was some really nice classical guitar music by a live musician. I tipped him on our way out. After we left, we noticed a $5 entertainment charge! Is this a norm in Colorado? I would think we would be informed upon entering if there's a cover fee or an additional charge. I would have been happy to pay it, but we should have been informed.

Definitely a gem in downtown Loveland!…read more The menus are thoughtfully crafted with delicious foodie approved options, the staff is always professional and attentive, and the vibe is just right--comfortable, yet it makes you want to sit up, sip something good, and soak it all in. Their cacio e pepe martini is my absolute favorite. In Joy!
