!!!AMAZING FOOD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Today my boyfriend and I went to JINYA Ramen Bar for a date, we called and set reservations and they were incredibly kind and flexible over the phone. When we arrived the vibe was ambient and relaxed, and the interior design is elegant and sleek. Leah was our server and she was amazing, she tended to our every need and the food was made in great timing with great pricing. We ordered the Tonkatsu red which is very spicy to me but my boyfriend said it was just right, and servers will ask you about your spice preference from a 1-10 ratio. I ordered the Tonkatsu black and it was the perfect savory delight that the menu entailed. The dessert was DELICIOUS!!! It was a layered crepe delicacy served with a small scoop of green matcha ice cream and a dollop of whip cream, it was an airy and delightful way to end our heavy meals. Every server was incredibly kind and the whole kitchen yelled thank you to us as we left! We will be returning read more

Jadda was hands down one of the best waitresses I've had in a long time. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of without us ever having to ask twice. She stayed on top of drinks, checked in at the perfect times, and had a great attitude the entire visit. You can tell she actually cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Service like that makes a huge difference, and Jadda definitely made our experience better. I'll be coming back and will be asking for her again. read more

I came for a friend's birthday dinner. I like the idea that you can call ahead and get your name on the waitlist. That had been done so when we arrived, our table was ready. We were welcomed and seated. The service staff was attentive and with the open concept kitchen, one could see the kitchen staff was hustling making all the wonderful food. I had water to drink on this occasion, but my friends enjoyed cocktails and beer. As a table we shared the Brussels Sprouts Tempura. I liked this preparation. The tempura was a crispy coating on the yummy sprouts. One of my favorite vegetables. For dinner, I chose the Wonton Chicken Ramen. The broth was flavorful. It had chicken wontons, spinach, green onions and thin noodles. Two of our party had a good portion left to take home. Jinya has a nice option of purchasing an additional portion of noodles to go with your leftovers. I thought that was a cool touch. With a crowd, it is loud in the restaurant so it was difficult to hear the conversation at our table. That was my only caveat for the evening. Overall good experience. read more

Let me start this review by saying the waitstaff experience alone was quite possibly the best I've had in a long time, if not ever. Jackson made this experience feel immersive, exciting, and he gave wonderful recommendations that left us ready to come back again! The tonkotsu black is always a winner with rich pork broth and heavier on garlic, so you really can't go wrong. Also, my egg was cooked perfectly. But, the stars of the show came by Jackson's recommendations! The crispy chicken thighs have the right amount of crunch to juicy ratio! I couldn't get enough of these and appreciated he offered us a spicy mayo for the side! This really took it over the top in an incredible way. The ultimate favorite for us (yes, as carnivores) was the vegan creamy ramen! If you want to be surprised by a rich and creamy broth packed with umami flavors... this is it. I will be ordering this every single time now. The broth alone felt very addictive. You just want to drink it up! Thanks for having us, Jinya! Our experience was fantastic. read more

We love our server Robin! From the entrance to the bathrooms a darker, cozy ambiance and always tidy when we've visited. We got appetizers this visit and felt satisfied. The crispy chicken thighs with a side of spicy mayo was the star of the show. Unsure what the salad was dressed with so we skipped it. Sushi was mostly rice, but nice as a quick appetizer for hungry tummies. Seaweed salad atop fresh salad greens and our classic order of pork gyoza rounded out our visit just fine. I'm too short to feel comfortable on the wooden seated barstools, I'll remember to ask for a booth. Oh, and there wasn't a place to put my purse which made holding my purse awkward, but I made it work. read more

I loved this place for the thick and savory broths! Friday night was very busy, but we got in just in time before a quoted 30 minute wait. Seated at the bar we were serviced by our bartender Josh. He was handling several drinks and had a lot of orders so there was a little bit of a wait. But Josh was very attentive throughout service. I ordered the Tan Tan Ramen, husband ordered the Tonkatsu Black. I loved the chewy and thick ramen noodles in the Tan Tan Ramen. But the green onion almost took me out! It kept getting stuck in my throat because of the way it was cut, plus it was mostly the white part so it was tough. Otherwise a perfect bowl of noodles. The Tonkatsu Black Ramen was just as good. The noodles were thinner and not our favorite in texture. The soft boiled egg was probably my favorite part. Amazingly flavorful, soft, runny, and yummy! I can see why this place was THE busiest on a bustling Friday. It was a great restaurant to get a nice comforting bowl of ramen. read more

We stopped in for dinner and had such a great experience. We tried a bunch of different things and honestly everything hit. The tempura Brussels sprouts were amazing, super crispy and full of flavor. We also got the Impossible bao bun and Impossible gyoza -- both were really good, especially for plant-based options. My friend ordered the spicy creamy vegan ramen and added bean sprouts, broccoli, and bok choy. It was delicious on its own and even better with the extra veggies. I got the spicy chicken ramen with corn and fresh garlic. I ordered it spicy, but it landed more medium-spicy (my tolerance pretty high), but still really good with or without the add-ins. For drinks, the Flying Violette was great -- I love an egg-white cocktail. The "E Tomo E Tomo E Tomorrow" ended up being both of our favorites of the night. It's sweet, but in the best way. And the Lycheetini was also delicious. Iris took care of us and she was wonderful -- super friendly and knowledgeable about the food and drink menu. Would ask for her again. Overall, great food, great drinks, and great service. We'll definitely be back. read more

Absolutely delectable. My partner and I come here often. The wait staff at always pleasant and accommodating. It has a modern atmosphere that feels both energizing and stimulating without being "too much". I reccomend Jinya to everyone that's looking for a good ramen place. Also, the prices are fair especially for the quality, honestly it feels like a steal read more

Cute place in a little strip mall in a nice part of Fort Collins. The businesses nearby are classy chains of retail and restaurants and fitness, so this is a very popular area for foot traffic We came on a Monday night around 9 PM, which was nice that they close a little later than other places in the area. We had no problem, getting sat immediately. Our server, Seher, was great. Not only was she very knowledgeable about all the foods and immediately went to ask the kitchen when she didn't know the answer to something (are the takoyaki made in house? Answer: no), but she was sweet and a delight to have around. We tried the creamy spicy shrimp tempura at her recommendation and they were very good. Personally, I liked the aburi salmon sushi appetizer better, but that's just because I'm not so much into fried food. My boyfriend tried the Ramen, which he got pretty spicy and seemed to love. I tried the garlic rice with chicken, it was a little dry for me and not much depth of flavor, a soy sauce and spicy mayo. Mix on top helped bring it out a little better, but I don't think I'd order it again. I probably messed up by not getting Ramen. Next time! Thanks read more

My classmates and I decided to try out this ramen spot in Fort Collins, it was our first time in town. We were a little skeptical at first because there aren't that many ramen spots here and also since we have pretty high standards when it comes to ramen especially since we're from California with plenty of ramen spots, but we were pleasantly surprised. The ramen was honestly delicious. I ordered the Jinya Tonkotsu Black, and the broth was super flavorful and full of umami. The thin noodles were cooked perfectly and had the right amount of firmness. The only thing that didn't quite do it for me was the egg. I was expecting a softboiled egg, but it came out fully boiled, which was a bit of a letdown. For drinks, I got the Matcha Lychee Lemonade mocktail which was really refreshing and I'd definitely recommend it. Our server was super friendly and checked in on us throughout the meal. I also really liked the interior, it had a great vibe and felt perfect for groups. I definitely enjoyed the experience here. read more

Best hand made ramen bar in Northern Colorado. If you're looking for a warm bowl of delicious food on a chilly evening Jinya is the restaurant. Quality portions followed with great taste. I had a bad service experience my first visit and they never let me down again. Nobody is perfect at their job but Jinya is as close as you can get to it. Thank you Jinya read more

I love this place! The ramen is delicious, full of flavor, and filling. The seating is a little close to each other so it can feel cramped, but overall the restaurant has a great vibe. I personally like that the staff yell something anytime someone walks in or leaves. They're all acknowledging your presence and patronage. The food was delicious! I got the JINYA Tonkotsu Black and asked for it to be made spicy and they accommodated. I think it could've been much spicier so I added more chili at the table, but I appreciate them adjusting my order for me. We also got the Birria Ramen and the Spicy Chicken Ramen. The waiter forgot to check on our table so he made up for it by getting us a free dessert. He gave us the panna cotta and it was delicious! The homemade panna cotta, vanilla ice cream, and caramel sauce were perfect and not overly sweet. It was the perfect way to end the meal. read more

Our server, Erin was extremely attentive to the menu well and we had one of their specialty bowls that's here for a limited time and it was absolutely fabulous! I think they should add it to the menu permanently read more

I'll likely revise this in the future after I return (IF I return), but based on my experience, weeks after their grand opening, I was beyond disappointed. We walked in around noon on a Monday and were greeted by the staff yelling the same word at us as we entered. The music was insanely loud and almost unbearable - we debated leaving simply because of that. They sat us at a middle table even though we preferred the table by the window and all of those seats were empty, and remained empty, as we left. Our young server dully rattled off his spiel to us, telling us they had a cocktail list but he was sure that we wouldn't want a drink since it was midday on a weekday (It was our Saturday), so we decided not to get drinks. After he got through his entirely too-long-winded recital, we opted to start with the crispy chicken which came out very hot, and VERY salty. The majority of it was breading. I went for the Spicy Chicken Ramen with the "regular thick" noodles and was beyond underwhelmed by both the lack of spice and flavor in general. My husband ordered the Chicken Chashu Bowl which was lukewarm and lacking any type of sauce to render it anything but dry. We had to ask another server to get us our to-go containers after we sat at our table for a good ten minutes with obviously full plates/bowls, and our check to try to make the leftovers salvageable at home. As we left, the staff yelled "Arigato" at us in unison and we emerged into the wonderfully quiet outside world, greeted by the peaceful sound of College traffic instead of the painfully loud booming music in the cavernous interior. It will be a while before I return, if I return, especially thanks to the hefty bill we paid in exchange for less than mediocre food and service. read more

I've ordered from Jinya a handful of times now, so I can't really speak to the in-person experience, but the takeout has always held up--no missing items, no surprises, just what I expected. The flavors lean traditional, and you can tell the ingredients are genuinely high quality; there's a real depth of umami in every dish. Personally, I'm a big fan of the spicy creamy ramen and the Red Fire Opal. My partner gravitates toward the Tan Tan Men--it's always a hit. One thing I appreciate is how customizable the menu is. The portions are just right for me, but my partner tends to have a bigger appetite, so adding extra protein works perfectly. Cost-wise, it feels fair for what you get, though I'll admit that everything does feel slightly pricier these days. I can't comment on the drinks since we haven't dined in yet, but the idea of an Asian-fusion cocktail, like a lychee martini, sounds really intriguing. Overall, Jinya reliably delivers flavorful, satisfying meals. We'll definitely keep ordering, and maybe dine in one of these times! read more

Went for my birthday, they made it special. Food was fantastic! Vibes were great. Our waitress went above and beyond. I would recommend!

We ordered take out from here as we just moved. I love that the menu had items specifically listed as vegan as it made it much easier to understand and follow. I had multiple options and I was so excited. The impossible bun was delicious and so flavorful! I got the vegan harvest ramen and loved it. I will say I am bummed out because even though it was labeled vegan there was an egg in my ramen. I was to tired to call or go to the restaurant to change it but otherwise we loved everything we ordered. I totally understand mistakes happen but as a vegan I was bothered by the egg touching my dish. read more

Best Ramen I've had outside of Japan! The only improvement I would like to see is that the wait staff have a really strong knowledge of their sake offerings. Our waitress did admit she was newer but I would guess most people aren't familiar enough with sake to know what they are ordering so either descriptions on the menu or have wait staff up to speed on the offerings. read more

Our waitress Bri was wonderful, when we dined at Jinya on Sunday night, July 5, 2026. She was attentive, friendly, efficient, informative, and made sure we had everything quickly and just as we ordered. Thanks to Bri for making it even better! read more

The low points upfront: the salad could have been, and possible was, from a Safeway Arugula clam shell box. Literally. Even the beige blob of Dressing (ginger? Sesame? Who knows!) did not help. Bad. The choices were quite limited :4 basic broths with a selection of extra add ins. I don't think a Ramen Bar should be that limited. I had the 'premium' spicy broth. Did not go for the array of extra options. Noodles were ok, pork too dry for my taste. Upside: attentive staff, and the fried gyoza. read more

This is the best ramen I've had in Ft. Collins area so far. Their tonkotsu broth is flavorful and they actually have a soy sauce marinated egg, which is what I really appreciated about this place. They have a very extensive menu, and I like how they have vegan and chicken options. My review, however, is based on only having their pork broth ramens. JINYA buns: bread is good. The cucumber inside added a refreshing crunch to the dish. They also used a big slab of chashu/pork belly which I liked. JINYA original tonkotsu 2010: the broth and noodles are good. So happy to see a marinated egg in my ramen. Was really sad to only see one piece of chashu pork. What's kinda more dumb is my friend ordered their JINYA tonkotsu black ramen, which costs the same price, and he had two pieces of pork (and more toppings as well). So I was a bit jealous. I'll come back, but please put two pieces of pork in the tonkotsu ramens, JINYA! read more

It's was a great experience! A large menu paired with the exquisite food makes it a great option for either a quick bite to eat or a decadent dinner. Our waiter, Dylan, was not just an efficient server, but brightened our day with funny remarks and a friendly attitude. At first, the entire place seemed chock full but the quick actions of the staff enabled us to enjoy a great meal asap. The format of the restaurant was also very appealing. It didn't feel like we were crammed against other customers and the overall vibe of the place held true to its description. Would come again! read more

I guess ramen is trendy right now and it seems like that's the vibe Jinya is going for. The decor is hip and modern and the menu is a little more extensive than your standard ramen restaurant. We enjoyed their version of bang bang shrimp as an appetizer and then ordered a chicken wonton ramen and creamy vegan ramen. Strangely, the vegan ramen had a ton of flavor while the chicken ramen needed an excessive amount of asian condiments to be made palateable. Drinks were fun, including the non-alcoholic matcha lemonade with a pretty floral garnish. The prices are kind of steep though which is one of the reasons I'm holding back on a 5th star. Good for a potential date-night splurge, I suppose! read more

Service was great! Had Sebastian who recommended me his favorite dishes, as well as told me the vegetarian options. I ordered the Tonkotsu Black which was great and reminded me of the flavors of Ramen in SoCal. Their softboil egg was on point too. The JINYA bun is different from the other pork buns I've had. Their pork bun has cucumber, lettuce, and Mayo which is more refreshing and savory. Much different from SoCal pork buns which has pickled red onions and hoisin sauce. Inside the restaurant had a good level of music, with tables and a bar. Parking was free, and wasn't too bad to find. I saw menu prices were a little high showing over $17.80, but when I showed up (as Jan of 2025) they lowered the prices showing around $15.90 for the tonkotsu black. I will come back for sure to try the other items. read more

Decent experience. Unfortunately it was super loud and echoey inside which took away from the enjoyment of the food, which was pretty good for a ramen shop in Colorado. I was so excited and shocked when I saw Jinya was coming to Fort Collins. I've been to Jinya in NYC, LA, and SLC. All great experiences. My visit to Jinya here was a disaster. We will not be back. We were escorted to our table by someone who worked there and came inside at the same time we came through the door. They were smoking outside..or wreaked of smoke at least. It took 5 min sitting at our table for me to finally ask someone if they were going to come and take our order and get us drinks. We placed our order. Another 5 min we got our drinks (soda and water)...not even alcohol. Salmon poke tacos come out, they are good. This is where it ends. Ramen comes out, meh basic, minimal flavor. Then crispy tuna rice comes out...I love crispy tuna rice. I've been dreaming about it since I heard Jinya was opening here. Wow. I almost broke a tooth it was fried sooo much and so oily. There was no sauce with it either. Yuck. Got our check and left. We won't be back. Clearly they have expanded too fast and lost all quality of what they once were. Go to Boba Cafe for yummy Ramen. read more
