I ordered the same wrap as my brother in law with the double protein (more expensive than extra protein) and also another Medi Bowl with extra protein and a sweet potato, baklava and beer. When th order came the person handed us our wraps with double protein and my brother in law says what does this look like if we didn't double the meat. It did not have double protein but they charged us $4 extra for each wrap. Then the bowls didn't look like extra protein. He then tried to give us two French fries and I said we ordered one FF and one sweet potato. He took back one of the FF and said they were making our sweet potato. Twenty minutes to buy as we watched other people who sat later than us receive their food but no Sweet potato fries. Finally, I went back to the person who rang me up and told them the situation. He then looked at the order and said I was the one who did not order the sweet potato instead ordered a second french fry. So in other words, the other person dropping off the food that said my sweet potato was being prepared lied to us, and he never intended to give us the sweet potato. I assumed my food was ready because it had already been 25 minutes since I ordered. I realized maybe it's not ready, my mistake, I sit down in the table near the counter. Her ID had a small dent in it -- still clearly valid -- and instead of handling the situation appropriately, the security guard snapped her ID leaving it almost completely in half. Destroyed it. Then turned her away. That is not only disrespectful, it's completely out of line. Security's job is to verify IDs, not damage personal property. There are proper procedures for questionable IDs, and this was NOT one of them. No apology, no attempt to resolve the situation -- just unnecessary force and a complete lack of basic respect. If this is how they treat people at the door, I can't imagine how the rest of the establishment operates.
