It's refreshing to have a change of dining scene on the Arapahoe Road corridor. However, it is not without its problems. It has been a madhouse at weekday lunch time, which (in typical Denver fashion) may be due to the initial fervor, which hopefully will eventually die down. That being said, the first visit the staff told me there was ample seating for my dine-in order. There wasn't; no place to sit. Sat in car. Second visit my order got messed up. They corrected it. Third visit at lunchtime when I got to the counter they told me it would be 20-30 minutes to process my order. Fourth visit, off-peak, I got a burger that was dried out and looked more like a crepe; very thin all around the edges and pretty burned. They replaced it, but #2 wasn't all that great either. I am done with Culver's. Visited this store the last two Fridays, and both times was told that they were not taking any more orders for thirty to forty minutes because "the kitchen was at capacity". Slowest fast food ever! This place has decent fast food, but the service is soooo slow! I went to this place a couple weeks ago on a Saturday and it took nearly 30 minutes to get two burgers, chicken tenders, and some onion rings. The person packing everything in bags was going crazy fast, and one cashier was taking all the orders . There were at least three teenaged employees were just stood around and talked. Maybe I just came on a bad day, but it bugs me to see come people working super hard and others just standing around. Help your team yo! With that being said, the food is decent. A step up from your usual McDonald and Wendy's for sure! Their chicken tenders are well season and have a heavier batter, nothing special. For the price, I would rather go to a sit down burger restaurant! Culver's is known for their custards, which is essentially a creamy soft serve ice cream. These are worth returning for! On our first visit, my boyfriend and I both got regular concretes! These things were huge! Neither of us could even get through half. You get two mix-ins for a regular and they have cherries! The Cheese Curds are amazing, but can't say the same about the service. I stop by regularly for the Cheese Curds (always to-go) and they get the order size wrong almost all the time. I order and pay for the Large Cheese Curds and invariably get the smaller size. They replace it with the correct size after I point it out, but that gets old pretty fast. The website and door say it closes at 10:00pm and they close at 7:00pm for indoor dining and take out. You can close the in door dining but why the take out so people can wait 30 minutes in a drive thru line? The food is good. But that is poor service to close at 7:00 on a Saturday night. read more

So glad there's a closer Culver's as we had to previously tramp down to Parker. The line was definitely shorter, even for a Sunday. But, the food took at least about a half hour. Just about everything on Culver's menu is deep fried so you'd think they would know how to deep fry. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Both the Artic cod and French fries that I ordered were way overcooked. The worst part, however, was the fact that the cooking oil they used was rancid and burned giving the food an awful bitter taste. I actually really like the food here and would love to give a higher rating. Restaurant is clean. They make food to order so it takes some time understandably. All the food I have had has been very good and I love their cheese curds with their marinara. Why 3 stars. If I do not double check my order before I leave drive through or the restaurant I have almost always been missing something or something was wrong in the bag. Today my son's order had mashed potatoes instead of fries and the marinara for my cheese curds was missing. I could easily give 4 even 5 stars for the quality and taste of the food. Ordered a Health Bar concrete and waited for over 15 minutes for it to be brought out. One employee came over to ask what I was waiting on because I had been waiting a while. When the concrete came out it had ice cream all over the outside of the cup and there were several hairs stuck to the outside of the cup. The outside p/u line was too long, so I risked doing p/u inside. My order was a grilled chicken sandwich, a spicy chicken sandwich combo, and a chicken salad. When I arrived home, the salad was missing. I realized the family lunch now meant it was not going to happen, so I returned to the restaurant. I was peeved and told the cashier that some incompetent waste of time had left out my wife's meal and now I was to return to a cold lunch. I did raise my voice. I turned over my bag with the receipt. The asst. manager called her superior stating "we have a very rude customer". I told her the way it was managed was the rude issue. Her response was to tell me to bring back the other items and I would be issued a refund. I told her' just give me the chicken salad I paid for", she stated "No, you can bring back the rest of it for the refund, you are not welcome in this restaurant anymore, I am calling the cops!" I told her I was a retired cop, her response was "I don't care!" All I needed was the chicken salad I paid for, told her that, she stated my rudeness was not going to be tolerated, the other manager proceeded to call the police. I left. I returned to a cold partial lunch. I will dispute the charges for the salad, the cold food I returned home to is fair purchase. I need to state that I and friends (other retired LEO's)were frequent diners at that Culver, we thought the food was rather good, I am one of the people who posts on FB that it matches and possibly exceeds "In'n'Out" which is coming to the area. I am now banned from that Culver, not a problem for me, I may go to other Culver outlets. I will challenge my whole bill but will try to pay at least half, considering nearly half of the bill was not received. read more

Probably around 10 years ago, I remember going to Culver's for the first time up in northern Colorado. It was delicious and the burgers were fresh and juicy. But in the past few years, Culver's quality has gone down hill, and it isn't just this location. The burgers are super dry and lack flavor. I can go across the street to McDonald's and get a better burger for half the price! I'd say skip this place. You can find better places when you are craving a burger! read more

Culver's, you people are ROCK STARS. My dad's birthday was tonight and he really wanted a butter burger. So we pulled up to the drive-through, and ugh...there were so many cars. I figured this would be awful, but NOPE! This was such a well-oiled machine. We ordered for 4 adults and 2 kids, and we paid and were out of there with our food in about 10 minutes from start to finish. They even numbered our burgers so we would know who got what! Every order was correct! The burgers and sides were all hot! I'm so so impressed with you all and you are definitely getting my repeat business. Both, the management and staff, are very attentive and pleasant at this location. We were greeted, food came out fast, fresh, and hot.
