I have been coming to Culver's for over 10 years and by far the worst location. Food is always cold.

Well, the line at In n Out was still ridiculous. I had heard great things about Culver's. We decided to ditch the 2 hour line and drive to Centennial for a 2 car line. This place was a great value. It reminded me of Freddie's but better tasting and waaaay less expensive. I'm a fan of cheese curds and these are good. The burgers were also very good. I recommend it and I'll be back. read more

3.5 stars for me. Dining area was nice, sandwich had a great bun, didn't like the crinkle style fries, and I prefer coke for the soda. Overall, okay, similar to a Dairy Queen in style and menu. Lots of ice cream options and pickles were fresh and crunchy. read more

Not impressed. Had to stand in line for 10 minutes to order my meal. Then, it took 20 minutes to get it. If you are in a hurry to grab a quick meal, then I would not recommend Culvers. The food was okay, but nothing beyond traditional fast-food fare. read more

Stopped at Culver's drive through at the recommendation of a friend. Ordered a regular sized Cement Mixer, vanilla custard, salted caramel and peanut butter cup. The flavors were great initially, but the toppings disappeared 1/3 of the way down and I was left with a solid lump of plain vanilla custard. read more

I don't understand why they can never get orders right. I've given them chance after chance. I like their food but why is it the last 3 times I've ordered they put mayo on the burger after I ask them not to? Also asking for ketchup 3 times before I get it. And they tried to not give me the custard I ordered multiple times. Service sucks here, which is a shame since I like the food. Went on opening night. Would have been better if parents monitored their children's behavior, as the servers had to dodge manic kids while doing their best to deliver food orders to tables. Witnessed customers YELLING at cashiers about mistakes on their orders. Please calm down, people! I can see why your children behave as they do! Food was the expected Culver's excellent. Came here to go through the drive through. Horrible experience. Only a small portion of their menu is on their drive-through board, and trying to communicate with a dis-interested teenager through their p.a. speaker is worse than useless. I ended up with a "dinner combo" only by miscommunication and frustration, without even getting the side I actually wanted. At the cashier window I asked if they had a printed to-go menu to save future headache. Cashier said "of course" and handed me a flyer with even less information than the drive-through board, and no prices. So now I'm into a combo for over $10, not getting what I wanted and could have had ala cart for about $6. I'm told to pull up and wait by the garbage can for my food. Seriously - I can't make this up. After 10 minutes waiting and building seething frustration I decide to call them on my cell to ask for the side to be switched (no order has been brought out yet). It takes 5 calls for someone to pick up and answer. When I explain my request, a "cheery" teenager on the other end says "Sure! That's a $1 up-charge". Shame on me for placing an order after the frustration of the drive-through menu. It wouldn't matter now if the food were perfect and delicious - I'm so pissed off I hate this place, and nothing could taste good. And guess what? IT REALLY DOESNT TASTE GOOD. If you like being over charged for really greasy food, and being treated like crap - come to Culver's! You are their kind of customer! Rated one star only because that is as low as Yelp goes. This was our first time in and it was great! The service was good and the line moved very quickly. It was just after noon and the place was hopping. Plenty of tables. I had the bacon double meal and it was great. The fries were some of the best I've had in years. Time from placing the order to them bringing it to the table was about four minutes and serving people continually patrolled the floor offering help or to take away the trays. Yes, it is fast food. Yes, fast food can be good within the fast food category. Culver's achieves this and is up there with In N Out and Chik Fil A. It also has crisp crinkly fries, it's own root beer( delicious ), and frozen custard deserts and shakes. All of which adds up to a good old fashion burger lunch or dinner with desert. The butter burgers have that extra crisp on the top on bottom of the patties, mmmmm good! read more

The food has been awesome and fresh and they have gotten my order right everytime but i wish they had hi c or fruit punch anything besides lemonade sometimes would b nice i just never been a fan of pop. The menu is HUGE we got food for 3. We got 2 burgers, 2 fries, cheese curds(FIRE), and a corndog. Best part of my meal was the SALT CARMEL COOKIE DOUGH CONCRETE MIXER. I love Culver's but this one is terrible thanks entirely to it's terrible staff. Mostly a bunch of kids who don't care, have their cell phones out, are rude to customers and need customers service 101 training. Both times my food has been wrong, and both times there have been other angry customers when I arrived. Growing up in Wisconsin it's a shame to see a Culver's handled so poorly. The one in Parker (or anywhere else) is far superior. read more

Try the cheese curds! Butter burgers are crispy and tasty, and the frozen custard is amazing. My go-to place for quick, but not fast-food.

Had to drive away without receiving our order after waiting 15 minutes, which, by the way, was just two icecream cones. We watched the car behind us receive their full order though, which included their icecream cones. Seems like everytime we visit, we've seen more and more how the employees don't care. NOT worth the money, pretty expensive for the not so good quality of food. Best part of the meal was the cheese curds. Food was cold, had next to no flavor. We waited for 30 min for 2 burgers, fries and 2 pieces of cod that was so greasy... the deal of the frozen custard was pretty good. But I probably will not return. read more

This little fast food place is absolutely amazing. I fell in love with they're clean burgers and they sweet and delicious shakes!!!! I do wish they had a little bit more to choose from they menu but rather than that the service is great usually get through the drive through very fast and the workers are kind and get you in and out of the place fast and leaving you wanting more of they're amazing burgers shakes and fries!! They are OK. I know they are short staffed but it's ridiculous when you have to wait 45 minutes for your food. They also didn't get our order right. Yes everything was fresh when it was finally delivered but it was not as good as good as they made it out to be. If I could give 0 stars for service I would. I have been to this place 2 times in the last 2 months because my wife is from Wisconsin and occasional likes to grab a burger from here. Well as my wife just got a new job up the street, two times now I've thought I'd take her here for a quick burger on lunch break and man have they screwed up. BOTH TIMES not just once they have either made the order wrong or given the order to the wrong people, so we end up leaving without even eating our lunch. My wife left in tears today out of frustration for lack of the employment giving a crap and just offering a free coupon and making the food Togo. The most frustrating part is the manager just give you a coupon for a free burger and just goes back to barking orders at the kitchen. Pretty sad how much my wife and I like these burgers yet we now are unsure if we should even go back and waste our time and money. read more

The worst Culver's I have ever been to (and that's saying a lot because I was raised in Wisconsin which is where Culver's originated from and tbh I'm obsessed). I've had my food delivered to the wrong table and then it took 20+ minutes for them to remake the order (2burgers 2fries) and they still some how managed to get it wrong. When we asked for a total refund they short changed us and we had to go back. They give out meal voucher coupons that clearly state you can get ANY medium basket meal and it includes all of Culver's sides but this location charges you if you get anything but fries and in my experience eating at Culver's, I've NEVER heard something so stupid. While I've tried being patient as they are new, the three times I have come here to get frozen custard have been a complete disaster. Four people shouldn't have to wait 20-30 minutes for frozen custard. While I'm uncertain the reason, it appears they spend more time dealing with the drive-thru or playing grab ass than working orders as they come up. Tonight they had one person doing their custard, which is really good, but instead of completing orders as they came up, other staff would simply yell, "did you do the...." and she would take care of that order - which is why we had to wait 30 minutes for 3 custard.
