This is where things went wrong! We both ordered the Smoke Shack burger with American cheese,bacon and chopped cherry peppers. My wife's burger looked great on a GF bun but it was missing the bacon and peppers. My burger was very small in size- slightly bigger than a slider and was soggy due to the peppers being not drained. My wife talked to the manager and he was very nice and brought us 2 new burgers. My wife's was good but they put the ShackSauce on it even tho she asked for no sauce! My burger was still super soggy. They need to drain the cherry peppers and grill them as they make the burger cold. They did give us a 5.00 off coupon to come back but with so many burger places in the area,I'm not sure I will.
