Burgers are great and the staff is very friendly and polite. This is a hidden gem not very crowded and fairly priced.

My brother asked if we had ever eaten here and we said no, but we're always up for a new place and it's fairly close to home, so we tried it February 1. First, let me say it was easy to find. (That's almost the best thing about it) The windows are so heavily tinted that from outside we couldn't tell if it was open There was a door conveniently located close to handicapped parking, so we went there..It would have been convenient if it hadn't been locked. We had to walk across the parking lot and use the check-in entrance. We were greeted right away and seated immediately. They weren't busy which was nice..we got menus and browsed what was available. I have some food allergies, so I frequently have to ask questions about an item listed...It looked like the breakfast burger would be pretty good..until I noticed it came with garlic mayo. My senior citizen gastric system gets pretty annoyed by garlic and repays me by producing middle of the night GIRD event. Not fun...I told the server what I wanted and what I didn't want, :Absolutely NO mayo..." He said "No problem" wrote it on his pad, took my husband's order (classic burger with tater tots) The server asked if he wanted KGB sauce for dipping. My husband said "I might, if I knew what it was" We got a smile and he said "well, what's in it is a secret" I'm sure some advertising copywriter thought that "KGB/secret was a pretty funny play on words...I looked it up when we got home and that combination of ingredients would have put me in the ER. Anyway, we got served pretty quickly and guess what was all over my burger ? Yep, garlic mayo not only on the burger, but there was one of those little plastic cups of extra mayo on the plate. I had to discard the buns and scrape off the burger....At the end of the meal our server came back with the standard "How was everything?" I asked if he remembered me saying "NO MAYO" and he said yes..so I directed his attention to the left-overs on the plate. He said "Oh sorry"and walked away. To be fair, the Coke was delightful and the fries were excellent...So, in closing, we spent $59.82 cents for burgers and fries. We could have had the same meal (only better) at McDonald's for about a third of the price...I doubt we'll go again. read more

Order your food a week or two in advance to keep your wait time under an hour. This might be the slowest restaurant ever. Few patrons, most of them not eating. I'm pretty sure I saw George Washington gnawing on a cold piece of saltack with his wooden teeth and tears in his eyes, but his food was cold for sure. read more

Very good. The dinners and the breakfast here is good along with the service from the waiters. The tv's all around and the design of the place is a good add for people who want to watch tv while eating. Over all a great place for a family to eat. read more

Someone needs to teach them how to cook. Burgers are good flavor but drip with grease. Onion rings needs to be crispy not soggy. Alfredo sauce is nothing but bits of garlic. Chicken tenders are barely breaded and not crispy. The fries and ranch dressing are the only good thing there. Miss the old restaurant that was there. read more

Absolute terrible experience here. The manager was rude and had a terrible level of professionalism. The restaurant staff brings the quality of this hotel down so much. I had a voucher for free breakfast for 2 adults and because of that, the manager had an attitude from the moment we walked in. He tried telling us that it was only worth $20 although when I called hotels.com and IHG they both said that I was correct and that the stay included free breakfast for 2 adults. The front desk staff said it was up to the restaurant manager and they wouldn't honor the voucher I paid for through hotels.com. After 40 minutes of going back and forth on the phone, and missing my entire breakfast with my family, the restaurant manager agreed to honor what should have been done in the first place. Absolutely unnecessary experience with such a beautiful hotel. P.S. Whether I booked through 3rd party or not, the offer should have been honored especially since IHG seen the breakfast included for 2 adults on their end. I plan to also send a review to IHG on behalf of this situation. Never had such an experience at any other Holiday inn I've ever booked at through hotels.com and I've paid for the voucher many times and have NEVER been told it couldn't be used. read more

This nicely furnished place is tucked out of the way in a Holiday Inn (with separate entrance). It holds your typical trendy burger fare with screens all around. The food is very good and plentiful (my teen daughters had a hard time finishing). The Lonestar burger was exceptional. The fries were seasoned well but the onion rings are a little tough. Best burger around! They also run coupons in the mail. 2 for $25. Can't beat it. Appetizer, we picked the shrimp, Huge quality shrimp ($12 app) 2 great burgers then a wonderful sundae with brownie at the end. Great deal but even without coupon we have gone and still great price. I always stay at this hotel when I'm here in the area. The hotel is great... the breakfast at this place, not so much. First, it always takes the staff like 10 minutes to seat me. I'm not sure why, it's never busy in here it's just... they don't. Next, I order a coffee and a water, which are all good because... well you can't really mess that up that bad. I order the western skillet. I ask for over medium eggs, they bring it out with some over hardcore af. Apparently the cook is making eggs on satan's grill because they were way over done. Anyway.... They're eggs, I'm still going to eat them. #gains. Then as I'm eating, I think to myself "wow.... That is a lot of grease." So I pour it off onto the plate (please see attached pic for reference) it looked like the president of BP was going to apologize for another Gulf of Mexico disaster. I'm pretty sure this place strives for mediocrity, and if that's the case, then they nailed it. I personally won't be back here. I'd rather go support a local place that does their job. read more

We decided to try this place because we received a coupon for 1 appetizer, 2 burgers and a dessert for $25. It is a newly updated and beautifully decorated place. They have tables and booths as well as a bar and tv screens with games on. They brought us a high chair for my toddler and this high chair was actually clean and I did not have to Clorox wipe anything off of it (which is a first!!). I made a comment about that to the manager and he said they actually do clean the high chairs every single night - i wish more places would do this! We started out with a couple of beers. They were deliciously crisp and ice cold. The firecracker shrimp appetizer was great! Big shrimp in a sweet not too spicy sauce. Even our toddler could eat it. We ordered the chicken nuggets with fries and apple juice for my toddler. The nuggets are real chicken strips and they were delicious! She ate them up with no problems. They also gave her crayons and a sheet to color. My husband had the burger trio to try and he loved it. I built my own burger and loved it! They are flavorful and not greasy. Perfectly cooked! The only thing is my fries were not that crispy and I love crispy fries so I will ask for that next time. I took my toddler to the restroom and it was very clean and completely stocked. I was very impressed and happy with the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the place, the beautiful atmosphere and the amazing service we received. We will def be coming back!!! read more

Ordered take out from the restaurant to bring to my hotel room it was 8:15pm they closed at 9pm. Attitude was pleasant but I could tell that something was not right... maybe the cook went home bc the two burgers were drenched with grease. The styrofoam containers had a layer of grease and the onion rings and fries were also soggy... I ended up eating 2 shrimp and throwing the rest away 2 bites out of each burger... sick to my stomach for 12 hours... should be a bar only read more

Really disappointing when a restaurant advertises craft beer and the menu lists local breweries but the actual beer varies. When you ask for what the choices are the sever had no idea. I really get frustrated when they want your drink order but the menu is incomplete. We did enjoy the burgers - the we're very good. read more

Cute interior. Outdoor seating. Big windows. TV's and bar. Nice variety on the menu with create your own burger, although I would expect a burger joint to have a nice juicy sandwich not a dry thin hockey puck. It is not the servers job to ask you how you want your burger cooked. They automatically come well done and dry. Have to say their KGB sauce kicks butt, though. Great fries. This place is definitely one of the best places that I had ever been to! Burger theory resto, the best. they really have the greatest service. Their staff would literally greet you once you come un and they are friendly, kind, polite, decent, well trained, cooperative, professional and patient which is a good thing since I would always ask for their opinion. they would always talk to you properly and assist you if ever you need help with something. Whether it would be by their menu or just regarding about the place itself. Their burgers were great and the kid's meals were also so awesome, their drinks have huge varieties and I love how perfectly portioned their preparations are. The visual of their place is also neat, unique, and decent. The inside is clean, neat, tidy, well organized, bright, and awesome. They really have the best ambiance and a calming vibe that really did change my mood up. Would definitely like to go back here again for another time! thank you for the wonderful experience! We went there on a Saturday afternoon. The place was very clean and the food was pretty good. The problem was that the cheeseburger that I ordered was not made correctly. I wanted lettuce, grilled onions and bacon but I got a tomato instead of the bacon. I don't know if it was the servers fault, since she was new, or the cooks fault. Also waited about 25 minutes for the 2 burgers and 2 salads even though we were the only two customers in the restaurant. I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt and give it another try. read more

Mother's Day brunch was very nice. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Restaurant was clean neat and updated. Food was very good, nice variety. Price $25 per person, $20 for seniors. What I loved the most was that it was not crazy crowded. We had a nice peaceful meal. read more

My wife and I visited on a Friday nite about 6:00. Burgers were tasty but not very big for $11+. You get choice of Fries, or other sides. I got Cole Slaw which came in a little 2" cup....normally served as part of a meal. Our waitress was very friendly, but food delivery was slow, and they were not busy at all, only about 10-12 people total. Pretty calm for a Friday nite. Decor is pleasant and atmosphere was nice and quiet, again mainly due to not being busy which was actually nice, for this I'm rating 3 stars instead of 2. This restaurant is in a Holiday Inn Hotel, so not very visible. Overall, there are better and bigger burgers out there for less money. read more
