I ordered from this location for the first time earlier this week on my lunch break, as I love Jersey Mike's and it's super close to my office. When I got there, there was a hand written sign in the door stating that they were only accepting cash payment, which was totally not a big deal. I ordered a regular turkey and provolone sub and requested bacon. The kid making my sammy informed me that it would be extra for the bacon, and I was like, ya that's totally cool, thinking it would be like a dollar-ish since the bacon is pre-made, cold, and adding it only gives you two pieces of bacon. I had a great experience here this evening. I stopped in for a quick bite to eat later in the evening. The employees were super nice and informative. I have gone here a few times trying different things and they all have been very good. The guys working there are super friendly and the store is very clean. Being from New Jersey, I could not resist checking it out. The Italian sub tastes just like the ones remembered back east as a kthink I would ask for a bit less dressing though next time. Tried the Grilled Chicken Caesar wrap tonight. I like to try different things. It was tasteless. The chicken just did not Seem "grilled" to me. Actually...it looked boiled. I really had an amazing stay at this spot! I am really impressed with their customer service. All of their staff is friendly, decent, and very accommodating. They also greeted me and assist me to the vacant seat. I ordered Club Supreme and I also tried their American Classic. The sandwiches are great, tasty, and flavorful. The bread is soft and new, the veggies are fresh, and the meats are juicy and quality. I am really satisfied and amazed. They also have different kinds of beverages. Highly recommended! Great subs! All of their offers here are affordable and fair. You can absolutely buy anything you want from the menu without breaking your pocket. Jersey Mike's Subs are always good and this location is no exception. What makes this location a step above is the extremely friendly staff and exceptional service. The employees working are great and engage in conversation. The few times we have gone to order and eat they remember us and genuinely seem to want to know how your day is going. I frequently eat at this Jersey Mike's location based on its proximity to my job. My coworkers and I grab our lunch from here 2-3 times a week. We are never disappointed . They have a great menu ,a quality product, at an incredible reasonable value . The manager Mike is so personable , always greeting you by first name , remembering your order and I honestly don't recall if I have ever been in for lunch were he was not there working . Additionally I have used this Jersey Mikes location to cater a communion party we were having and another "mini" catering order for my mom who stays at a nearby assisted living facility . This happened to be a last minute request on my behalf during a high traffic time of day and Nicole was incredibly accommodating about getting this order put together for me despite it being short notice and incredibly busy. I Appreciate going into a place and being recognized, especially as often as my coworkers and I eat there. Unfortunately it is not always the way other establishments conduct their businesses. My time is limited when I come through during the lunch hour. I appreciate being able to get out of the office , get something good to eat and consistently good for lunch and make it back without sacrificing time out of my work day .
