The Spanish shrimp tacos are incredible and come with at least two different types of cherry tomato's. The elk sliders are also fantastic and that fried cheese idea is over the top. Although the menu is limited the creativity is outstanding. This guy is a redneck connoisseur! He's currently operating in the Mini Pet Mart parking lot.
