We were greeted immediately and took our time looking at the flavors to decide what we wanted. I got a single cup with chocolate cheesecake and dulce de leche ice cream. My friend got a milkshake with plain chocolate ice cream. The dulce de leche was so good! The caramel ribbons were delicious and it was so creamy. The chocolate cheesecake flavor was alright, it tasted a little fake, almost like it was sugar-free. My friend said the milkshake was good and that it had the texture of a Wendy's Frosty. The staff were friendly and chatty with each other. They seemed knowledgeable about their flavors and were happy to give out up to three free samples. I didn't see a bathroom, but the Vinnie's down the street has a public uncoded bathroom. I would definitely come back here just for the dulce de leche ice cream. It's worth a trip!

We weren't asked if that how we drank it. Our server didn't come back to check on us and I had to flag her down to ask for milk and tell her my soup was cold. She apologized and took my soup. We waited for the milk and instead I think she was microwaving my soup and waiting for it to be ready to bring both the milk and soup back instead of getting the milk to the table ASAP so my daughter can drink her tea. Our server was young and maybe inexperienced because service was definitely lacking. My soup came back scalding hot, hense me thinking she microwaved it. Trying the soup, it was definitely not anything special. I hate giving these reviews. We had such an amazing experience the last time we were there. We spent over $100 on our tea, scones and Items in their store. This time we were sitting there thinking what?? We spent over $60 and was so disappointed.
