Not only did he find it; all of the paperwork was does virtually and he walked me through it step by step over the phone. This young man was absolutely the best (no sarcasm)! If he isn't the manager of this location he should be. This type of customer service is non existent anymore. He was and is an absolute dream. He went beyond the call of duty! I've dealt with other storage companies in the past, this will always be my go to place because of my experience with Mike. Horrible experience!  We rented a storage unit since 2016 at Cubesmart in Parsippany, NJ.  The…read morefacility is NOT rodent and pest controlled as they claim prior to renting.  We were told that there is monthly extermination and maintenance.  However, when we went to retrieve our possessions, we were astonished to find a severe rodent infestation with urine and feces all over the unit.  Please be aware, there was no food in our second floor unit, only furniture, boxes, and other belongings. They replaced the garage doors and obviously ransacked our unit.  All of the contents in our storage unit were rummaged through and thrown about with damage to all of our belongings and furniture; with broken lamps, paintings, as well as family heirlooms.  We also had items that were stolen from the unit.   We attempted to get compensation through Cubesmart's insurance, only to be rejected as they claim that rodent damage is not covered through the insurance the provide.  Please be aware that this damage was not only caused by rodents, but also vandalized by their people as well. After paying four years of rent, our entire storage unit is now unsalvageable.  I am pregnant and cannot be exposed to these toxins.  We cannot salvage any of our possessions and I don't know how to even begin to assess the damages.  This is unacceptable that Cubesmart is not reimbursing us for this disaster!  Do not rent from this company.  It's a nightmare!

We are renovating our home and needed to send our large items to storage and the rest of the contents of our home into a POD on our property. When the movers arrived, the POD wasn't there yet, so they actually ended up moving those items twice with zero complaints. It was a Saturday, and they sent 4 guys (after reading some reviews there is no doubt, this was the A team). They thoroughly wrapped and handled all of our furniture perfectly, and we have some HUGE pieces. No complaints. They were professional and personable. I won't deny that we got the B team for the move back, and I only say that because they did a fair share of complaining (amongst themselves), but they still did a fantastic job. We weren't quite ready for some of the pieces and they were nice enough to leave them wrapped in the moving pads so that they are protected from our ongoing construction.
