We are renovating our home and needed to send our large items to storage and the rest of the contents of our home into a POD on our property. When the movers arrived, the POD wasn't there yet, so they actually ended up moving those items twice with zero complaints. It was a Saturday, and they sent 4 guys (after reading some reviews there is no doubt, this was the A team). They thoroughly wrapped and handled all of our furniture perfectly, and we have some HUGE pieces. No complaints. They were professional and personable. I won't deny that we got the B team for the move back, and I only say that because they did a fair share of complaining (amongst themselves), but they still did a fantastic job. We weren't quite ready for some of the pieces and they were nice enough to leave them wrapped in the moving pads so that they are protected from our ongoing construction. They kindly put everything where I asked them to and nothing was damaged. Dina in the office was awesome. Always responsive and helpful. I would 100% recommend Tiger Moving.

TLDR: Atrocious customer service. Borderline predatory business practices. Horrible online account…read moresystem. I saw rats in the storage building. Unfortunately, I cannot in good faith recommend anyone store their belongings with StorageBlue. So to start, I gave them a heads up a full month ahead of time both over email and in person that I was going to move out and both times they basically gave a bare minimum acknowledgement. No other instructions about moving out. I even asked them over email what else I'd need to to to move out. None guidance except a receipt (which had no check out instructions, either). So I move my stuff out the next day and expect that to be the end of it. Lo and behold, they call me to let me know they're charging me the next month because I didn't come come at the end of the month "to get it inspected". Like they can't just inspect it themselves at the end of the lease and it would make no difference. They said it's technically in the lease that I needed "to have it inspected", which okay, I guess you got me StorageBlue. Congrats! But neither when I sent them an email asking about check out instructions nor when I talked to them in person about it being my last month did they care to mention that I'd need to have it inspected. An honest and fair business practice would be to remind the customer of the process for checking out if there was an additional step like that instead of them expecting me to remember the minutiae of a lease I signed months ago. Besides their customer service malpractice, I saw rats and bugs in the halls of the storage unit which did not exactly reassure me that my belongings were safe from damage. Also, their online account services are horrible and (as an IT professional) appeared to be insecure despite it storing my payment information. Nonetheless, I hope they're happy swindling me out of a month's payment. I'm furious with how they handled this and will absolutely never do business with StorageBlue again, even if I was able to get past their sub-standard storage services. To future potential customers, I strongly recommend storing your belongings with a more customer-centric, clean, and secure storage service.

Cleaned out my storage today and found rat crap everywhere in my unit. A lot of mold on some of my items. Even though I moved out on the 5th of the month, they will not refund the rest of the month and I did give a 30 day notice which they acknowledged.

My experience was very personal and great (you can tell this is a smaller company). I was reached out to the day before my crates were to be delivered asking if they could deliver them a day later due to some issues on their end; I told them I was planning to go out of town in a few days and really didn't want to lose the day packing, and they made it happen as scheduled. The crates arrived right on schedule and were brought in to my apartment. After I moved and finished unpacking, I was done a couple days early and texted to see if they could pick the boxes up early and they came out later that day and took them from inside my apartment. Great experience!

I had a great experience with pronto boxes. While I don't recommend their garment boxes, I…read moredefinitely recommend the moving bins. The customer service is also on point. Their bins are pretty spacious compared to cardboard boxes. There's also less mess and more space when you move as you don't need to worry about breaking down and getting rid of all that cardboard. I got the studio apartment package for 3 weeks and didn't think I needed the dolly - but the dolly came in handy as I was packing and unpacking, to more easily get to the boxes I needed. The boxes themselves were easily stackable and you'd know if you overpacked them based on the design. The boxes are also super sturdy. To label them, I'd recommend using masking tape - super cheap and no need for all that extra label paper. The tape also peels right off when you're done but stays on better than the reusable labels. (I didn't use the pro to labels because they were a bit small for me). When the boxes arrived, they were mostly clean and ready to go. The boxes' drop off and pickup were both super smooth. When I was not satisfied with the garment boxes, I was only charged for the week I had it. I did have to pay for the extra pickup, but it was still cheaper than keeping the garment boxes for 3 weeks. The boxes stack into each other easily when you're done so it saves space as you unpack. Pro tip: as you unpack, stack the boxes right onto the dolly, including the box you're in the process of unpacking. Customer service is super responsive over text and it felt like they took an interest in making the process as smooth as possible for me. I had unpacked a day early and they were able to come by and pick up the boxes the same day. I was getting unlimited cardboard boxes for free from my dad's job but was glad I used pronto boxes instead for this move.
