What I had shipped did not arrive in one piece and it turned out that FedEx actually removed some of my items without telling me. Archer and Daniel were extremely patient and they both put a ton of energy and time into solving the problem. They worked with FedEx for weeks to try and figure out what happened. Archer took responsibility for this and refunded my money, when in reality it should fall on FedEx... shame on the bigger company for making a small company pick up their slack! And my movers Jose and Ryan did an amazing job wrapping and handling my stuff. But I was given a 12-4 window. They showed up 40 minutes early. I had to pick up my new apartment keys at 11:30, that was the earliest time they could do it. I told them this and they wrote down that my time preference would be closer to 1. They ended up taking their breaks while I was at my other place. What I didn't realize at the time, I got charged for their breaks. Which would have been fine if they hadn't shown up early. But because of this I feel that I was a bit cheated on money. They started the clock before I was even home. On top of this, I did have a furniture item broken, I didn't realize until later because it was under a bunch of boxes. The wheel was broken off and pushed through the wood, no way to fix that. Thankfully one of my oldest antiques made the journey in one piece, minus a screw that makes it a bit wobbly. In conclusion I would recommend this moving company if you're willing to take small risks and you have money to spare. It costs a pretty penny, a lot more than I was expecting. My move was on the 6th, I filled out the after move survey and their customer service team never reached out.

First, I paid for packing services. I told them I needed those things packed the day before or a few days before and not the day of moving. They call me the day before to cancel and say they'll come pack it the day of. Imagine the mess of one crew packing and one crew moving. It was sheer chaos. Then, it's moving day and they don't show up on time. I call and sit there as supplier tries to track these people down and get me answers and they reassure me they're coming. They were an hour and a half late! They show up with one truck and their team lead swears to and down that the other truck is on its way. They finish moving everything into the truck and this other truck (plus additional crew is not here now hours later). Since more people were supposed to come, and they started late, we're already very behind. Now, they realize everting won't fit because the other truck didn't come and they need to come back. It's clear now they're lying through their teeth. No other truck or crew is coming. A blind person can see that. This 5 hour move takes 10 hours. They know they've messed up really badly. They call another crew who shows up in the last 1 hour to help get this done. Everyone is exhausted especially me from all the lies. I refuse to work with a company who blatantly lies, and you should too.
