I have had to rent quite a few units throughout the years both for business and personal use. In the midst of this pandemic, our small business which was supposed to launch didn't. We had to move out of our storage to cut expenses. After a few months, we were back to preparation and needed a unit. I called Sheridan Village and was helped by Michelle who turned out to be heaven-sent. Every concern we had, everything we needed to get back to business she made happen. I said no and came today to talk to the other manager Sara who is great but she's not I'm today. Well the guy Kevin has not been at the office for the last 2 hours! I have been parked outside waiting and wasting my day and this place is closed even though a big sign at the door says "Office Hours: 9:30 - 6:00pm" Today is Monday by the way...
