Not only is the store always clean, organized, and efficient, but this time I got to see something really special -- the manager's children were helping out, and they were absolutely wonderful! You can tell they've been raised right -- polite, respectful, and genuinely helpful. The store gets very busy, however all of the workers are attentive, fast-paced and do their best to get what you need done taken care of quickly. The manager clearly cares deeply about both the business and the community, and it shows in every detail. This store is a true gem, and experiences like this one are what will keep me coming back. When I tried to track the package all the UPS site said was, "Label Created." The package was never delivered. I tried to start a claim on the UPS site after two weeks which was a total circle jerk. The website kept defaulting to a screen which instructed me to make a claim at the UPS location where I shipped the package. Also, the UPS call center said I needed to file the claim at the UPS store. When I went to the UPS store I was informed that I was supposed to file a claim on the UPS website. Finally, Sherrill, the assistant manager was able to file a claim on her personal phone. Not sure why there are differing instructions for filing a claim. The store says one thing and the call center says something completely different. Without Sherrill's help, I was just going to give up. It was that frustrating.

They were to pack up everything except for clearly marked and sealed boxes that I had already packed. They went through at least one of these boxes, found a small BB gun I had packed up and SEALED, and decided to shoot off a few rounds. We had farm animals, dogs, and wildlife on the property. I told them to leave,called the company and requested that they leave the property immediately. They were there for less than an hour and I was charged for 4 hours of work plus other expenses totaling $786.00. I had to dispute the charge with my credit company, and the entire experience with this moving company was a disaster. Worst experience I have ever had with a company.

After having our Christmas decorations in storage for just about 5 months, we received an email saying that our monthly rental fee would DOUBLE! After less than 6 months!! When we called to ask about this extreme rate increase, they said they would "try to work with us" and returned with an offer that was still about 80% over our initial rate. I think they offer competitive pricing to get you in and then jack up the rates hoping that you will pay rather than go through the hassle of moving your stuff. Not us. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
