We paid rent faithfully for nearly 5 years. The facility has refused to replace the mattresses and also required us to handle the removal of the mattresses that had mold. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and plan to file a lawsuit. This is unacceptable, and I hope it does not happen to anyone else. Do not store your belongings here. The facility is not capable of protecting against the wet weather.

The fact that I only need a code for entry to the building and not for an elevator is a plus. The fact that there's two elevators not just one is a plus. The fact that there is multiple carts to use not just three is a big plus. And also I found that the people that are using this facility are very helpful to others who are in need of assistance very friendly. Which is something that I did not receive at Storage Depot. Also for those who are new some units are available to get a one month free which is a big help for those of us who are challenged financially you have to check with them. You do have to purchase a special lock which is kind of a letdown but I understand that every facility has their own rules. I hope to be a customer for a while.

Everything has to be properly done. You have to enter you entry code or they will ask you to go and do it. They want you out before closing; they will remind you that you only have half an hour left. Don't even dare complain; because they will end your contract at a moments notice. The owners/operators are extremely difficult about following every single rule down to its bone. I highly recommend you go to the many competing storage business around the San Diego County.
