I signed up online as this place looked perfect on paper, chose the next shown available day to move in, drove over only to find they were closed Sunday, despite showing they weren't on Apple maps. Fine, so I go back the next day. Well past opening, no one is there besides other people needing to get in their new units. Come back an hour later, still nothing. Call the main office for help, they try to help me in but let me know you need someone in person so they try and get in touch with the manager and tell me I should hear back within an hour. The whole day goes by, meanwhile I still had to move my stuff and had already rented a van to do so, so opted for another place down the road. They ended up leaving a voicemail, I show up an hour before they closed and still waited outside a locked door for 50 minutes. Abby helped me and let me know I could get everything refunded and should hear back within a week. A few weeks go by, as I have a life and things get busy. I email to create a paper trail and was able to talk to Renee then Brian who let me know the management was shifting but let me know I should get refunded within 1-2 weeks after verifying my information. It's now been 2 MONTHS since hearing back, and I've sent many follow up emails as I will not trust a verbal confirmation at this point. They also have at least 4 different numbers listed?? Please, new management if you see this, I sent another email today.

They have known for 6 months and did not take the needed measures to protect the rest of the customers belongings. Trash piles up indoors and by the dumpster. The restrooms are disgusting most days. Lights on the buildings work occasionally. They want your money but care nothing about their customers or their belongings! They don't have a permanent manager right now and this will be the 3rd manager in less than a year. Do not store here if you wish to keep your belongings safe!

They advertise in HUGE letters their "FREE" moving truck (for customers) and they even park it proudly outside. I thought "well that's a nice service to offer their customers, I will reserve it instead of a U-Haul." It looks a little old and banged up, and so I further assumed this just was a friendly service available solely for the benefit of the customers and definitely not to make any sort of profit. No. VERY DECEITFUL MARKETING. I was informed AFTER the truck was returned that the "rental itself" is free, but that SurePoint charges $.59/mile along with a mandatory $15 insurance waiver (I was unable to waive this option either). After those charges and re-fueling I was out nearly $100 for the FREE truck. I have never rented a U-Haul for moves that didn't span different cities, but I have a very hard time imagining that a U-Haul or comparable truck would cost anything near that. The truck was an old 2005 model with ~55,000 miles. At the $.59/mile, that comes out to nearly $32,450 in revenue thus far.. NOT a free service. For the depreciable life of the truck which I would assume would be roughly 125,000 miles, that comes out to $73,000, which is FAR more than the truck would have cost in the first place, even if purchased new and not an old 2005 model. That is not free. That is profit. Not to mention that the truck is plastered with the company name and my move around town is a ton of advertising. The giant "FREE" decals on the truck are starting to peel.
