Elevators have been out of service on multiple occasions making getting to the unit impossible. Also, only two moving carts are made available for use for a facility with easily more than 150 storage units. We feel there should be at least 6 carts available for use as we have arrived during busy times to no carts being available for extended periods. Staff is generally little to no help.

We paid less for the 10 x 10 at this location compared to the 5 x 10 at a different location (same company) but closer to our home. It has all the bells and whistles, which are keyed pad entry, elevators (require passcode) and several commercial pull/push cart Dollies. This location also offers separate men and women rest rooms. The facility is clean and the staff are busy but still polite. The reason I gave it 4 Stars and not 5, is they had a difficult time programming my passcode into their system. It delayed our move by about 35 minutes. It is worth our drive.

When we arrived we realized there's no entry for The truck into the building. In other words you have to park outside, and bring in your stuff into the building. We had to put in a password every single time we enter the building and the elevators. This is the most annoying design they could've implemented. Once we move out I will be using them again.

So I went to the office and rang the door bell no one answered so I rang the bell on the apartment that is attached to the office also no answer then I called and left a message, so then I went to the apartment located at the back of property and I knocked very lightly Assistant manager came to door I ask if she could tell me why I'm overlooked she was very rude when she told me I didn't pay my bill, I then told her that is wrong I paid Friday asked her if she could call the Manager she then told me I would have to take that up with Christina and that she wasn't fucking calling anybody for me, then her dog came running after me like it was going to bite me and I told the dog to get away from my then Sherry told me fuck off mother fucker and to get the fuck away from her door and that she wasn't helping me with shit, so I walked back to my space and got in my car entered my code and left the property sent another text message and an email to the property in Broadway Blvd, Garland Tx.

There's no mysterious fees during the move in and the lock is complimentary. Also access is 24 hours a day with no surprises like codes changing out of nowhere. The cost is a good value because it's rules are pretty basic...just follow them and everything will go smoothly. Not trying to slam the others but it's nothing like "snatch & grab" places like Public Storage or Extra Space Storage with extremely high turnover rates for auctions. They claim to be open yet when you drive up there no one is on site and no one is answering their phones and it's impossible to reach customer service of any kind. They currently have my keys to my unit and I need to get into my unit today and no one is here to let me in to give me my keys or to even answer a phone. I am here at 11:45am on a Saturday. There have been a significant number of times where I've needed someone in the office and I've driven up here just to be in the same situation with no assistance whatsoever.

The facility is good but they will increase your rates very quickly. The initial increase this…read moreyear was about 20%. At the end of the year, it's now 70% more than the initial rate. Be sure to factor in the length of time you need the unit.
