I do believe they entered my storage unite by unscrewing the bracket on the door. I personally spoke with Diane and Monty regarding allowing us to use the electric plug for a fan to be used inside our unit, at the time was not a problem. Then Diane calls and in her normal rude fashion demands what is going on....which she already knew and approved. Then this afternoon I go to check on my unit to find the bracket tampered with. I would recommend finding elsewhere to store your items. The employee in the office says they never opened the door but someone my extension cord was passed over the door bracket and stuck there in the door. Hmmm. He also started stumbling on his response when confronted with the situation. These are dishonest people and obviously do not stand by their word. I had just changed units and would not have agreed to a new larger unit had the electric not be an agreeable circumstance. I would have found elsewhere....which seems like a better plan anyway.

I also like that they had surveillance up on the outside areas of the whole property but also inside the units. Air conditioned coverage for most units on the property and they also have units for vehicles or just if you need a bigger unit which are all located on the outside. The only suggestion I'd make is to install the mirrors to be able to see traffic approaching when you are circling through the parking lot areas whether you are entering or leaving. They have signs up for this though. Also you have to be mindful when entering/existing as it's one way in and one way out.

I tried to lease a unit, On March 12, 2025 however it indicated " The reserved unit is no longer avaiable, Please contact the facility or choose a different unit."It was mistakenly charged to me. My husband leased a unit under his name at a different location which also has my name on it a day prior March 11. I started to receive collection notices on March 14 for April 's payment's and the month is not over yet. that si how I realized I was changed. After realizing I had been charged, I requested a refund. I do believe it was a system error and should have been corrected on their end. Please see the attached photo for reference. From the start, the service was unprofessional and rude. Eric's behavior was not only dismissive but crossed a line into blatant racism. Instead of treating me with the respect any customer deserves, I was spoken to with hostility and made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was clear I wasn't being treated the same as other customers, and that's not something anyone should tolerate ever. No business should allow such discriminatory behavior from its staff, especially when dealing with customers who are simply trying to store their belongings. If professionalism, basic respect, and equal treatment matter to you, I strongly advise you to stay away from ALL Storage King. There are plenty of other storage facilities that know how to treat people right. Don't waste your time or money here.
