What is the point of being a postal outlet when the hours cannot be depended upon? in the past few months they are closed for a myriad of reasons. Not dependable at all to be there when needed during posted hours. Will most likely complain to USPS about this as well. read more

I have tried to go to this location 4-5 times in the past week or so. Every time but once they were closed during normal business hours. The time that they were open, they had no stamps to sell me which is the reason I went in first place. Don't understand why a post office location doesn't have any stamps. Today, I pulled up just as 2 employees were leaving and locking the door (a little after 1pm). I asked the guy, hey can I just drop off this package before y'all leave? He very rudely told me no, that they were going to lunch and had already clocked out. I said I just need to drop off the package (prepaid label already affixed) and that they had been closed every time I'd stopped by this week. (Would have taken 10 seconds). He said they are a private business and I could go to the main post office. Again, all said very rudely which wasn't necessary. I guess I don't understand why both employees are going to lunch at the same time so that the store needs to be closed at 1pm in the afternoon. This is obviously a frequent occurrence since they are open less than half the time when I stop by. They've been rude in the past as well but I finally decided to post a review since this is clearly not a well run private business with grumpy employees. read more

Excellent service! Super friendly and helpful staff! It's a small post office and right now (during the pandemic) they only allow one customer at a time inside. They have a window wall set up between them and the customer. Masks are required. Also they sell stamps and have mailing boxes and envelopes there too. read more

Went here to purchase a storage locker. They were extremely friendly and very nice. They most definitely care about their customers and want go make sure that you are happy! I would recommend them. read more

Roughly 1.5 miles from the post office. Way shorter lines and open till 6pm. Very friendly staff. There was an Asian guy that worked there that was very rude. He's gone now. I just shipped a large picture frame. Kacilyn did a fabulous job packing the frame. I give this establishment 5 Stars read more

Really do I write a review but this one has to be written. I waited in line patiently without saying a word while the two guys behind the counter red and email that came through while customers were waiting to be serviced. I get up to the counter and I side and the guy behind the counter says I have a bad attitude because I side and refused to serve me I had not said one word to him but he said he knew what I was thinking so I guess he's a mind reader. He refused to serve me I have been coming to this location since the day it opened and never ever ever have I been treated like the older heavier guy behind the counter treats me and other people that come into this location. Management if you care anything about your customers fire this guy!!! read more

I have only been once (about 3 weeks ago), but service was great even when there was a wait. It is a small lobby, so I appreciate this business observing social distance (only allowing 1-2 customers inside at a time). I will continue to use this business for my postal service needs. read more

Apparently there is new management. I went in to go ship packages as I always do. The heavyset guy was there harassing me about my mask not being over my nose as it was when I went in but I was on the phone so my mask kept slinking down and I kept trying to put it up. He harassed me several times and told me what to do how to do it infringing on my rights as a citizen. He is not educated he does not know the law and was telling me that this was the law. I stated that I will not do business with him again as he basically told me to get out. As a business owner myself, I would never talk to somebody like that. Apparently he was having a bad day and took it out on me threaten to call the cops when I was doing nothing wrong but trying to pull my mask up as my mouth kept moving on my conversation on the phone. Do you not do business here with somebody who's going to treat you as a paying customer for their business nasty like this. I had four packages in because he did not get the reaction out of me or the control he wanted he only wanted to give me postage for two out of my four packages. read more

Friendly and quick postal services!! I prefer going here over always having to stand in la long line at the post office. I don't have experience with their storage services so I can't comment on that side of the business. read more

If you have a normal 9-5 job, you probably find it nearly impossible to get to the post office. And living 1500 miles away from my family, I have to ship gifts pretty frequently now. This place has saved my sanity! It has convenient hours and offers all normal postal services. There are also shipping supplies available if you don't have your own (and who does?). read more

I had to move my storage to a place across town. They always messed up my billing! I do like the USPS service they offer, but the storage part is a unorganized joke... Don't buy boxes here either... RIP OFF! read more

Since I saw that they were affiliated with the USPS (post office) I went there to mail something. I called the person I mailed it to, to find out if they have received the mail. It's been a week and they have not received it. I called them and they told me to call "the" post office. That didn't help. Next time I would use the actual USPS because it's not certain that whatever I send will get to it's destination. read more

Leave your USPS needs to the US Postal Service!! Handy location for drop offs. Nice employees, just not very knowledgeable.
