You can check out my review on them too.I went in and secured my reservation at cube Smart and they were the kindest and most understanding folks I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a very long time . I was shown the unit and how everything works to insure my stay is a happy one. They assured me that I would recieve the promotional discount for at least 3 months and if I move in on any day other than the 1st I will have a due date of the same day each month so that I get a full month each month that I am an occupant . They even let me know that if I choose to move out without completing a full month that they will not charge me for the days I do not use. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole facility. They also provide clean restrooms. I can hardly wait to get all moved in. After all of the terrible things that Public Storage has done to me ,I feel like I have died and gone to heaven. Cube Smart even has a box truck to rent to new customers at a rediculously low rate.I hope they are like this at all of the locations and that they hurry and open more . This is the kind of company that I would be proud to work with too. I am going to put in an aplication in hopes to land employment with them. They represent a good ,honest and, charitable organzation that I could be proud to be a part of. The only reason that I had not moved from the Public Storage is because they are located within walking distance of my residence if I had to walk there ,but it is not worth all of the heartache that I am suffering by being a loyal customer to them. If you find that you need a storage unit at any time in your life, I highly recomend Cube Smart .

A price increase of this magnitude should be communicated clearly and well in advance, giving customers an opportunity to decide whether they want to continue renting under the new terms. Instead, I was simply hit with a dramatically higher monthly charge. I am extremely disappointed with CubeSmart's lack of transparency and customer consideration. A 30%+ increase without notice is unacceptable, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend CubeSmart Storage. One star--and only because zero stars isn't an option.

It's well lit, very clean, has two check-in points, and the moving racks, and dollies work. My last storage facility, the equipment was crap, the floors were dirty, and I was scared to be there after hours without a friend. The AC is kept at a good temperature here, and I like the fact that it can take a cat-4 hurricane.

It was my first time renting a storage so I didn't know what size would be best, but she had all of the right questions to assist me in making a decision that would fit all of my things. This location offers security cameras while someone is on duty from 9-5 and if there isn't someone on duty, gates are closed but you can still gain access to your things with a security passcode only at certain hours of the day. If FedEx has read any of these reviews seriously, maybe they would have investigated the problem and attempt to solve their issues in the Palm Beach Gardens area. My issue should have not been an issue. I was having a delivery of wine that requires a signature, so I made myself available at home that day. I was wondering why I had not seen the carrier so I went out the front door to find a slip that they were at my house. Okay lets stay home another day and wait for a delivery. Once again a FedEx slip at the door. I have a German shepherd that can hear anyone approaching the house or knocking on the door. It is impossible not to hear the door knock by our dog or myself. Wait, there is more, and it just gets worst. After I called, they said they would have the driver come back. Still no package. I am instructing all of my business associates and companies that I do business with not to utilize FedEx in the Palm Beach area for the foreseeable future.

Okay, shit happens, so I let it slide and gave the drivers a couple of Gatorades. Obviously, they were behind because two trucks arrived and then shifted packages from one to the other. Round 2 I was expecting 2 shipments on Monday, 11/24/2025. I received two emails at 7:15am that my shipments for Monday, November 24,2025, were out for delivery, with a time frame of 4pm to 6pm. Tracking numbers are for merchandise over $1000. At 12:22PM, on Monday, I received updated emails that the shipments were rescheduled for Tuesday, 12pm to 4pm. Okay, not a problem. I had plans for the day but I cancelled them to be here when the packages arrived. At 8:34am, Tuesday, I received two emails that the shipments were out for delivery. Scheduled time 12pm to 4pm. Perfect! And NOW I SIT AND WAIT. It is 7:39pm and there is no delivery. I called the automated system and found that the shipment has not reached the destination warehouse. Hmmm.... I called the customer service number, bypassed the automated response system, to get a live associate. She was no help, so I asked for a supervisor. I spoke to Jocelyn A., who was useless as well. She told me that the shipment was loaded on a truck today, but there was no route for the delivery. She THINKS it will be here tomorrow. She couldn't give me a time or any compensation for the inconvenience. When I asked her for her supervisor, she replied, "There is no one else". Everyone has a supervisor, be it another executive or shareholders. FedEx conceals the emails of their corporate officers. I can see why. They must be inundated with complaints from angry customers.
