Great service!! Clean and friendly. Location is perfect and very easy to get to unit. They provide a good amount of flat bed carts.

I had 3 shipments scheduled for delivery on Friday, November 21,2025…read more Three tracking numbers were all scheduled for delivery between 12pm and 4pm. They did not arrive until after 6:30pm. Okay, shit happens, so I let it slide and gave the drivers a couple of Gatorades. Obviously, they were behind because two trucks arrived and then shifted packages from one to the other. Round 2 I was expecting 2 shipments on Monday, 11/24/2025. I received two emails at 7:15am that my shipments for Monday, November 24,2025, were out for delivery, with a time frame of 4pm to 6pm. Tracking numbers are for merchandise over $1000. At 12:22PM, on Monday, I received updated emails that the shipments were rescheduled for Tuesday, 12pm to 4pm. Okay, not a problem. I had plans for the day but I cancelled them to be here when the packages arrived. At 8:34am, Tuesday, I received two emails that the shipments were out for delivery. Scheduled time 12pm to 4pm. Perfect! And NOW I SIT AND WAIT. It is 7:39pm and there is no delivery. I called the automated system and found that the shipment has not reached the destination warehouse. Hmmm.... I called the customer service number, bypassed the automated response system, to get a live associate. She was no help, so I asked for a supervisor. I spoke to Jocelyn A., who was useless as well. She told me that the shipment was loaded on a truck today, but there was no route for the delivery. She THINKS it will be here tomorrow. She couldn't give me a time or any compensation for the inconvenience. When I asked her for her supervisor, she replied, "There is no one else". Everyone has a supervisor, be it another executive or shareholders. FedEx conceals the emails of their corporate officers. I can see why. They must be inundated with complaints from angry customers.

It started out one way. And it ended up in another direction altogether. In March of '24 we…read morecontacted Starline for a moving quote from Las Vegas to Chicago. We got a price but we were not yet ready to move. In June we called back to go ahead but they gave us a different price. They did call back a month later having me walk thru our condo for an itemized inventory. Then we got another price. We told them what we'd pack, told them what they'd pack. Gave them the go-ahead for mid-August. When the movers did show up there were no wardrobes or mirror boxes for any of our belongings and nobody showed an inclination to go get any. So we had to go buy the mover's supplies. We were then told that we had more furniture than we had told the office. It was an itemized inventory so how could that be? You could tell by the way they handled things that they weren't professional. When finished, I signed off on the inventory and was told the furniture would be delivered in 4 days in Chicago but we were never given a copy of the inventory. It would be emailed to us. After a week had, we called looking for our furniture and were told it was still in LV because the driver had no delivery address. After a month, our furniture was delivered but at another higher cost. We could see damaged and broken items as they were put in a pile. But we knew we could file a claim at the end and, again, there was no bill of lading... we were told it would be emailed to us. If so, it never came. Again. What started out at $5600 was now over $11,000. We did file a claim with them which they promptly turned over to their lawyers. We were told to file the necessary forms along with all documentation, pictures and itemized inventory and bill of lading. This is the point where it all comes together: no item. inventory, no bill of lading, no claim!! In Jan. '25 we were told our claim of $1500 had been denied for lack of inventory and/or lading. Starline had never forwarded neither. We've moved many times in the last 25yrs and never encountered this lack of professionalism on so many levels. They give you one price to get you in the door and then they ratchet it up from there. You pay because they have your furniture. They are without honor. Run, don't walk, run away from them. Your items, your treasures, your memories are not worth the headaches they will bring you. Mike Proko (S-5976557)
