Patriot Moving & Storage was sent to us by the consignment store that we were placing furniture with for resale. Ironically the day they arrived, we were informed by another moving company that we contracted to do a long distance move with the remainder of the furniture that they were canceling us. This was on Friday before Labor Day with the move scheduled for Tuesday. Seth and Khalil were amazing. They were professional. They knew what they were doing, they took great care in the handling and wrapping our furniture. They were efficient and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend this company and this team. We hired them on the spot to return two days later to pack the remainder of our furniture, which would be placed in a pod to be sent up north. They saved the day! This move could have been an utter disaster. The fact that Patriot was able to pick up the ball when the other company cancelled us was a blessing. We did not lose any timing thanks to, Seth and Khalil! Highly recommend, and would hire them again in an instant. Almost forgot to mention, their pricing was competitive, and their service outstanding. read more

I've used this firm in the past for moves in Palm Beach County. Always professional and spot on efficient. Today I had a small move from the Yacht Club and a local nut job named Erich Sisko was off his meds and started screaming. The guys handled him with dignity and respect. Solid five stars and reasonable prices. I refer them to all my friends. read more

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate and Patriot was a no show. Reached out to see if they were coming and was ghosted. Not very Patriotic. read more

Selvin and Israel were PROFESSIONALS. They made my move this morning (in the beginnings of a hurricane) so quick and painless. Each of my furniture pieces were soundly wrapped up to protect from the move (and the weather). They were soundly wrapped pleasant as they moved about and even greeted the cats as they moved through the house putting everything exactly where I needed it. Thanks guys for all you did! The process booking at Patriot was also very easy. Mike came out to take a look at what needed moving and explained their process and their prices. A small deposit by Zelle reserved my spot, and three days later I am all moved into my new home. I highly recommend Patriot moving (with special extra recommendations to Selvin and Israel and Mike in particular). read more

The job was significantly underestimated and required twice as many days to complete the move, because they used trucks that were too small. And because the job took extra days they wanted to charge me for the additional time, which I refused. In addition, many items were damaged, and my letter regarding the damages has never been answered. Also, each moving box was clearly marked with the destination room, but those instructions were mostly ignored. All in all, this job was unprofessional and very disappointing. read more

Patriot picked up and packed a bunch of furniture today for delivery to True Treasures. They were on-time, communicated well in advance (both to arrange the pickup and to keep us posted on arrival time), and did a fantastic and efficient job packing us up. Highly recommended. read more

They had three team members come over and move my condo furniture in about two hours. It was an excellent experience and they took ultimate care and handling my furniture by wrapping it in moving cloth and then wrapping it in a black saran wrap, taping everything up and taking excellent care of my furniture and belongings read more

This company made it easy for me to use a consignment shop by picking up my furniture. Blake and Selvin worked for Patriot Moving and Storage and were the happiest moving men have ever met - most polite and courteous. They efficiently packed up my furniture and removed it to their truck without any problem or complaint. I could tell they were adept at moving becaue to watch them was like watching a ballet. They worked in unison. Neither man wasted any time in getting my stuff out the door. I would definitely used Patriot Moving and Storage again and again and recommend them highly. read more

Professional and on time. They helped me move a dresser... picked it up from True Treasures and delivered it to a high rise. Supplied their Cert of Insurance without delay. A great price, quick to respond and get the job done. Love them and highly recommend Patriot Moving and Storage. These guys are awesome. read more

After several nightmare moves with other companies, I was SO relieved to have hired Patriot Moving & Storage. Chris, Dwayne, and Dustin were timely, professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure my move went smoothly. Another company broke my bed (and refused to pay for it). These gentlemen put my bed back together even better than I had anticipated. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you! read more

In preparation for my recent move I received estimates from 4 local movers. Doug, one of the owners, was responsive and helpful. The estimate was fair and the final tab was within a few dollars of the estimate. The staff was excellent, on time, efficiently packed and moved without any issues. read more

Great experience, strong experienced movers! They get the job done painlessly.

PATRIOT MOVERS MADE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD!!! I am beyond upset about what happened at the end of my move. Quick small move took less than 2 hours. They said it was $125 per hour so it should have been $250 but rang up 3 hours $375. They claimed they were charging an extra hour for travel time to drop off the truck. We used these movers last year and There was never a 'drop off truck' fee. It was also never mentioned when I booked them and went over the prices. I called the office and explained, he apologized and said he would take care of it. The next day I looked at my credit card statement and see they took it upon themselves to up the charge even more to $390! They made UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD! read more

Dwayne and Miles picked up my furniture on time and were very courteous. I asked if they could move two additional pieces of furniture for me and they did. I made sure to tip them generously (mostly because I didn't have change for $100) but it was well worth it. You can't go wrong with Patriot Movers. read more

We are from out of state and had to clear out a 1 bedroom apartment in a COVID restrictive senior living center in Juno Beach. We chose to ship via UPack Cubes to 2 different locations. Once we arrived in town, we determined that job required professional packing. We had limited time and didn't know where to go. We found Patriot and they solved all of our problems. Douglas from Patriot personally visited the apartment and assessed the situation. His crews were booked, but he sensed our stress and made special arrangements to send a crew to pack the cubes next day. He knows what he is doing! The crew showed up (Antonio and Eric) on time if not a bit early, which was great. All I can say is PROFESSIONAL EXPERTS! They perform what we thought was impossible in record time! I am still amazed how they fit all the stuff I such a small space, it was mostly heavy furniture. Thanks Patriot! read more

Wow!! The price was very reasonable. We set up a day and time. The guys called when they were " one the way" to my home and they were right on time. Dwayne and Khalil were excellent! Professional! Very polite! And they were careful. Very careful. These men handled 13 very large Individual pieces. Each piece was wrapped, covered, out of my home and on its way in way in an hour! Thank you very, very much. read more

I can't say enough good things about this company. Mike and Derrick rock!!!!! read more

Patriot Movers are awesome. I have worked with them multiple times when they have picked up furniture and items from my clients' homes for consignment. They are always very professional and hardworking. Anthony, Derek and Michel were particularly great. They were very reliable, showed up on time (and gave a 30 minutes heads up) and worked very hard and efficiently. They were super friendly and worked well with my team, as well as the clients. I highly recommend them for your moving needs! read more

There are numerous listings for PATRIOT. Be sure to look for PATRIOT MOVING & STORAGE, located in the Lantana Florida area. I had arranged with Doug( the owner) to deliver several purchased items to my home in Boynton Beach from a proprietor of a furniture store in Boca Raton who does not provide delivery herself. She recommends PATRIOT MOVING & STORAGE and I found out why. They are extremely reliable, exceptionally careful, and are eager to comply with purchaser's convenience. The rates charged are very fair. Doug's philosophy is " the customer is right" and he will work with you to provide complete customer satisfaction. Again...BE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that the moving company you research is PATRIOT MOVING & STORAGE. Others, with the name Patriot, have received dreadful reviews. PATRIOT MOVING & STORAGE provided SUPERIOR service. I'll use them again and recommend them with only positive comments. Ilene & Don 5/2020 read more

I needed a sectional sofa and chandelier moved and these guys came recommended. They were on time, friendly, honest, fast and efficient! All the qualities you look for in a mover. No job is too small. Dwayne was an expert wrapper and had a sense of humor! read more

This was our third move in recent years. I'm so thankful we chose Patriot for this final move. They proved that work ethic still exists. From the moment I contacted Doug for an estimate until the moment my move was completed, the experience was nothing less than a 5+ star event. I was told the crew would arrive between 8-9 am. At 7:40, I received a call from Mike saying they'd arrive in a few minutes. They did. The crew were not only excellent at their job, but courteous and personable. I highly recommend this company for any move you make - large or small. read more

I cannot say enough bad things about this company. Do NOT use this moving company. It would take a book for me to write all of the bad about this moving experience. My price went from under $1400 for my move to over $2000 when it was done. I was told the price quoted originally was for door to door move. Ended up charging me over $300 extra to "shuttle" it from Denver to my house an hour away. Lies, lies, lies. Lie after lie after lie from them. Filthy trucks, some of my items were damaged and dirty, legs missing from furniture, boxes labeled fragile and glass were crushed. I cant begin to write all the bad experiences with this company. We are ex-military and have moved dozens of times and this was the worst move EVER. i am reporting this company and the moving company who delivered and picked up my stuff to the IRS, the BBB and the DOT. Too many cash payments made by me which seems fishy to me. My advice from my years of experience moving is to go with the PODS. You order the size you want, they bring it to you, you pack it, they deliver it to you new home. NO hidden or extra charges. You pay one price, the price quoted and your stuff is clean and never damaged. I am reporting this company and their moving company partner who delivered and picked up my belongings to the IRS, the BBB and the DOT. Two cash payments were required which seems fishy to me. RUN from these type movers and go with PODS. No surprises or lies, a set cost, and the PODS are clean. read more
