I had 3 shipments scheduled for delivery on Friday, November 21,2025. Three tracking numbers were all scheduled for delivery between 12pm and 4pm. They did not arrive until after 6:30pm. Okay, shit happens, so I let it slide and gave the drivers a couple of Gatorades. Obviously, they were behind because two trucks arrived and then shifted packages from one to the other. Round 2 I was expecting 2 shipments on Monday, 11/24/2025. I received two emails at 7:15am that my shipments for Monday, November 24,2025, were out for delivery, with a time frame of 4pm to 6pm. Tracking numbers are for merchandise over $1000. At 12:22PM, on Monday, I received updated emails that the shipments were rescheduled for Tuesday, 12pm to 4pm. Okay, not a problem. I had plans for the day but I cancelled them to be here when the packages arrived. At 8:34am, Tuesday, I received two emails that the shipments were out for delivery. Scheduled time 12pm to 4pm. Perfect! And NOW I SIT AND WAIT. It is 7:39pm and there is no delivery. I called the automated system and found that the shipment has not reached the destination warehouse. Hmmm.... I called the customer service number, bypassed the automated response system, to get a live associate. She was no help, so I asked for a supervisor. I spoke to Jocelyn A., who was useless as well. She told me that the shipment was loaded on a truck today, but there was no route for the delivery. She THINKS it will be here tomorrow. She couldn't give me a time or any compensation for the inconvenience. When I asked her for her supervisor, she replied, "There is no one else". Everyone has a supervisor, be it another executive or shareholders. FedEx conceals the emails of their corporate officers. I can see why. They must be inundated with complaints from angry customers. read more

This location is trash their drivers are trash!!! I had medication on the way and was home the driver didn't even attempt to deliver three times but said he did! No slip, no call no knock. Now it's being sent back. This location and their employees are useless and lazy. read more

I ordered a pair of Lululemon leggings and the estimated delivery date was 22 December. It is currently 26th of December. I purchased the leggings at the Lululemon gardens mall. The employee I purchased them with even said "Wow they will be at your house before Christmas" . I have been constantly checking and tracking them for 3 days it has not moved at all!! I am pretty upset, because as everybody knows Lululemon is not cheap and I want my leggings. I usually have a wonderful experience with Fedex shipping but now I don't really know what to say. had a great experience with Tony at the ship center. There's a lot of bad reviews for this place out there but it's FedEx corporate. That is the problem. I had a package that with three separate calls to FedEx 800 number. I got three different answers and they had no clue where the package was. Also, the information on the app was constantly incorrect even after it was delivered. I finally went into the ship center and Tony spent a lot of time going above and beyond making phone calls to the Walgreens it was supposed to be dropped off at for pick up. Walgreens put it in outgoing and the driver didn't scan it and it ended up in Orlando. If it wasn't for Tony going above and beyond who knows how many more trips and phone calls and frustrations I would've had trying to figure out where it was. Workers at FedEx are getting lazy !!! Apparently they came to my condo today at 11:31am (4/24) and did not go up the elevator to my 3rd floor and knock or use the door bell. Then they send me a notification at 11:41am that they were there and claimed i wasn't home. Nobody knocked on our door today!!! Was it the stairs? The combination to the front gate and lobby door was given to them, so what was it? Is this lazy or what? instead what they're doing is taking the cod package back to delivery shipping center. Yes you got it, passing the buck to the shipping center. Are they not supposed to deliver this package is it not that what we are paying them for? Now me the customer had to be inconvenienced and drive at night to the shipping center because someone was too lazy to deliver package as they are suppose and were paid for to do this. Is this what we the public pay them to do? Lazy FedEx !! Is the new company business name!! I will never use FedEx again!! Incompetent lazy people. Before I started to write this review, I noticed that this location Yelp reviews were horrible. There was not one review that said anything that complimented their service. If FedEx has read any of these reviews seriously, maybe they would have investigated the problem and attempt to solve their issues in the Palm Beach Gardens area. My issue should have not been an issue. I was having a delivery of wine that requires a signature, so I made myself available at home that day. I was wondering why I had not seen the carrier so I went out the front door to find a slip that they were at my house. Okay lets stay home another day and wait for a delivery. Once again a FedEx slip at the door. I have a German shepherd that can hear anyone approaching the house or knocking on the door. It is impossible not to hear the door knock by our dog or myself. Wait, there is more, and it just gets worst. After I called, they said they would have the driver come back. Still no package. I am instructing all of my business associates and companies that I do business with not to utilize FedEx in the Palm Beach area for the foreseeable future. read more

I have never had such ridiculous, absurd service in my life. These guys come to my gate and don't even try to get in or alert me that they have arrived. They just drive away with zero effort to contact me. I called the shipping center and asked them to just hold the package at the center and I would come and get it. After a 20 minute drive, I get there to be told my package it out for shipping. Which of course, was not delivered because of the gate. It's been nearly a WEEK and I can't get these morons to nail down my package. NEVER using Fedex again. read more

Fedex guy came to door and did not knock, fanned himself with my package then walked off at 10:29. My son got to the door at 10:30 and guy was gone. This happened in 2 minutes. Think I'm lying? I have cameras and it shows the whole thing. We then get a call from fedex with a explanation as to why it happen instead of an apology. Said they were told not to come inside the screen enclosures but he did. Left no door i.d or tracking number but those are the only 2 items they request to assist you. This review is for the Fed Ex inside of the Wal-Mart on Indiantown Road in Jupiter. I order things from Amazon and normally recycle the packed air, boxes, packing peanuts at UPS. I was in this Wal-Mart today and attempted to hand off some packed air to this Fed Ex location. Not, only did the customer service rep look at me like he had never seen packed air before, he said they don't recycle nor do they reuse packing supplies. The bags were perfectly reusable. To make matters worse, he said he has a garbage can he could throw them into. I'll pass on FedEx in the future. How about considering the environment just a little bit? read more

I have never experienced more arrogant and rude behavior from the woman working behind the counter in my life. She went so far as to refuse releasing my package.
