    They don't even try if there is an obstacle in the way where any other shipping company would and good luck trying to call them .

    Hands down the shadiest business practices I have ever encountered. Terrible customer service…read more Changes the terms and prices multiple times over service. We started at $50/mo and 2 months later were being charged $85 dollars a month then 6 months after that $112 per month for a 10x10 unit. They also do not prorate if you terminate mid month so you will not get any refund on your payment if you leave earlier in the month than your next payment due date. Find anywhere else to store your stuff. They also have RATS, water intrusions inside the air conditioned units and bugs. Deplorable

    Horrible company don't waste your time go to public storage instead we moved our belongings into…read morethe unit at the location on blue heron blvd in Riviera Beach Fl in the beginning of December 2022 as we transition and try to find a new home and two weeks later we go to the unit to retrieve some items and the unit is flooded from rain water pouring through the ceiling into our unit we immediately notified the staff who took pictures and sent it to the manager who then advised us that they can give us another unit which we accepted because we really had no choice we later filed a claim because insurance is included in our monthly bill and yesterday we received a email 2 months later and we're still renting a unit from them the email stated our claim was denied because we filed for mold damage and the policy covers water damage we never filed for mold damage they just don't want to pay and clearly the entire staff is aware of what happened because they were there and can witness seeing the water pouring down the walls into our unit and the day after our unit flooded they had a company their repairing the flooded roof this is unfair to us because most of the items cannot be replaced this location has horrible customer service and doesn't care about it's customers they just want to sit back and collect rent money every month

    It started out one way. And it ended up in another direction altogether. In March of '24 we…read morecontacted Starline for a moving quote from Las Vegas to Chicago. We got a price but we were not yet ready to move. In June we called back to go ahead but they gave us a different price. They did call back a month later having me walk thru our condo for an itemized inventory. Then we got another price. We told them what we'd pack, told them what they'd pack. Gave them the go-ahead for mid-August. When the movers did show up there were no wardrobes or mirror boxes for any of our belongings and nobody showed an inclination to go get any. So we had to go buy the mover's supplies. We were then told that we had more furniture than we had told the office. It was an itemized inventory so how could that be? You could tell by the way they handled things that they weren't professional. When finished, I signed off on the inventory and was told the furniture would be delivered in 4 days in Chicago but we were never given a copy of the inventory. It would be emailed to us. After a week had, we called looking for our furniture and were told it was still in LV because the driver had no delivery address. After a month, our furniture was delivered but at another higher cost. We could see damaged and broken items as they were put in a pile. But we knew we could file a claim at the end and, again, there was no bill of lading... we were told it would be emailed to us. If so, it never came. Again. What started out at $5600 was now over $11,000. We did file a claim with them which they promptly turned over to their lawyers. We were told to file the necessary forms along with all documentation, pictures and itemized inventory and bill of lading. This is the point where it all comes together: no item. inventory, no bill of lading, no claim!! In Jan. '25 we were told our claim of $1500 had been denied for lack of inventory and/or lading. Starline had never forwarded neither. We've moved many times in the last 25yrs and never encountered this lack of professionalism on so many levels. They give you one price to get you in the door and then they ratchet it up from there. You pay because they have your furniture. They are without honor. Run, don't walk, run away from them. Your items, your treasures, your memories are not worth the headaches they will bring you. Mike Proko (S-5976557)
