The pricing although not the least expensive of the (4) movers we interviewed, was reasonable & fair. Nick, thank you for sending us such a wonderful moving team ! So far so good, I recently visited this location and made a…read morereservation for a 10x10 unit and I left there with a smile on my face and a song in my heart because they are the exact opposite of the horible people at Public Storage that I am currently renting a unit from. You can check out my review on them too.I went in and secured my reservation at cube Smart and they were the kindest and most understanding folks I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a very long time . I was shown the unit and how everything works to insure my stay is a happy one. They assured me that I would recieve the promotional discount for at least 3 months and if I move in on any day other than the 1st I will have a due date of the same day each month so that I get a full month each month that I am an occupant . They even let me know that if I choose to move out without completing a full month that they will not charge me for the days I do not use. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole facility. They also provide clean restrooms. I can hardly wait to get all moved in. After all of the terrible things that Public Storage has done to me ,I feel like I have died and gone to heaven. Cube Smart even has a box truck to rent to new customers at a rediculously low rate.I hope they are like this at all of the locations and that they hurry and open more . This is the kind of company that I would be proud to work with too. I am going to put in an aplication in hopes to land employment with them. They represent a good ,honest and, charitable organzation that I could be proud to be a part of. The only reason that I had not moved from the Public Storage is because they are located within walking distance of my residence if I had to walk there ,but it is not worth all of the heartache that I am suffering by being a loyal customer to them. If you find that you need a storage unit at any time in your life, I highly recomend Cube Smart .

CubeSmart Storage raised my monthly rate by more than 30% without any notice. That is an…read moreunacceptable way to treat customers, particularly when there was no advance warning that such a substantial increase was coming. A price increase of this magnitude should be communicated clearly and well in advance, giving customers an opportunity to decide whether they want to continue renting under the new terms. Instead, I was simply hit with a dramatically higher monthly charge. I am extremely disappointed with CubeSmart's lack of transparency and customer consideration. A 30%+ increase without notice is unacceptable, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend CubeSmart Storage. One star--and only because zero stars isn't an option.

PUBLIC STORAGE 3601 W Blue Heron BLVD , Riviera Beach…read more PUBLIC WARNING / REVIEW THEFT INSIDE THE STORAGE - BE CAREFUL! I'm leaving this warning for anyone considering renting a unit at this Public Storage in [insert location or address here, e.g., West Palm Beach, Florida]. Today I went to pick up my boat and discovered that I was the victim of a major theft inside this storage facility, a place that's supposed to be safe and monitored by security cameras 24/7. Stolen items: (2) Marine batteries - $400 (1) Rockville marine amplifier - $280 (4) Kicker Marine bar speakers - $1,600 (2) Kicker 6" speakers - $250 (5) Life jackets (1) Battery jumper - $90 (2) Lock keys (wheel and trailer locks) Total estimated loss: over $2,600. What's most outrageous is the attitude of the staff -- extremely rude, cold, and indifferent, showing no willingness to help at all. Not a single employee came to inspect the scene, even after I asked multiple times. It honestly feels like they're already used to these thefts -- or worse, they know exactly what's going on and choose to ignore it. I spoke with several other customers while I was there, and everyone confirmed that thefts are common at this location. This means there's a serious and ongoing security problem, and the management does absolutely nothing to protect customers. The storage company immediately denied any responsibility, saying they won't pay for the damages -- even though the theft happened inside their facility, which is supposed to be covered with cameras that "mysteriously" never record anything. This is unacceptable and shows a huge failure in security and management. It feels like a complete scam: you pay a high price for a "secure" storage space, trust your property there, and later find out that robberies happen often and no one is held accountable. My warning to everyone: Before renting here, go visit the location and look around the back area. Talk to other renters -- many will confirm that thefts happen all the time. Don't trust the so-called "security" they advertise. I truly hope this review helps prevent others from going through what I did.
