We also found out they do not have cameras in the RV and boat parking area. Even after they have had thefts before they did not add any cameras in the RV and boat storage area. I asked Extra Space to do the right thing and cover my loses but they stated, "That isn't going to happen". We have moved our boat to a new storage facility that does have cameras in the outdoor storage areas. Somehow, she just "greased the skids" and made a challenging series of moves, that intersected at the same time, completely painless! I was shocked--they are that good, kind and helpful! Went down the street to CubeSmart, they took care of everything, answered all my questions, showed me the units, gave me the first month free and 40% off the next three months even though I only needed a month and a few days, and they prorated.
