Updated review! Just about a month in, and we've already been HARASSED by their staff member. Looks…read morelike they have nothing better to do other than walk around the facility and harass tenants. They're ignorant, poorly trained, and lack basic knowledge of their own policy and lease agreement terms. We have a commercial account, we rent parking and storage units in several locations for our trucks and our every day equipment. Our employees arrive in the morning, equipped their assigned truck and leave for the day. A couple days ago, one of our employees was waiting for his co-worker to arrive, He was in his vehicle, parked in our paid parking space and laid down his eyes while waiting for his co worker to arrive. Apparently, that really bothered a staff member named Ashley who within minutes came to the vehicle and aggressively knocked on his window telling him he is not allowed to close his eyes at the facility! She then called me and stated "I saw one of your employee in your vehicle, parked at your space, and he was sleeping! This is a violation of the lease agreement and your lease is subject to termination if this reoccurs". I was completely shocked and confused. At first I thought, well maybe she thinks that he spent the night there sleeping??! I asked her, and no.. She was fully aware that he had just arrived and was simply waiting for his co-worker. We've been renting storage spaces for the past 8 years. I've never heard of such a ridiculous and pitiful claim as this one. When I asked Ashley what part of the lease agreement did we violate, she didn't know. She called back later and referred me to a "LOITERING" provision of the lease. What a joke! Our workers are not bothering anyone. They arrive to work in the morning, get their equipment ready and they go about their day! I suggest that CubeSmart staff at this location will lookup the definition of loitering, educate themselves, stop harassing tenants, and mind their own business!

Attempted to get it rectified and was unable for 2 months. We got the run around from the new owners who we found out never proceeded any refund even though they claimed they did. Had to take it to corporate level and the issue was rectified in less then a week. As new business owners they are in trustworthy and rude. They are horrible at customer service and truly liars and thieves as they never followed through nor had any intention to do so. Plenty of other businesses in the area ...I would avoid this business at all costs.

I recently sent a service company out to perform some repairs on equipment that was located in my storage unit and the manager of the facility was telling the service technician he had to leave the facility because I was behind on my payments. If the manager had bothered to check the computer, he would have seen that I had paid through the end of June. Regardless, the facility management should never have been discussing my account status with anyone other than myself. Not to mention, if they truly thought my account was delinquent, rather than demanding the company I hired leave the premises, they could have called me to request payment, at which point I would have given them the confirmation # for the payment I had previously made. Clearly this company is not concerned about customer privacy and or customer service. I will never do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

The young lady at the office was very nice and completed my lease very quickly. The unit roll up door opened very smoothly, inside unit was clean as well, and the location is convenient. Few things to take note of: 1. They will automatically add their insurance fees with no option to opt out for the first month (1st month is free). Now, If you have your own insurance, you will have to cancel theirs after 1st bill. I guess it's done since they count on clients forgetting to cancel later.. It's just as tricky as auto renewals that I always forget to cancel. 2. Bring your own lock or you will be charged extra - They use a regular pad lock. 3. If you get an indoor unit, DO NOT leave the office before asking for the exact location of your unit, for directions, and which entrance is the closest one. Trust me on that! If not, you'll find yourself lost in a maze, with no signs anywhere and the isles paths makes ZERO sense. There are at least 4 different entrances to this building and I think I walked in and out every single one of them, took multiple different elevators, and moved my car 3 different times trying to locate my unit. It was a great workout for my 72 years old muscles - yes I still have some God bless :) 4. Just as there was no sense with isle path numbers, no sense with the gate code either. Normally storage facilities gate code will be a combination of your unit and last 4 of your phone number. Here it's just a bunch of random numbers so don't lose the sticky note handed from the representative with your code. You will need it for both enter and exit. They really need to have signs on every entrance and inside the building before each isle. They should provide guidance to new clients on how to find their unit as well. There were 2 other people lost in the maze just as I was.
