Whoever this girl is, she definitely should not be dealing with customers. She clearly was not taught how to be a decent human. I was told by other tenants that her name is possibly Mercedes or something and has tattoos on her chest area. People are saying she's definitely not the brightest so I'm not surprised of her gross behavior. My unit, along with a few other tenants got broken into and they told me that they could not provide video footage unless a police report was made. I cannot tell what is missing because they absolutely destroyed my unit. I'm sure over time we'll figure out what is missing but for now all I know is that someone broke our metal lock and there are cameras everywhere yet nothing could be done. I don't think anything of real value, I don't think but it is just a bit unsettling and really makes you feel violated that someone went through your stuff without your permission. My husband says that her name is possibly Mercedes or something and has tattoos on her chest area. He says she's definitely not the brightest so I'm not surprised of her gross behavior.

Raised the price by 35% within 6 months of moving my stuff in. I understand price increases, but…read more35% in less than 1 year of occupying the space!? Don't fall for the promo, they'll get it all back from you by adjusting your price for "market value". They attract new customers with extremely low introductory rates (e.g., "$1 first month" or heavily discounted web-only specials).Once your belongings are locked in, these facilities typically issue an Existing Customer Rate Increase (ECRI). This first spike can happen anywhere from 4 to 9 months into your stay and can jump your rate by 20% to 40% or more to catch up to actual market value. How to Protect Yourself- Look for Price Locks: Brands like U-Haul offer a "1-Year Price Lock" that guarantees your base rate won't change for the first 12 months.

You get stuck not getting out by 9 and the alarms are going to blare and the cops are going to be dispatched. You aren't going to be 'just stuck'. And rude employees? They are all super nice. Probably just don't put up with people being a-holes to them about a 15 minute window of risk lol. Anyway. The facility makes me feel so safe! I come often about 4-5 days a week to grab inventory. Cameras everywhere. Have to use a code to get anywhere. Code for gate. Code for access to interior lockers. Code for elevator that will only allow you to go to the floor of your locker. Code for restrooms. Makes me feel very safe as a little woman to be going by myself! We've needed to upgrade our locker once so far as our inventory grows. They made it super simple. And we're very helpful. It's clean. No pest problems. No smell problems. One of the best storage facilities in the valley.

I stopped by when they were on a lunch break, so I visited online and got a great deal. I got a 10x5 and it was just right. Enough space to store what was in my at home garage. Getting everything together was flawless, and I even showed up a day too early and they were still accommodating without any fuss. They even offered me another unit right next to the one I got at the same price if I needed it. I didn't need it, so that was great. Customer service is top notch. I will say that when you come for the first time, the manager will ask you for your phone and when you hand it to them, will go straight to Google reviews and ask if you will give them a 5 star review and check it off for you. A little aggressive for my taste, but it was warranted in my experience. If you do not agree, do not hand over your phone when he asks you this question! lol! I also like that I can access my unit with an app instead of typing in a code. It worked when I came in, but did not work when I tried to leave, so make sure you bring your code with you as a back up.
