However, no one ever answered or returned my calls when I tried to confirm if early pickup was possible. The real issue came after drop-off. We returned the truck exactly at the agreed-upon time and parked it in the same spot we picked it up from, keys locked in the drop box as instructed. The next morning, I got a frantic call saying the truck was "missing." I explained where we left it, but the woman insisted she couldn't find it anywhere on the lot. When I asked if she had checked the lockbox, she admitted she hadn't -- then said she'd call back if there were any issues. I never heard from her again. No apology, no confirmation that the truck was indeed there -- nothing. It was very unprofessional and stressful thinking a U-Haul truck might be missing under my name. Clearly, she hadn't looked properly before calling. If you're renting from this place, make sure to take lots of photos to confirm that you actually returned the truck.

He reviewed everything for me and found that it would not have received monthly invoice, so he fixed it for me. He always gives great customer service. This next comment is not about Logan, but about the Portal. When you first Login to the portal you can see both units. Once you transfer to the unit to make payment or changes, you can not go back to the Main screen to select the 2nd unit. You have to select "HOME", which logs you off. So you have to Login again to make payments / changes to the second unit. Very Poor website design, not friendly if you have more than one unit.

Whoever this girl is, she definitely should not be dealing with customers. She clearly was not taught how to be a decent human. I was told by other tenants that her name is possibly Mercedes or something and has tattoos on her chest area. People are saying she's definitely not the brightest so I'm not surprised of her gross behavior. My unit, along with a few other tenants got broken into and they told me that they could not provide video footage unless a police report was made. I cannot tell what is missing because they absolutely destroyed my unit. I'm sure over time we'll figure out what is missing but for now all I know is that someone broke our metal lock and there are cameras everywhere yet nothing could be done. I don't think anything of real value, I don't think but it is just a bit unsettling and really makes you feel violated that someone went through your stuff without your permission.
