We are renting a "big box truck," and need the best. That need brought us here. The gentleman behind making it all possible was named Drew! He made the process efficient and effortless. You would think renting a large truck is painful, if it was we could not of been happier. If you ever thinking about moving across state a reliable truck is a Penske. This storage facility gives you access to it all . The office that you rent the truck is so clean and stocked with things for moving day. How about 20 clothes pads for twenty dollars. Usually at. Lowe's they are twenty dollars for one. They have boxes and packing material to ensure that all your stuff makes it to its destination safely . Thank you Drew for having the best storage options and truck rental that an individual as ever seen. Your kindness was beyond words.

Beware of Drew!! I've been a loyal customer for sometime now. Today I called and asked why I was…read morebeing charged a $25 fee. I had to have my lock cut off because I lost the key. They charge $60 which is outrageous. Fine. I paid the fee. The credit card had fraud on it and I had to turn it off, therefore the $60 charge didn't go through. No one contacted me or did anything. But I got a $25 fee for that. I asked them to waive it. Again, I've been a loyal customer and I don't think it was too much to ask never had a problem before with my account. Drew, the manager, told me he would call corporate and let me know. He called back almost immediately and left a message saying corporate wouldn't waive the fee. I called to find out about a bigger space and while I was on the phone, I told him I didn't feel it was very fair to be charging me that $25 under the circumstances. That I was disappointed. I was very kind, I wasn't rude. I'm just stating my opinion. When I stated the reason the card was turned off, he told me he didn't believe me and called me a liar. I was shocked. My response was WOW, he went on to be rude. I'm shocked they would treat a customer like that. What a shame. I'll be leaving now and they've lost a very good customer. I would've been there for years to come.
