And speaking of the team everyone here goes above and beyond. They're warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every interaction feels like you're being taken care of, not just processed through a system. Now here's the tip I give everyone: Go for one of the units with a Keyless Smart Lock. You can access your unit with your phone--no keys, no codes, no hassle. It's super convenient and adds an extra layer of security. Once you've used it, you won't want to go back. Prices are fair, access is easy, and the location is perfect if you're near Walnut, Diamond Bar, or Pomona. The problem is they don't have camera in each hall. So they can't know if someone cut and changed your lock. They say they will have camera next week in the hall but the police told me they won't have camera forever if they say so. And I really can't believe their manager never apologized and feels like it's not their responsibility. Planning to sue them. If this doesn't happen on you, you won't feel how terrible their service is. They earn money so easy that they even can't guarantee your lock won't be cut. Believe me a storage service should have camera and monitor system. Instead only having one camera at the gate. Although they provide a little cheaper price, I really regret choose A-America storage at Pomona. The last thing is the thief has passcode to enter this storage so I'm pretty sure it's their customer or their own people. Who is the next victim? After…read morea 12-hour out-of-state drive and under a time crunch since they close at 9 PM, we were delayed an hour because we weren't given the access code to the second floor and couldn't reach anyone by phone. Thankfully, another customer came by and helped us. The second floor is hot and has no ventilation. On top of that, we realized we were assigned the unit at the very end--so make sure to confirm which unit you're getting, because there is only ONE access door. So imagine having to walk and push your cart from one end to the other multiple times. They're quick to call and answer when it's bill-related, though.
