Mold and Rats. This…read moreplace is dirty. There are rat traps throughout the place. I stored my things for a couple of years and came back to find mold on my things and dead bugs, and live bugs. Also, owner advertises as "climate controlled" but it is not. It is street temperature, extremely hot and humid, thus bugs and mold. Also, mold coming up through the concrete floor which is street level. Had to most of my belongings, $20K sentimental things, heartbreaking for me and disgusted with how much money I paid to this shyster. Go and see the rat traps, water damaged floors, holes in ceiling, for yourself and smell the must an mold in the air.

LOCATION - Very easy to locate, lots of parking, nice neighborhood CLEANLINESS - Extremely clean and well maintained SECURITY & ACCESS AVAILABILITY- Cameras and a secure code operated elevator with 24 hr access to the elevators. Units on upper floors are only accessible if you have a security code for the elevator. I never even walked into the place, signed any documents, nothing. I called to inquire about it and the business lines are forwarded to the cell phone of Mike Josefik. He answered the call and told me I'd have to call corporate in another state for a refund. The number he gave me was a telemarketing number. I called him back and he starts to screen my calls and wont answer. I've left him messages and showed up at the storage and it's closed. I've even called from my job and once he hears my voice he hangs up and wont answer again. I tried searching for a corporate office and I'm coming up with a blank. Don't rent from them, they are scams!

Normally I'm not appalled enough to write a review, but this company needs to be shut down and closed if that the way they do business. When I decided to move across the country coast to coast, I couldn't think of any other option. It started off in October when we sold our house & had to get rid of half of our house. Genmove did the Junk Removal service to get rid of our headache. As we ended up selling our house early, Genmove picked up our stuff & kept it in storage for 2 months. On getting possession of our new house, we informed Genmove & they expedited the shipment & we got it in 5 days! We just received our stuff.
