Just so you guys know - if you store things here, it could be stolen. It's not a secure facility and they completely dismiss any concerns about their security practices. Contacting their customer service email does very little as well - it's been a month since I reached out to their customer care address and they haven't provided any substantive response. It's not worth the rent you're paying.

I've had to lug heavy stuff up the stairs..and down the stairs. I've asked to change to the first floor but was told it would cost a lot more. There are lots of small claims suits in court as week speak. The city of Paterson says they are behind on there taxes. The employees either state that it will be fixed next week (they say this every week for a year)...or they say that since it's been broken for over a year there is a possibility that it will never be fixed.
