Scheduled a 10' truck rental from this Uhaul location as well as a dolly and the insurance online…read moreprior to coming to the location to pick up. On the online order I mentioned / put into the request it was to be returned to another location, 30 miles away. I also mentioned this multiple times when I went to pick up the truck and they confirmed as they were looking over the order. They also overcharged me for a different dolly as they did not have the dolly I reserved online so they gave me a more expensive option. When I tried to return to the other location, they said I could not and had to return it to the original location. When I mentioned I stated this at least three times, the response was "you can call Uhaul customer service at Corporate if you want lady, but they or we can't and won't do anything". So then having to go back to the original location, there was a major accident on the highway next to the exit to the North Royalton U-Haul that delayed the drop off over an hour and a half. I called in advance to say I was coming 10 minutes after they closed- however no one would wait, and they said return it to the after hours drop off, which again was yet another additional charge. Not sure how anyone moves across the country with Uhaul if they are this messy between locations under 50 miles - such a terrible experience - avoid if you can!

Looked online to find nearest place & lead us to this. Online is stated they had two vehicles…read moreavailable (10ft & 25 ft). When my husband entered the building the front secretary was not the friendliest. She said they were all booked. We went back to our car to double check the online platform. Sure enough it doesn't mention anything but that it's available, asks hours we'd like to rent etc. Even has a little blurb to "save money rent this now"- which is a good thing we didn't or we would've been s.o.l. Would be nice if the online platform truly reflected the availability.

They are not reliable, we scheduled long time ahead to delivery the container with our stuff. We supposed to be contacted by the driver but never received any call. So we called zippyshell. After 50 min on hold no clear answer when our thing will be delivered and when asking more questions they just hang up. This was happening 2days in a row and then they just did not pick the phone at all!!! I contacted them on email- no answer. Also as I google this company realized we are not the only people that are going thru this. Try to avoid this company as much as you can.

Considerate, professional, polite, caring - we couldn't have asked for anything better. Highly recommend Zippy Shell Cleveland for any moving project, and will use them again!
