You just have to ask and make an attempt to pay on your bill. They won't let your bill get out of hand to where it's unpayable without contacting you to see what's going on. They actually seem to care if your having problems paying your bill. I would say the only bad thing about the place puke be the prices of units but I guess they seem to compete with many other storage places except for the one across the street at Akm which no one beats their prices but their family owned. I have 2 units there and one with rt 59. Only because Akm didn't have anymore available so I went with the next best storage facility which I would say is rt 59 storage. Because of their prices they come in 2nd place kn my eyes which is still good.
