Maybe it's just an automatic system that hangs up after too many rings. But that's just terrible service at this point. I was trying to avoid going in to ask a simple question, so I guess I'll just choose another location. Otherwise, the place is usually on top of things for helping with package returns and the employees are exceptionally nice.

John has always taken care of my package drop offs and when I needed something packaged. The prices are a bit much but the same from store to store and I have even tried the nearby FedEx Kinkos and they have similar results - although I end up waiting longer there. Yesterday John took my package gave me a receipt and I was out in under 5 minutes. I will say often its just timing, as I was heading to the car three others were arriving with several packages. The service here has been good and I will continue to use this location for my UPS needs. Thank you John for the great service over the years.

Great customer service & employees, super clean new state of the art facility, and easy access to our unit. They even supply dolly carts to transport your stuff to your unit, and they have free coffee (and chocolate chip cookies for the kids) in the main lobby! Lastly, I love the fact that you do NOT have to sign a long term contract with them, as many people only need these units for a few months or so.
